This is great value for a family to stay on Moorea. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a family of four, and the lodge also has a restaurant. The breakfasts were great, particularly the coconut bread. This is a great alternative to a fancy resort for people who are travelling as a family.

part of bungalows was a/c and part not. only time you were A/C was when you were in bedroom sleeping. to eat or sit in common area was rather warm.

The room was spacious, clean, attractive, and well-appointed. I was visiting a friend on my porch in the afternoon, and they brought us a nice little complimentary dish of fruit and chocolate cake, and flowers. I ordered dinner from the cafe and a delicious meal was delivered to my room. The beach in front of the hotel is broken coral, and not really suitable for swimming, but we saw humpbacks breaching, and there are some nice chairs under the trees to enjoy the views. It's about a 20-minute walk to Temae beach, which is quite lovely and has excellent snorkeling. Tip: It's easier and quicker to walk down the road past the airport than to walk along the beach, which gets rocky and winds around a point. One of the hotel staff kindly offered me a ride to the ferry
The bed was a bit hard - just a heads up if you are fussy about the quality of your sleep. You should know you can't really swim/snorkel straight off the beach here.

Close to a good beach public beach 15 min walk.
Didn’t realise we had to order breakfast the night before. Sell on to the Chinese restaurants although better restaurants nearby. Isolated area without car and too rough to swim in-front of the hotel. No connection to golf club.

the staff is amazing. everyone is so kind and extremely helpful. the bungalow was perfect and had everything we needed and more. the sound of the ocean crashing right outside our door was the best part. loved being so close to the water.
a little far off from the main road

Watch a sunrise every morning and view the island of Tahiti across the blue Pacific to the north east and swim in crystal clear water every day. What is not to like? To have our Tahitian family share my wife's birthday with a BBQ and cake and laughs and memories. What is not to like? To see humpback whales multiple days close up and have them wave their tail at you and watch Tahitians canoeing across the ocean in front of you to Tahiti 12 miles away. Love it! Cool ocean breezes and a beach bungalow fully equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms and deck all clean and well maintained, Ill take it!
I wish I owned this bungalow and I would be happy to spend more time there. I can not think of something I didn't like because I love Moorea and this was a lovely place to stay. Come to Moorea and experience nature at its best!

I liked the kindness of the stuff. The breackfast was good, the fruit and some local products as the cocco bread were good. I liked the table in front of the sea available to use for all the guests.
Some bakery products offered in the breckfast were really low quality, full of oil and also ugly to see. The light inside the house is also low, it was not easy to read in the living room in the evening.

Our hostess was very pleasant and helpful. This is a group of 4 bungalows. Two are near the sea and two are closer to the road and airport. The road is lightly used and there are few planes. They are all small ones anyway. Breakfast was appreciated each day. There was a fan to keep cool in the main room and an air conditioner in the bedroom. That way we got a good night's sleep on the hot nights. Not only did we have a comfortable sleep, we had the sound of surf all the time, which was lovely.
It's a long time since I've eaten from melamine - a real reminder of camping trips. The property is about 3kms down an unsealed, potholed road past a pleasant beach. Just drive slowly and all will be well. Once you know the correct road you will see there is a sign telling you where to turn from the main road but the name is difficult to see as it is less emphasised than other items on the notice board.

Hearty breakfast
The picture is of a beach which is 20-25 minutes’ walk away. The property is right on a beach but you absolutely can’t swim there as the sea is so rough.
My main issue with this place was the restaurant. I asked before arriving - and got Booking to ask as well - if the restaurant would be open while I was there as I didn’t want to have to rent a car and the lodge is in the middle of nowhere. I was told categorically that it would be. There is no restaurant but the family restaurant delivers from a different location. It worked the first day but the next day the owners went for a day on the motu so it was closed and I walked 10km round-trip to the nearest supermarket. Then it was closed both Sunday and Monday, which was 3/4 of my time there. You cannot advertise as a property with an on-site restaurant and close it without offering alternatives. When I asked what I was meant to do for food, the owner shrugged and said she didn’t know. In the end, after having to skip lunch, I had to walk down the dodgiest dirt track in the dark to get to a main road where another restaurant agreed to collect me in their car. On the drive to the restaurant, we drove past the lodge restaurant and it was OPEN. So, the owner looked me in the eye and told me it was closed, knowing I’d have to walk down a dangerous road on my own twice, with dogs growling at me from the gutters. I found this absolutely disgusting, disrespectful and unacceptable.
The airport shuttle was meant to be included but no one was there to take me on my last day. I got a taxi and expected it to be free, seeing as it was meant to be part of the stay, and instead I ended up paying 2200 francs. Once again, this was unacceptable but there wasn’t even anyone there to complain to.
These people are not interested in providing any kind of service to their paying guests.
They never cleaned the room or offered clean towels even once.
