Easy parking and location.
A simple plastic chair and table on balcony would be nice to sit overlooking pool.

the location of the hotel is close to various culinary and recreational places. Spacious rooms feel more spacious and comfortable. there is an elevator that makes it easy to get up and down, and the friendly hotel staff makes you feel at home
the water in the bathroom contains a lot of chlorine, making my sensitive skin allergic and itchy. when you first enter the bathroom, the floor is very slippery, maybe caused by an inappropriate floor cleaner

Breakfast

Property was great, value for money, excellent service. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if we're in Legian. The resto is under maintenance, but breakfast setup in lobby area are still convenient.
I would like to highlights the staff's services (especially front office, F&B, and housekeeping) which I can say "service from the heart". When my kiddos accidentally sick, they're kindly help us to clean the mess, give our kids warm water, help to find a doctor which is open 24 hours (because its happened on Sunday), send our breakfast to the room when we get back from doctor (and already passed bfast time actually), even clean and mock up our rooms (we supposed to be check out that time, and haven't extend our stay, but they don't mind to help us feel comfortable).
They give us time to see the condition whether we just need to late check out or extended our stay, and when we have to extend our stay they give us special rates also.
Its really helpfull and ease our burden in our difficult situation.
Here again, I would like to say, Thank You Very Much for all help and supports 😇. May God Bless for all your kindness 😇
Keep all the good and great work always 😃

Location not to far from kuta beach, our room was very quiet, pool area very nice.
The mechanic, maintenance and cleaning of the hotel could be improved.
Pictures posted on Booking should be updated to the present condition

good location staff were helpful parking available which was good for us as we rented a scooter. Kuta Beach only 5 min drive away and Seminyak beach 15mins good location :)
lots of places to eat nearby good food but can be loud sometimes at night as they have live bands. Cant swim at the beach sea is too rough surfing only, lots to do there though lots of good markets.
