Bom custo benefício. Localização ideal para quem deseja aproveitar o comércio.

O ar condicionado não estava gelando. Solicitei na recepção para que verificassem, mas não teve resultados, pois continuou sem refrigeração.

Ja há algum tempo sempre que vou em São Paulo com minha família fico neste hotel, uma equipe muito cordial, facilidade de acesso, café da manhã muito bom, quartos amplos e limpos.

Breakfast was excellent but I think rooms should have a kettle, cream and coffee for long working people on the computer night long

The rooms did not have a coffee machine or a kettle with coffee. The refrigerator noise is too much, it wakes people up in certain hours

Great hotel for two of Sao Paulo's top attractions

Good hotel for the price. Very convenient to the Pinacoteca Museum and Sala Sao Paulo. Just opposite Parque Jardim da Luz. Near Luz Station for metro and rail. Staff helpful and pleasant. Big bed in big room.

Not a great area - many homeless people. I walked around...even at night...and nothing happened. Care required. Taxi and Uber easy to find.

An average hotel with an unfortunate location in the new Cracolândia of São Paulo

Good breakfast, very welcoming reception staff

Very old linen which we changed because it smelled mouldy but new linen was just the same. Street dwellers / crack addicts live on the sidewalk in front of the hotel - not a safe area to walk around at any time if day. limited room service which was returned as the steak sandwich was as hard as a rock - thanks to iFood we did not starve on the weekend when the restaurant was closed.

Nice hotel, reasonable price

The stuff was extremely helpfull, they even made us a 1 day sightseeing itinerary. Localtion is also very good, within walking distance from the downtown.

The swimming pool and spa area were under reconstruction, but we didn't have time to use it anyways.

Basic hotel now ... needs to be updated

Spacious room as always, nice strong shower, comfortable bed! Staff is kind and accommodating to personal requests, very grateful for that!

Needs a facelift! TV is too small. Internet is terrible. Breakfast is meager and needs improvement for this standard of hotel and price. Furniture and A/C all need to be updated.

- staff was not very helpful with information and not very welcoming - breakfast was not great, i felt they recycle the food from previous days and use the leftovers to bake new pastry - rooms need maintenance (in my room the wallpaper was coming off) - swimming pool was very dirty, I couldn’t use it
