Good food, but nothing much to do in the property, its a hotel and cannot be termed a resort

The breakfast and dinner spread were good. The restaurant staff were friendly, polite and accommodating, especially the duty manager asked if we wanted any specific food to be prepared for our baby.

Many things, the cleanliness needs a recheck. On the day of arrival, the bathroom drain in our room was clogged, had to call housekeeping to clear that. The corridor where our room was located had water dripping and creating puddle, the staff cleaned it during the day, but overnight after rain, the smell of the stagnant water outside the room was unbearable. The balconies were completely drenched in water because of heavy rain. The room cleaning staff would only arrive late in the afternoon or later for cleaning the room by when we could not accept as we had an infant and asked them to do it in the evening. The cleaning was very basic as well. I have been at other Accor properties both in India and international, compared to those properties, there is much room for improvement.

Not a 5 star hotel, please avoid

1) location 2) Amazing spa 3) good staff

1) unkempt smelly dingy rooms 2) slippery floors 3) stinky unclean pool 4) poor overall room upkeep - faceplate missing on landlines, etc 5) barely any channels on the TV - We offered to pay for it but they just refused 6) ZERO flexibility in food - asked for some modification on the food on the menu, we were flatly refused. It was just a matter of making a small change, which the chef could have accommodated.

Very pleasant experience

Very nice breakfast and dinner spread. There’s also a nice children’s play room with different activities. Staff is polite and friendly, always ready to help. We traveled with an infant and a toddler and they also provided simple porridges for our infant as per our requests. We had a great time.

rooms could have been better. the water bottles kept inside the rooms are difficult to open. got minor cuts twice on my fingers while trying to break their seal.

Kids play area. Jz a girl sitting there idle..when we went there she switch on the TV..so that kids become busy...no one to play with..she jz sat there to stop kids from touching things...,"dnt touch its not free ur parents have to pay for it. "Every minor things like beach bag. Boat at pool ball at pool ..every thng is extra paid .no pick n drop to beach.....breakfast was good but monotonous....

Superb

We had lovely and very comfortable stay at the hotel. We had breakfast included in our booking and I must they have the most delicious breakfast and very good variety. I'm strictly vegetarian and I relished on very delicious vegetarian breakfast. We had requested for twin bed which was instantly arranged for us. The property is very safe for only female tourists also as I was on vacation with my teenage daughter and I was little apprehensive initially for the same. But I felt absolutely safe and the staff is also very courteous and friendly. The staff also guided me about the activities that we could do. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and relatives. Value for money and walking distance from beach is an add on. Keep up the excellent service!!

The size of the room was smaller than I thought of when I checked the same online. Also the bathrooms don't have closed bath area which is very common these days.

Very good facilities, food, and property. Locatoin and service could have been better

Food is fantastic. Chef Pradeep us really helpful and took care of our requirements of fasting food.

Reception staff is not upto expectation level. They almost outwardly rejected every request that we may have instead of providing any alternate solutions. Reception staff of Novotel, Goa, should learn welcoming techniques form Novotel, Aerocity.
