Colazione ottima

Right on the beach, and close to restaurants.
Free kayaks. Beautiful terrace on the beach for sunbathing. Free coffee and tee in the common areas.
The room was a bit smaller than it looked in the picture. Most of the bikes offered for free need to have a service done because they are a bit dangerous.

We stayed in both garden and seaview bungalows and by comparing I would say the garden one is better. We had a wonderful stay overall, the location is amazing. Breakfast is good, I would suggest adding a few more options like crepes or pancakes. But you can work with what you have. Staff is really nice.
The bungalows need some renovation, especially the seaview one. However our stay was comfortable.

The concept of bungalows and a large hub for cooking and hanging out is great in theory. The design elements in the main house were cool and the vistas over the lagoon as well as of the sunsets were really nice.
There was a gap of about an inch between the doors to our bungalow which not only allowed mosquitoes to enter but also ensured the winds whistled in whenever it was windy which made it difficult to sleep. We mentioned this to the person at reception and they advised there was nothing they could do. A timber batten on the door is all that is needed (it looks like one had been previously glued there and subsequently removed).
The overall vibe of the place was quite dull, I think perhaps due to there not being staff on site beyond about 2pm. An on site bar or something could be nice to bring guests together. Other than lying on the beach during the day, guests didn’t really tend to make the most of and enjoy the communal facilities provided in the house which made it feel quite underused and void of atmosphere.

Amazing hotel. one of the prettiest hotels ever. the grounds were beautiful and beach was unreal. stunning !!! they had free bikes and kayaks and a really good breakfast, although quite pricy. the bungalow was great and if u can definitely try to ask for the honeymoon suite !! close to coco beach and lots of restaurants, we recommend the holy steak house who do free pick up too. very cheap bungalows compared to the rest of the island!
The AC wasn’t great as the bungalows weren’t fully sealed. the night was fine and cool but during the day it was hot and sticky. not as much to do that side of the island as the next beach is private and it’s an expensive taxi to and back from the ferry.

The setting with the garden and the ocean so close was truly amazing. We loved that you could use the entire kitchensetting and get your own spacious fridge. The bed was a blessing, since my husband needs a firm matras. Otherwise, he gets massive back aches. It is very convenient that you can rent bikes and scooters. Do check if the tires still have enough profile.
There weren't really a lot of bad things. The only thing that was really noticeable was that there were lots and lots of ants crowling around in the room/house. They even go inside the toiletbowl and in the bed.. we know this can happen when in nature so weren't to bothered about it. But I can imagine some people really do.

We had an amazing time at the beach lodge. The room was clean and had a good size for two nights.
The sunset from the hotel beach is absolutely stunning!
Bring your mask and snorkel and explore the marine live just from the hotel beach. Free bike and Kanu hire is included, which allow you to explore the surrounding without having to rent anything. Also some restaurants and shops are in walking distance from the hotel.
We rented a Scooter for one day to get a bit further.
We took the bus transfer from Moorea Explorer from and to the ferry. It was 1000 xpf per person each trip.
We would have loved to stay a little longer.
Optional breakfast for 2500xpf in my opinion a bit expansive

There are 12 units and a large lodge with a long deck on the lagoon side where breakfast is served and guests can relax enjoying the exquisite view. Perfect place to enjoy the sunset or anytime of day.
The lagoon is very large and there are open boats you can use to explore. Also bicycles (both are free).
Staff very friendly and willing to assist with any request.
Lodge has huge room for relaxation and complete kitchen for guests who want to cook.
I spent 10 nights in February and words really can't convey what an amazing and special place the Lodge is.
Nothing I can think of.

The use of the kitchen, the cottages were quaint, right on a lovely beach, and the air conditioning.
we paid extra for facing the beach but it wasn’t as good a view as the other cottages but we paid the same price. The cottages that sit farther back should be cheaper.

loved every thing from the room to the private beach

The grounds were beautiful, peaceful, right on the beach, clean, interesting decor, kayaks and bikes to use for free. There is a communal kitchen where each room has a small fridge to store food and cooking is allowed and encouraged. Plenty of outdoor seating for everyone. Each bungalow also has an outdoor sitting porch, and water spout to wash off feet before going inside your room. It all felt very well thought out.
The rooms are a little small but very functional and beautiful. It would have been nice to have a larger communal fridge to store shared or left over groceries for the next people so food doesn’t have to be thrown away.

Loved the location. Close to good restaurants (within walking distance), right on the beach with perfect sunset views, common area (professional kitchen, individual refrigerator space, access to utensils and dishes, plus a large area for gathering) was especially nice.
Room was small, linens were older, pillows were uncomfortable, and overall impression of the room was somewhat disappointing. Very basic accommodation without any luxuries. It’s fine but you won’t call this room the best part of your trip. I’d rate the location a 10 and the room a 7.

Great view, the beach was awesome. Free parking, kayak, kitchen from 11AM-11PM, lots of space to enjoy activities, and very nice sunset views. For vegetarians and vegans, it is highly recommended to buy your food at Papeete and transport it to the island. Food options nearby are very limited, expensive, and almost every dish has meat or raw fish
The wifi wasn’t so great. I would recommend getting a good cellphone plan anyway when visiting these islands

Clean, updated facility and rooms. Nice landscape and right on a nice white sand beach with shallow lagoon. Kayaks and bikes provided.
Room was tiny and there is very little overhang from rain protection on the deck of the beachfront units. And it rained a lot!

we stayed in a beachfront room.poured rain the whole time we were here but the facilities are very comfortable and the view is outstanding!!! hopefully we can return and have better weather!

Location, view over the lagoon, gorgeous sunsets. Use of communual kitchen .
The manager, Claude, was very arrogant. He told us that the property was not for children.
Been harrazed by another guest and the manager did not do anything. Felt unsafe. Left property earlier.
Rooms are invaded by ants and cockroaches. Most of the time wifi did not work. Would not recommend.

Rooms were very tastefully done, simple, clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the view from the private beach—and white sand, too! Great spot to watch the sunset. Was very thankful for the free use of kayaks, and we paddled out to the nearby islands that had excellent snorkeling. (There’s also a reputable dive shop next door to get really into the water.) Staff was professional and friendly, and gave us a brief tour of the property when we arrived. Thank you for an excellent stay. Highly recommended.
I loved my stay, so not really much to recommend. Wished the check-out time wasn’t so early but the check-in is pretty early too so it balances out. And they invited us to remain on the property after check-out, which was very nice. I guess you could say I didn’t want to leave...

beach and location
The staff told us that due to their mistake we would have to change the room after the first night. without looking for a convenient solution for us, only after talking to the manager was it like in the original booking. breakfast not good, poor and processed products. not adequate for the price. no snacks during the day, sad and poor.

perfectly located. west side for sunsets, have kayaks and bicycles to use for free. scooters and cars available to rent from the lodge. there are about 10 restaurants within a 5min walk. private beach for guests only. full commercial kitchen to use and individual fridges. air con is good. it’s nice and quiet (not many children around). the hotel manager Claude and his wife are some of the most genuinely nice people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, they help you to book taxis, give info on the island and even helped the process of getting my lost luggage from Tahiti to moorea. I would recommend this lodge 10/10 as we couldn’t stop saying how amazing this place is. soooooo good.
wifi is slow and cuts out at peak times when lots of guests are online. not great drainage in the shower so it flooded partially into the bathroom. rooms are private but don’t have great noise insulation so you can often hear your neighbour bungalow.

Very clean. private & quiet with a gate from the road.. Simple but very nice furnishings. Right on a beautiful spot of beach. Sting rays swim right by. Beautiful sunset spot. Close to a couple good restaurants & markets. Breakfast on site, guests have use of the kitchen to prepare own meals.
