Comodo, accogliente hotel in centro città,zona ridente e servita.Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualita'

Bella posizione vicino al fiume. Camere grandi, letto comodo e bagno pulito, Buonissimo anche il ristorante cinese. Personale gentile ed efficiente

It was not up to Standard.

The waitresses were very polite and cleaned the tables well.

The front desk staff were very unprofessional and irresponsible. They caused a double payment on my credit card which caused us a lot of trouble and unease from the beginning of our stay. Till now, this issue has not been resolved. The room was not comfortable to stay in. The beds were too hard to sleep on. Cleaniness was only passable.

跟網站上的市景照片差太多很糟糕跟我們說升級結果房型根本是邊邊窗戶遮蔽太多了根本沒有市景房的感覺窗戶也都被窗簾跟電視機擋住只能用一扇小小的窗戶看外面這樣住那麼高也沒甚麼用這體驗實在不好

地理位置沒跟官網圖一樣大片市景請別叫市景房...太令人沮喪

明明是市景房但是可以看市景的窗戶太太太太太小了吧...有點傻眼就小小一扇可以看是要看什麼這樣的市景體驗不好說是升級成尊榮客房可是比起Booking網站上的原本客房照片反而更差本館停車位不多吹風機風量很小

I love Fullon Hotel. It could be improved. I will stay again if they make a change.

The hotel staffs were excellent and professional. Hotel was very nice providing washer and dryer for convenience.

The smell in the bathroom and hall way was pretty bed. Towers were very old. In such a well respected hotel, they should have replaced new towels. A very bad feeling I had this trip was that many smokers sitting on the floor and smoking right in front of hotel main door. It created a very bad image.

Well I only book hotels for pools and breakfast. This one was available once I selected the pool filter. However the pool is closed October to May....I was there April 28th it was 33 degrees and the pool was closed. No indication on booking that the pool was closed. Breakfast was passable but not worth it either. Please remove the pool as an option during months where it is closed to avoid tricking people like me into booking.

Too many minor issues on items you normally wouldn't expect from a highly rated hotel.

The location and closeness to the MRT train station. The size of the room was very large, almost unnecessarily large. The toilet was nice with a bidet. The elevator was quick. The room was quiet - I didn't hear too much noise from other rooms.

There were several disappointing things I dealt with at this hotel. First, the pool was not available, it was drained. I think when looking back a the review it said that, but don't most people take the photos as better evidence about the description of what's available? If you're going to close facilities, then delete those photos of those facilities until they are back up and running. The sauna was not even on when I decided to use that instead of the pool - frustrating. The cold pluge pool was just room temperature, not cold. And there is a huge construction project happening on one side of the building...not the hotel's responsibility, but maybe find a way of informing people of things like this is my suggestion.

Lovely hotel, great value for money, staff fabulous and very central.

Staff were very helpful, great location and spacious rooms.

Buffet breakfast food was always cold or luke warm at best. Pool was closed and not in use - one of the reasons we booked this hotel was to use the pool

great location for Kaohsiung main attractions like walking distance love river and transit ride to Cijin

great location rooms are spacious breakfast tested good for buffet, wished for more selections comes with gym staffs were courteous

bathtub had a musty smell possible from moisture on the curtain or floor mat hair dryer has very low air flow, specially for my daughter long hair

Close to the harbour and river, great location if you like taking long walks and enjoying the good weather of Kaohsiung. Nice cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.

Great but a little bit uncomfortable

We like that the front desk is very attentive and very friendly to talk with

We book for 2 rooms but the other one doesn't have an aircon. After we inform it on the front desk the maintenance personnel got to check it . And provide us a fan . The whole night that we stay there the a/c didn't work when the morning comes we call it again in the front desk and suggest us to switch to another room hours before we check out .

Pleasant hotel experience in terrific part of Kaohsiung

Fantastic view of the harbor from our room. Staff were obliging to requests and were friendly. Location is convenient as the hotel is close to the light rail station. The hotel is also steps away from Love River and the harbor.

Nothing that stood out.
