Complexo do hotel muito agradável, bonito e com boas piscinas e caminhos, e bom acesso à praia. Piscinas com boa água e bem cuidadas. Boa localização. Apartamento simples mas confortável e limpo.

Opções de comida da meia pensão fracas. Buffet de pequeno almoço e buffet de jantares temáticos com poucas opções e espaço apertado, com qualidade e sabor aceitáveis mas a precisar de melhorar. O quarto era bom mas não era o que esperava pelas fotos, a vista de jardim era mais vista para o jardim do estacionamento e estrada, o que foi 1 desilusão

Great pools and a large facility was great for a multi group booking

Had to pay for everything that SHOULD be supplied; pool towels, dishwashing liquid and washing up sponge. Wifi was not very reliable. Also don’t like being scolded for not wearing an uncomfortable plastic wrist band while trying to relax at the pool (thanks Mr Controlo).

Recommended for family vacation!

I loved the view from the balcony and the location. I thought that the beach near the hotel was better than the famous Praia do Camilo, at least during the time we visited at the end of June. I also liked the mini market/store they have at the facilities, which comes in handy when you need something or want some snacks. This is a very kid-friendly hotel, so it was ideal for our family vacation.

My family didn't like that the pool closed too early at 7 pm. You won't find food late at night at the hotel, so be prepared to go elsewhere to eat. A couple of items were taken from our lounge chairs while we were in the pool, and that was unexpected.

Excellent resorts for families in good location

Excellent facilities for children from toddlers to teens. Range of pools to suit everyone with lots of activities. Cleanliness of rooms and full resort was excellent. Good range of dinning options in the resort. Very good AC in the rooms. Beds very comfortable.

Sofa bed in living room in apartment was very comfortable and had issue with mosquitos in the room.

Definitely recommended!

Great new building, all very clean and spacious. Location with awesome view (appartement 019 in prestige building). Proper couch bed, typically this is not great, but here was fine for the kids. Friendly staff.

Don't ruin your holidays and choose another hotel

Location

The noise in the hotel. Noise from the rooms above and around moving furniture and talking. During night time fire alarm started. There is no changing rooms/showers for indoor pool. So the best way, if you don't want to change your swimming suit in front of others guests is to do it in your room. You can feel sand or something like that on indoor swimming pool ground. I'm wondering when was the last time it was cleaned. Internet is spotty. Breakfast is the same thing everyday. No rotation of choices.

The Sea View 1 Bedroom apartment is excellent - very big with an amazing sunny balcony where you can see the ocean over the treetops. We were there in December, and it was lovely and quiet. The apartment itself is so well equipped, it has everything you need (and everything is good quality). We were so impressed - I would definitely come back for a longer stay. There are a lot of bad reviews about the internet. The resort was quiet when we were there, so this might be why, but the internet worked well for us. I was definitely able to work on the connection. It does drop frequently, but the login is very quick and painless. I was pleasantly surprised because I expected much worse.

Our apartment was very clean. The breakfast had a good spread and good. The pools were accessible and very well maintained.

Did not like the fact that there was no basic items in the apartment and everything had to be purchased from the shops. It's a small thing but otherwise the apartment is a great place to stay.

Superb

Variety of pools was great for kids. It felt safe and fun. Rooms were large and very comfortable.

We had dinner included in room price and it was not worth it for my 3year old son who ate about 4 chips at dinner. Also dinner and breakfast opened quite late for small kids. I appreciate we are on holiday but it should be possible to opt out of paying for very small kids.

In general the place was spotless and the majority of staff were brilliant

The main restaurant/bar on site, was poorly serviced. Orders were mixed up on every time we ate there. Whether it was starters missing, wrong food that came or no food at all for some. Our drinks were comped on the last night after a particularly bad effort. Food was overpriced for its quality.
