Estadia maravilhosa

Lindo, funcionários cordiais, o quarto escolhido era muito amplo e confortável. Possuem maleiro para guardar bagagens após o checkout.

Área do café da manhã muito barulhenta. Não sei se pegamos um dia com muitos hospedes. Mas, nada que nos faça deixar de voltar ao hotel.

Quarto, as instalações do quarto eram velhas, não tinha aonde apoiar meus produtos, água ficava pingando pela torneira e colchão muito mole .

Hotel bem localizado, em bairro seguro e familiar. O atendimento dos funcionários foi o maior ponto positivo da minha hospedagem.

Hotel em reforma (não recebi essa informação). Elevadores demorados, visto que me hospedei no hotel para facilitar a locomoção para um evento que acontecia no mesmo, porém o mais improvável aconteceu, eu e algumas participantes chegamos com 10 minutos de atraso no primeiro dia de evento devido a dificuldade de acessar o elevador (demoramos 15 minutos para pegar o mesmo), nos demais dias foi necessário sair com 1 hora de antecedência para aguardar o elevador e não chegar atrasada no evento. Café da manhã restrito para o valor cobrado, almoço com pouca variedade. Toalhas de banho manchadas e rasgadas.

O lugar é excelente. Perto do ibirapuera, tem piscina, academia, restaurante.. tem padarias ao redor caso não queiram pagar pelo café da manhã do hotel.

Contratei para 2 adultos e 1 criança. Não havia cama para criança. No meio da noite tiveram que montar um sofá cama as pressas.

It was close to my work meetings and it was very clean with an available staff.

The toilet was not well fixed on the floor, so it kept shaking and making noises. The gym was very simple.

This is a great area in São Paulo. it’s not extremely busy, close to a subway station, Parque Ibiraquera and many restaurants. Totally worth it!
