ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR 2800 SQUARE FOOT 4 BEDROOM 4 BATHROOM CONDO ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF STERLING BEACH. THE CONDO WILL SLEEP 14 COMFORTABLY.
(Primary renter must be at least 25)

Overall, we had a good experience. A few things were concerning. There was not sufficient silverware in the condo. Had to purchase plastic ware. The sheets on the bunk beds were dirty. The toilet in the master bath made a loud screaming noise when flushed. The doors coming into master bedroom and going into master bath were loose from their hinges and scrubbed loudly when opened and closed.

The toilet in one room made a terrible noise every time you flush it, 1 room smelled bad due to the floor stayed wet at the door of it the entire time, and the floors/carpet was dirty crumbs and stuff under the furniture

The views from the floor to ceiling windows are completely amazing! The place is huge. Plenty of space for us and our grown children. My only complaint would be cleanliness. There were stains on several of the sheets and one of the blankets looked like it had poop stains on it. That's a lot of money to spend too be doing laundry as soon as i got there. They did offer to send housekeeping which i refused because honestly they would've had to wash the sheets and i already had them stripped and in the wash. At least after that i could sleep comfortably feeling like things were clean. There were issues with the balcony door but locking but being 3 floors up i didn't care. Also the exhaust fans in the bathrooms are very noisy. But that wasn't a big deal for me. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. First family vacay since my son got home from the Navy.

This unit is big and roomy, plenty of room for everyone. The pool table was a hit and used every day. There's plenty of seating in the spacious living room. The kitchen and deck are bigger than they appear in the photos. It was a little chilly when we were there and we loved that the pool was heated. We appreciated that there was filtered water and ice from the refrigerator. The only cons are that they could use more silverware and the pans are pretty bad. The view is amazing and the private beach wasn't crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location. Even though it was Spring Break, we wouldn’t have known it. Quiet, clean area throughout the property. Visible employees all day. Suggestions: Hot pads in kitchen, more dish cloths and dish towels. Also a sharp knife set. There was only one large sharp knife. Also, the jets in one of the tubs did not work. We left a new can opener. The 2 there did not work. There is no outdoor table on the balcony (as the picture shows.). These are not complaints-we had a fabulous time!

It is a pretty condo. Unfortunately it was not very clean. Under the sofa in the main living room there was food along with nuts. We have someone with a nut allergy. Also, there was dirty kleenex and a dirty hand towel under one of the king beds. Along with white substance on blankets and multiple pillows. The king bed in that same room was broke. The frame was not even securely attached, so it was loud and wobbly. The fridge in the on-suite kitchenette did not work. We did contact the property and they sent out a cleaning crew and they provided us clean sheets. We washed all of the comforters ourselves. The dryer in the unit had to have the lint cleaned out of it, we took 2 vacuums containers out of it just in order for it to dry. It was just disappointing to have to do this on vacation. No offer to give any discounts for the problems. The pool and grounds were very well kept and staff was always checking to make sure only guests were utilizing the property, which was nice to see.

Unit was spacious for the needs of our group. Pool table was a nice addition. We enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows looking out at the fantastic views of the pool and beach. Beds and pillows comfortable. Pool and the property were nicely maintained. There were a few items that need improvement, the Unit A - with the mini frig; the mini frig was not working, Kitchen could use a few more kitchen cooking utensils and cookie sheets and the dryer door locking latch needs replaced - dry works great- latch needs repaired/replaced. Would certainly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay here. This is our second year renting this condo. It is large and accommodating with four bedrooms and two sleeper sofas. The views of the ocean are magnificent. The unit was clean, communication with the rental company was great. There could be more silverware in the unit. Overall, we highly recommend this condo.

This place was very nice and the views are unforgettable. It was nice having the pool table everyone loved it. Only thing is to make sure you buy extra toilet paper , paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and washing stuff. Lots of room for everyone.

This unit was great for our size group - 8 adults really appreciated 4 king size beds. The beach was beautiful and I’ve never seen such a pristine pool. The condo itself is in desperate need of a deep cleaning - specifically the showers, carpet and sofas. Overall it was a great week. Condo just needs a little TLC.

Sterling Beach 4bedroom was just as listed. The property overall was great and very quiet, however when we first arrived there was half eaten food and drink in the refrigerator and crumbs on the kitchen counter. This sets the stage for checking everywhere! Everywhere else was clean and in order. The cleaning fee is wayyy too much to deal with that.
Additionally, the check in code was inaccurate but we were able to immediately get it resolved. However I called for 2 days to get the beach gate code and never got a call back. Glad we were able to find someone else I help us.
All in all a great property!

We love staying in condo 307 at Sterling Beach. It is a large condo which is well-suited for our family. It’s in a great location. Never feels crowded. New furniture and remodeled. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning in the bedroom that was a lock-out did not work. It stayed around 75 degrees in that room the entire week. We have rented this condo for two weeks this summer and hope it can be fixed before our next vacation. Otherwise. We love staying there.

The property was just as described in the listing! We had 4 families (14 guests) and it was spacious enough to not be on top of each other! We had more than what we needed provided in the room. Only thing that could’ve been improved was the usability of the pool sticks. We bought one to get us through the week! Will definitely be staying again.

Everything was great including the ease of communication. We were at the East end of PCB, so it was quieter. We spent time running the kids around to various places, but it wasn’t too inconvenient. They went to Gulf World Marine Park, ZooWorld Zoological Park, Sunset Cruise on the Sea Screamer, karaoke at Shuckum’s, dinners at Pineapple Willy’s and Dick’s Last Resort and spent time on the beach and at the pool. We would definitely stay here again. :-)

Everything was as advertised. Great big unit for friends and family to stay. Giant windows with spectacular views of ocean and watching planes fly by. We stayed 2 months and didnt run into any big issues and small ones we had were fixed asap. Windows could use some cleaning and few things could be updated but for a rental on the beach nothing really to complain about. Overall stay was excellent.

We stayed here with a large group of 14.(2-75yrs old) The door code didn't work had to call to get a new one. The mini fidge doesn't work,the ice maker doesn't work, and out door table top is broke on small patio table. We had a issue with the door to the 4th bedroom w/sm balcony getting locked. If you shut it or the main door in hallway to kitchen it automatically locks you out and there is no key or door codes for those 2 doors and can only be opened from the inside of that room. We called the numbers on our paperwork for multiple hours for the manager to be very rude to us. It was eventually taken care of at 10pm several hours after we had called. This is a nice condo and great location just needs better management. Could also use different door locks or provide a key when u are renting the whole condo as a 4bdrm bc this could be a safety issue for people with small children.

We loved the location and the spacious condo! The cleanliness could be better though. Dust was thick throughout the condo…so thick around dryer area the air conditioning pipes were clogged up and started leaking. We had to have maintenance come in several times during our stay. No one could sleep in the areas where the carpet was soaked because of the air conditioner leaking. We mopped up water several times because we felt sorry for the owner of the condo and knew the standing water could do damage to the units below. This rental was not cheap, we expected far more. The entrance code we were sent was wrong and we could not enter upon arrival. The floors were dirty. There were two vacuum cleaners, but neither one worked which might explain the dirty floors. The mini fridge does not work. The ice maker in the main fridge does not produce enough ice for more than two people. A table in the living room had no glass top. There were knobs falling off the walls to control different things. I could go on…but the main point is that the owners should probably hire a different property manager.

From the moment we checked in I should have known that the experience was not going to go well. Let me preface by saying I have never left a bad review! I have been visiting Panama City Beach for over 30 years and have never had an experience like this one. When we arrived, the code was wrong. Then, after contacting ECD and getting a new code, the door handle fell off! Then, upon entering the unit it was very obvious that no one had been to the unit to clean. Should anyone here need photos of what we walked into you can reach out to me personally. From the sand all over the floors, to dirty dishes in the dishwasher, to the stove looking as if someone had burned the entire cooktop, we were honestly stunned. There were stains all over the couches, Cheeto crumbs in large quantities all over the blue couch, tears in the curtains, dirt on all of the rugs, makeup all over the hand towels, EXTREME MOLD/MILDEW in all of the showers, and disgusting cigarette butts and ashes all over the main outdoor deck. Upon calling to voice our concerns, it was almost as if they did not care. I was told someone was coming the very next day to “DEEP CLEAN”! No one ever showed up. Then the air broke in the front part of the condo. I am utterly disappointed with the property management company. It was unacceptable. I finally spoke back to Sarah from ECD and she stated she would refund our cleaning fee and give us a late check out! I asked for a 1 pm check out she stated that it would be difficult but she would see what she could do and call me back. Guess what? I never heard back from her. Upon check out Saturday, a female shows up at 10:30 am with her two children to clean and cussed us out telling us to go F*** ourselves. It was very trashy and very unacceptable. Shortly after I get a call from ECD at 11:45 stating we need to vacate the property and be out of the condo immediately. This results then in them calling the police on us for trespassing while we are trying to load our cars with luggage. I have never in my life had an experience like this. I wish people prior to us had been more forthcoming with how ECD acts and handles their properties. The Sterling Beach Condo as a whole was incredible. Our other family members stayed there in other units and had an incredible experience with vacasa rentals and their units were spotless. Please reconsider using this rental property management company! We are contacting owner to let them know.

This is a very spacious, roomy condo. There was plenty of sleeping space. Besides the four bedrooms with king beds and four baths, there were two sleeper sofas in the living room and bunk beds in the big closet. We really enjoyed the pool table!! We’ve stayed in other condos in this resort and this was our favorite. It had plenty of cookware and utensils for cooking. It was located next to stairs if you’d prefer stairs to the elevator. It was nicely decorated. The view was awesome! We had a great week!!

I stayed here with my son and several of his friends from college for spring break. The property is fantastic, an end unit, so spacious, the kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need and there was plenty of seating in the Living Room and two of the couches pull out into beds as well, and the pool table was clutch, really put the place over the top when staying with 8 19yr old boys! The property manager is a real pain, walking around just looking to yell at you for something, defintely doesn’t like that some people rent their units out. Was worth putting up with him for the place :)
