Bang for the buck!

Quality breakfast although the space was a bit small and created some queues. Parking with payment was available 200m away. We walked to the centre of the city but it might not be for everyone. All in all we hand no complaints.

déçu par mon choix

un personnel très aimable, à l’écoute, prévenant, souriant. une salle de bains très petite mais rénovée un ménage fait chaque jour à fond un parking payant à disposition 15€/jour et à 50 m de l’hôtel

très mauvaise isolation sonore dans les chambres. vous entendez vos voisins et même le pallier. comment peut-on laisser un hôtel être aussi bruyant sans isoler les murs et plafonds ? le petit déjeuner est complet mais fade : trop industriel Demandez un expresso, il est très bon. A 23 minutes à pied du Duomo selon Google Maps. un peu loin. et un choix limité de restaurants dans le quartier… bref j’ai mal choisi 😭😭

Convenient accomodation, great stay!

Our recent stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and the receptionist made us feel truly welcome upon arrival. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast provided was enjoyable and set us up well for the day ahead. Overall, a highly satisfactory experience and we would happily return in the future.

Good location with a parking spot nearby but no comfort in the room

There is a very comfort parking 3 minutes walking from the hotel on the Via del Ghirlandaio, 40/A, 15 euro per day. The gotel receptionist send me there, when I arrived. City center is only 20 minitues walking. There are some restaurants and groccery shops around. Breakfast choices were very limited, and more into the sweet Italian breakfast

You can hear everything from the nearby rooms through the wall. I mean - literally everything. The bathroom in the hotel was incredibly cramped, barely allowing room to turn around without bumping into something. Stepping into a shower felt more like squeezing into a closet. By the way, there was no closet in the room, just a ramp with a few hangers for the clothes.

Tutto davvero ottimo!

Staff molto gentile, colazione buonissima con opzioni senza glutine e camera molto silenziosa, pulita e accogliente. Bagno piccolo ma con una doccia grande. Letto molto comodo con una spalliera morbida. Tutto davvero ottimo!

Terribile. Siamo stati rifiutati dalla struttura nonostante avessimo la conferma di prenotazione

Per la prima volta in tutta la mia vita, ho prenotato una camera, ho ricevuto conferma, sono arrivata in struttura per poi scoprire che l'albergo era in overbooking e non aveva disponibilità di farci soggiornare, nonostante avessi ricevuto conferma di prenotazione da booking. Nessuna offerta di trovare una soluzione, soltanto un "non so cosa dirle" come risposta. Pertanto, alle 00:30 ho dovuto preoccuparmi di trovare un'altra struttura che potesse ospitarci, con tutte le difficoltà del caso. Se questa è la professionalità di cui si fanno fregio, forse sarebbe auspicabile cambiare professione.

Lovely Hotel

Breakfast was quite adequate. The staff, especially at the reception, were very helpful and kind. The hotel was on a very quiet and pleasant street but about 15-20 minutes walk from the center. It was a very pleasant hotel experience in every sense.

Average hotel in a quiet location in Florence

We were put in a room which was very small and the lift was actually inside the room. The bathroom was also very small so we asked to move and the receptionist managed to accommodate us and we moved to a slightly bigger room. This was very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable.

The room was very small and the bathroom and shower was also very small. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the guests next door.

The breakfast was really good, we were well received by the staff, the room was cozy (although it was small) and the bed very confortable.

The room is smaller than the pics represent. If you have a lot of luggage, there is no space to open them properly. The bathroom is very very small. There was no toilet paper (we had to use the bidet)

Nice hotel with excellent location, at short distance from the Duomo and Uffizi.

Excellent location close to the city center, parking right in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

The room was very small, in particular the bathroom. The room (on the 4th floor) was next to the elevator, which was very noisy.

Fine for one night

Staff were lovely and very helpful.

The room was SO small, no room for cases and hard to move around - not ideal for 2 people. The air-con didn’t work so it was very hot and stuffy. The walls were so thin you could hear everything that the next room was doing.

Superb staff!

Cute little balcony. Bathroom had great water pressure and reasonably large. They had a wonderful breakfast and the staff was more than happy to get us taxis for our stay. They also provided us with a special pass to park our rental car as parking was basically non existent.

Parking was very limited.

My train was late in the evening and I needed to store the baggage close to the station, they offered to leave the bags in a sister hotel very close to the station ❤️

The room furniture needs a little maintenance. The maid of the floor was working pretty noisily from the very morning.
