Oase van groen dicht bij het Comomeer

Heel rustige oase van groen, dicht bij het Comomeer. Heel gemoedelijke sfeer, ruime appartementen en lekker en gezond ontbijt met voldoende groenten en fruit.

Het bestek, borden en glazen was erg gelimiteerd, maar bij eenvoudig vragen aan het onthaal wordt alles simpel geregeld. Het avondeten viel jammer genoeg een beetje tegen; heel vriendelijke bediening maar gerechten waren niet top voor de prijs.

Cozy little retreat surrounded by fields

Spacious and exceptionally dog friendly. Very good choice or breakfast. Nice little Spa area. Super friendly staff

Wake up in large rooms with great views

Excellent hotel/resort. Everything was so smooth and simple. Large room with great view, swimming pool, sauna, restaurant and great outdoor location to explore. What more can you ask for. We travelled with our dog without knowing much about the place or the hotel but I have to say that we will return to this property for sure. Nothing was too much for them. They even give you free bikes to explore the area if you want to. The restaurant was almost shut by the time we checked in but the guys / gals there welcomed us and make dinner for us and kept the place open till the time we were there. Not once rushed us out of there.

Nothing in particular but the only thing I can think of is the out of hour operation. The reception closes at 17:00 or 18:00 depending upon the season of the year. I thought they should leave a FAQ card or file in the room for guests who might be in need of emergency care of anything else out of hours. Not that I ever needed it but in case if anyone wants it, it will be handy if they leave a card with an emergency phone number or doctor on call etc.

Beautiful nature

nature is amazing. The view from the SPA is beautiful. Apartment is big and has a great potential.

when we arrived the told us that they have a wedding next day ( Friday) and the restaurant closed for guests. That was one of the main reasons why I choose this place. unfortunately we had to use a car and search for restaurants in nearby villages. In the evening my son fell of the bed. the frame of the bed was to big for the bed insert (picture attached). Bed was extremely uncomfortable also in the main bedroom. The intention of my booking was to comfortable end the vacation, but was not even close to this. Bathroom is ok, but their was not a single thing where someone can hang a towel. Nothing. Not a single edge. Breakfast consisted of few sweet things and coffee. Enough for adults, but for my teenage children who don’t eat sweets, just not appropriate.

Party venue - be careful!

The location and size of apartments

Rooms could be cleaner- there were layers of dust on the shelves in our apartment. The playground was very tired… there was some rubbish in it which one of the staff members put in the slide house instead of throwing it away… We travelled with a small child and on the second night there was a wedding at the venue which we were never told about. It was right under our windows and lasted until at least 1am. None of us slept that night, it was horrible. We did complain and got that night reimbursed. With that said, not sure it’s a good place for a quiet holiday, especially with children- confirm if there are any parties planned for the duration of your stay.

location at top end of lake was ideal with space to park car and relax with ease of access to drive down east and west of lovely lake Como and close to river boat transport

Very quiet and good quality food

The spa wasn’t available and not indicated on wed site or booking.com and staff was unpleasant when asking for a discount on price because of this inconvenience.

Great stay at this beautiful location

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The indoor swimming pool is up to date and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

There are a lot of dogs (caged) on the premises which woke us up several times a night due to the barking. The appartment on the ground floor we staid is ready for an update.
