It was the home from home

The best part was the staff House keeping by the name Nadine she make or stay excellent she check on us everyday that was or first time there and will not be the last thanks Nadine your the best 😉

Left & went to a better hotel. They knew the supervisor & stated she has a very bad attitude.

The convience to rent weekly, instead of daily..

After 1 night, I found out the room had bed bugs, I informed maintenance & the supervisor. I was told I had to checkout, and could not be accommodated, because I could've brought them. (After 1 night) lol. While talking to the supervisor, (Nicolette) she was laughing & smurking. Very unprofessional.

Very very dirty hotel. Worst than a cheap hotel in a third world country. Roaches everhwhere. Bugs and flees in room. I requested change of rooms and told them about issues with the room but nothing was done.

Bedbugs in the sheets!!

Staff member who fix broken handle in bathroom was knowledgeable and courteous

Roaches & Bed bugs. After we received "clean bedding" we were infected with bedbugs. After we complain about the bedbugs, they accused us of bringing them, and ask us to leave.

Very nice

The staff was very friendly! Our room was nice and comfortable and very clean! The location is very convenient and has many different shopping and food options within close proximity!

The only thing I do not like is they do not have cameras.. the first night here I was taking groceries too my room and within 5 minutes someone had rummaged through my car and belongings. Lock your doors even if your only going inside for 5 minutes

IF UR IN A PINCH GOOD PLACE.IF UR VACATIONING FOR A DAY OR 2 THERES A NICE HOTELS RGT AROUND HERE

SURPRISING ENOUGH IT WAS "FAIRLY" QUIET. LOCATION IS WHAT I LIKED THE BEST EVERYTHING AROUND, BUT 10 MINUTES FROM I 95.THE MAINTENANCE MAN WAS THEY ONLY ONE THAT DID ANYTHING WITH PLEASURE TOO.HE GLADLY MADE THE FINAL TRIP DOWN 3 STORIES TO GET THE KEY TO ROOM TO ACTUALLY WORK AFTER 5 ATTEMPTS ON OUR PART BACK AND FORTH TO OFFICE TO ROOM TO OFFICE TO ROOM ETC AS THE KEY CONTINUED TO NOT WORK.....

A FEW FIGHTS, SCREAMING, APPEARANCE OR THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT TO HALL SOMEONE AWAY FOR DV,STAFF SEVERAL TIMES JUST KEYED AND WALKED IN TO OUR ROOM (TO DISCOVER THEY HAD THE WRONG ROOM)NOISE OF THINGS SMASHING AND WALLS FROM ALL SIDES GETTING BANGED ALL DAY AND NIGHT LONG.ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN ON MY ARRIVAL AND REEKED OF WEED AND CIGARETTES UPON MY INISALE ROOM INSPECTION.I RETURNED TO THE OFFICE AND WAS ASKED IF EVERYTHING WAS OK.I INFORMED HIM ABOUT THE ODOR AND POWERFUL SMOKE SMELL.HE RESPONDED "I KNOW I HAD GONE UP AND I SMELT IT STRONG AS WELL.I ASKED NICELY FOR HIM TO NOTE ON MY RECEIPT THAT THE ROOM WAS ANNIHILATED WITH SMOKE AND WEED SO I WOULD NOT BE THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.HE REFUSED AND STATED "WELL THAT'S THE ONLY ROOM I HAVE"I AGAIN ASKED FOR HIM TO PLZ DOCUMENT THIS ONE MY RECEIPT AGAIN HE REFUSED....i WAS LOCKED FROM MY ROOM SEVERAL TIMES AND WENT 2.5 DAYS TRYING TO GET MY KEY ON AGAIN BUT NOBODY SEEMS TO STAY IN THE OFFICE AND TAKE A ALL DAY LUNCH BREAK.wIFI IS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS.I HAD TO USE MY DATA SO MY BOYS COULD DO THEIR ONLINE SCHOOLING. AND BED WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS.SPRINGS PUSHING OUT AND BED HAS A MIND OF ITS OWN AS IT IS 1 FOOT AWAY FROM THE WALL AS I WAKE IN THE MORNING SLIGHT MOVEMENT IT ROLLS.HASN'T ANY BREAKS ON THE WHEELS.

Location

Door would not shut all the way, never fixed it. Office was supposed to be open every day from 11-7. I checked all day Friday, because I needed a key for the week that they wouldn't give to my husband. Outlet in bathroom didn't work took 2 days to get fixed. Front desk clerk was unfriendly. Didn't feel safe.

Dirty hotel rooms, toilet over flooding, hotel only provides 2 towels for a week stay. I had to check out early due to family concerns and they said I couldn’t get my money back. I lost $200 for 2 days. I won’t be staying here again!!!!

Walking in putting letter on the beds pretainimg the hotel orkin i preferred they contact me first not just walk in when not their i need safety as possible due to covid I dont trust entering my room when im not present call me or leave it in the door please and thank you because I keep my room sanatized daily i try to keep less people out my room for my safetythanks
