This condo is located in Summer Beach on Amelia Island, located next door to the Ritz. This condo is on the Seventh floor of Building Two on the South Side. This is a newly listed 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Condo with fine decor and luxurious linens. This unit has a 2 Kings and a Queen. There are flat screen TV's in each room with AT&T U-verse. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom. The Kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook a fabulous meal or feel free to venture out to one of our many amazing local restaurants. The balcony has great views and outdoor seating so that you can enjoy the beach at any time of day or night. Great for coffee in the morning or a nice romantic dinner over looking the Ocean. This condo made another perfect stay for us to Amelia Island. I would highly recommend this unit. We have been using Mock's for over ten years now and it has always been a great experience. We extended our stay with the help Darcy. She was helpful and responsive.

Wonderful accommodation! Best place at Ocean Place! Would love to rent for 2025 July 4 week. Would like to let you know. My daughter-in-law dropped two white Corelle sauce dishes. Certainly want to cover replacement cost or I can order and replace. Let me know please.

Our stay was wonderful and thank you for the use of your beautiful condo. It met all our needs. However, a couple minor things need attention. The left refrigerator door would not seal properly when closed. Also, the second bathroom shower door would not stay shut and kept opening when taking a shower. Just needs a little balancing. The building elevators were extremely slow, even when no one else was getting on from other floors. We would have given the condo a 5/5 rating if we didn't experience those issues. But overall the condo was clean, functional, had beautiful views, especially the sunrises and sunsets.

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 nights and enjoyed beautiful sunrises and a walk on the beach. The kitchen was a pleasure to work in and it was generously appointed with both a Keurig and a coffeemaker complete with filters and some capsules. There was plenty of paper and cleaning products and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed shrimp at Salt Life Shack and would highly recommend it. A wonderful way to close out January with warm weather, great views, and easy check in with Mocks. Everything is here for a relaxing vacation. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

I have stayed at many places on Amelia Island and my daughter's family has as well. This is the nicest one at which we have stayed. If I have any criticism of Mocks, it would be that they should put at least 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It was nice to have laundry soap as well. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property wholeheartedly. Property management was very responsive regarding shower liner replacement which was appreciated Constructive note...Previous reviews mention a bedroom TV not working. I can't speak to that, but I can say the remote was missing. Lastly,checkout was at 10am with expectation to do minimal housekeeping on our part,ie. start laundry, throw out trash etc but for hired housekeeping to show up & begin to let themselves in was unnecessary.

The unit was beautiful. We loved the decor and the views were outstanding. The king bed with the ocean view had a very soft mattress-too soft. It would be wonderful If the porch furniture had some throw pillows. The washer made a terrible screeching sound. Thank you for sharing this beautiful unit!

Everything from the decor, to the location to the service was nothing short of perfection. Also, the management was top notch. We had a small electric issue and as soon as we informed maintenance, they immediately fixed it. This will definitely be a place we return to soon!

More like a 4.8.The condo was beautiful, very clean and well equipped. Loved the views and the sounds of waves crashing at night. The ritz carlton was a few hundred yards away. Great restaurants and decorated for Christmas at the Ritz. Only downsides were guestroom t.v.'s never worked right. Also, power washers one day Which created a little noise. Management company was nice. They couldnt get the t.v.'s working but tried and worked with us on checkout time which was awesome. We would return

Our group of 4 had a girls getaway at Ocean Place. The unit was just stunning with totally updated finishes and furnishings, gorgeous view of the ocean, well equipped and in a lovely part of the island. No downside as check in and check out was all digital and easy. We enjoyed our stay and decided that we would all be back!

Condo is gorgeous and spacious. View is fantastic and the beaches might as well be private, since there are barely any other large developments nearby. Extremely family friendly, no loud or obnoxious neighbors. Our only criticisms are minor; 1. There are not enough towels. 2. There are not enough towel bars 3. They need more cutting boards. We would definitely return.

Our stay in Unit 66 at Ocean Place was fantastic! It's a beautiful condo with a great location. From check-in to check-out everything went smoothly and couldn't have been easier! We really appreciate that!! We'll definitely be coming back! The only suggestion would be to have nicer towels for guests. It really was a great time and we want to thank you for making our vacation a wonderful one!!

We had a terrific week on Amelia Island, and this unit was perfect. Easy access to the beach, great views of the sunrise each morning, and even caught a couple meals at the Ritz (which was an easy 2 minute walk). The unit was exactly as pictured and all details were seamless.

Condo was great. Very clean. Very nicely furnished. Our only issue was lack of amenities. Only 2 tabs of dishwasher soap, no foil, no sandwich bags, only 2 garbage bags......For the price paid these items should be in the unit. It is unreasonable to expect a renter to purchase dishwasher soap and garbage bags. Also having enough of these items on hand helps the renter take proper care of your unit.

We live up North and we just found out about Amelia Island ten years ago. We have stayed at several resorts on Amelia Island and this was definitely our favorite. The reservation and check-in process was seamless. The property manager was very easy to work with. This condo is gorgeous and the owners have included everything you can think of to help you enjoy your visit. The beds were so comfortable and the linen is a great quality. The coziness of this condo makes you feel like you are at home. My favorite part about this rental was the location. The pathway to the beach is right next to the building. This condo is also in the best position to see the sunrise which we viewed every morning on the balcony. We will definitely return again next year!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! The views of the beach and ocean were spectacular from the deck. The decor was perfect, especially the gourmet kitchen and luxurious bathrooms. The condo appeared to have just been completely renovated and looked like a picture out of An interior designer's magazine.
