Muy acogedor

La comodidad y privacidad que el hotel brinda, y su piscina nos encanto, también el personal es muy amable. Solamente que en el momento carecimos de una plancha, de ahí todo excelente 👌

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen, jederzeit wieder. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Zimmer im EG mit Blick in den Garten, der Pool war gleich hinter unserem Quartier um die Ecke. Kühlschrank, TV und ein ordentlich großes Badezimmer. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Klimaanlage hat ausgezeichnet bei der Hitze im April 2024 gearbeitet. Das Baden im Pool war bei den Temperaturen erfrischend und auch die Liegen am Pool waren super zum Entspannen. Oftmals waren wir ganz alleine. Schöne private Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück wurde mit regionalen Früchten serviert und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Personal geht auch gerne auf individuelle Bestellungen ein und ist sehr freundlich. Die Entfernung zur Kathedrale lässt sich von der Lage des Hotels gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Jederzeit wieder.

Nur einen Hinweis für die Rezeption und den Rechnungsmodus. Der Hotelgast hinterlegt nach erfolgter Buchung über Booking.com seine Kreditkarten-Daten mit dem zu zahlenden Übernachtungspreis. Die Kreditkarten-Firma reserviert diesen Betrag für das Hotel als ausstehende Zahlung auf der Kreditkarte des Hotelgastes für ca. 2. Wochen. Die Hotelrezeption kann jederzeit innerhalb der 2 Wochen sich den Betrag von der Kreditkarte des Hotelgastes ohne Zustimmung des Hotelgastes abbuchen. Am Tag der Abreise wird der Hotelgast von der Rezeption erneut aufgefordert sein Zimmer mit der Kreditkarte zu bezahlen. Der Hotelgast gibt seine Kreditkarte zur Bezahlung hin und tippt die üblichen Codes ein. Der Betrag wird dem Hotel-Bankkonto gutgeschrieben. Der Hotelgast sieht auf der Kreditkarte-Abrechnung jetzt 2 Abbuchungen. Den Betrag aus der Reservierung und den gezahlten Betrag am Tag der Abreise. Bitte den reservierten Betrag nach der Zahlung am Tag der Abreise aus dem System entfernen. Ganz wichtig, da der Hotelgast verunsichert ist und denkt, er wurde betrogen. Unbedingt ändern. Vielen Dank.

Que el check in era muy tarde hasta las 3:00pm y que no podíamos acceder a la piscina hasta después de hacer el check in.

Het personeel is vriendelijk. Onze 4-persoonskamer was ruim, met zowel Airco's als fans. En schoon. Ontbijt was goed met keuze uit gallo pinto of pannekoekjes. Beiden met fruit. Het is een klein stukje lopen naar het centrum.

Bij het zwembad lagen houten vlonders die dringend aan vervanging toe waren. De staat waarin ze verkeren was eigenlijk gewoon gevaarlijk. Sowieso kan de staat van onderhoud beter; de crisis van 2018 en de daaropvolgende corona-pandemie hebben er waarschijnlijk voor gezorgd dat het onderhoud is gaan versloffen. De aankleding is vrij saai.

Exceptional

I 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, which made calling a taxi/shuttle easy and stress free. The breakfast and coffee in the morning was perfect, and it always felt so homey and cozy. Everything is clean and the pool and rooms were beautiful. If I come back I will definitely be staying here again.

Thoroughly recommend this excellent value small hotel in a very good location.

We had the largest room which was on the second floor with its own balcony. It was huge and well appointed and we enjoyed it very much. We stayed a week. The staff are all charming and try to help. Only Joshua the night time front desk speaks English and he does it very well. We were able to ask him questions. Angelica the charming, efficient manager speaks no English but works at communicating. She figured out what we wanted and helped us with travel arrangements. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Room cleaning was exemplary. Excellent value for money.

Sadly the wooden deck around the pool and the deck of our room’s balcony have deteriorated to the point where one is in danger of injury due to broken and splintered boards and protruding nails. The courtyard garden is similarly neglected. Hopefully as tourism is returning to normal in Leon repairs will be done.

Decent option in Leon

Nice venue in antiqued but refurbished builidng. It offers sizable and clean rooms and a decent local cuisine based breakfast. It is located ca. 10 mins from the main square, so not a big deal given it is a nice walk.

Staff was rather neutral, reluctant to make an extra step and help, not English speaking. The overall room setting was rather rudimentary.

Could be great with tweeking

The pool was nice and had comfy sitting areas. The service was excellent. We liked the nice breakfast and having a fridge in the room. Our room was very private and had a convenient outside private terrace to sit on. When my husband needed pharmacy items, a hotel staff member went and bought them for him, free of charge@

The room had birds or something nesting in the rafters or on the roof above our heads - and so a lot of high pitched screeches could be heard, but not seen all night long. Bats? Prevented sleep and was unnerving. The security safe didn't work. Also, the hotel keeps its entrance locked, so you have to get the desk attendance to let you in and out of the hotel.

Hidden Gem in Leon

Great property, great breakfast. Very friendly and accomodating staff. While close to the center of town, I would not walk at night.

Overall I enjoyed my stay.

This is a very precious hotel. The way they plan this hotel I admire how they use up all the space so efficiently. They have a small garden with a well where you can have breakfast and a pool. The room was spacious with sitting area as well. My room was next to the pool, basically pretty much all the rooms are close to the pool. Again, the way they planned this hotel was very clever. The hotel is is close to the city. Also, I appreciate how they have so many towels in the room to begin with. The breakfast was good especially I love the fresh fruits.

Just a very minor glitch, the staff knocked on the door at 11:30am to remind you that check out time is at 12 O’clock. I knew that and I was done packing and was almost on my way out. 🙄 I have been travelling everywhere and so far this is the only hotel that did that. And the hotel appeared pretty empty.

A great hotel in Leon!

Everything was great! We loved having access to the pool and the beautiful courtyard. Breakfast was good and could be customized to our tastes which we really liked. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and was kept very clean all week during our stay. Plus, the location is easy walking distance to the city center so very convenient. We even got our laundry done during our stay and it was affordable and well done. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The room I booked was unavailable upon arrival but was quickly taken care of. They accommodated my family of 5 with a full house without hesitation.

Lovely small hotel in the heart of Léon.

Beautiful courtyard, large room with quiet a/c, lovely friendly staff, nice pool, good breakfast, only a few blocks from the Cathedral.

Restaurant is only open for breakfast (it’s included, though), no bar, very thin walls.

The people were very helpful. The location was good.

The breakfast offered was described as „wonderful breakfast included“ by booking. Unfortunately, they only provided one choice of breakfast - the typical gallo pinto with plantains, scrambled eggs, toast and butter. This was not even very tasty. The coffee was bad either. Hence, the second day we brought our own avocado and cream cheese to breakfast and the third day we skipped it entirely and ate some cereal somewhere else. Recommendation: provide some other breakfast options, e.g. yoghurt with cereal/ granola and fruits. This should not be too hard.

Wonderful stay

Room was wonderful, Professional, clean, wonderful friendly service, beautiful environment, quiet and relaxed, great breakfast, close to the city center.

The price is not the same as in Booking. It was more expensive at checkout. So the Booking.com information does not reflect the real cost. Internet was weak.

Great Central Location

We were initially disappointed that there wasn't a restaurant or bar, but we found a lovely place nearby and had a nice walk around the main square. Room was great with AC and a huge bed.

Shower didn't really work in the evening, but was fine again in the morning.
