Overall all very good experience

Smiley staff, Good food, Best location. Overall good experience. We booked at a last minute as our previous hotel was not good and we had to move immediately. We were happy to find Lohias Resort, Candolim, Goa

Are you looking for a kids friendly hotel? Check the Lohias out!

Family-friendly environment, very supportive staff (irrespective of their designation), cleanliness, and 10 mins walkable distance to the beach! Local market right outside the premises.

Wifi didn't work since the check-in. Although there is an option available for late night food/ snacks from the kitchen, unfortunately, room service was unreachable.

Lovely Stay at the Lohias

I liked the location, polite and helpful staff and the food. We mostly had breakfast at the hotel buffet but it was great to start our day. I liked the security system and the hotel staff, they were polite and always jumped to help with anything.

Nothing in particular but would love to have laundry service added to the list of facilities for the next time.

Decent rooms, great location, badly-trained staff

Well located, decent rooms. Housekeeping staff is nice. That's where the good stuff ends unfortunately.

The reception staff is very annoying and very in your face. On the first day the person who brought our luggage up even though we insisted we don't need help kept lingering at the door waiting for a tip and it quickly became an awkward situation until he finally left us in peace. They also called me every single day, both on the hotel room phone and on my cellphone to ask if everything was okay. It's thoughtful the first couple of times but by day 5 it's exhausting. Parking situation can be rough, they ask you to deposit your car keys with them but won't take it from you and park your vehicle If you urgently need it. Case in point, I just got back from a 2 hour drive and because there weren't any good restrooms along the way I REALLY had to pee, very urgently. I enter the parking bay and all the slots are taken, so I park in the driveway so I can pee in the ground floor restroom and quickly move the car, but their security guards insisted I park in the adjacent parking lot, which I had no idea about in the first place, or I would've parked there to begin with. I ask if I can quickly go pee and come back, this guy flat out refuses, I ask if he can park the car while I use the restroom he refuses that as well, so now I'm turning the car around in an already limited space, driving over to the adjacent plot and parking carefully to avoid damaging the car because of the uneven plot, all while having to pee extremely urgently. Not a pleasant experience by any means. The room door lock was damaged as if it had been forced open, it kept making the alarm sounds even when it was closed, but we put up with it because it still worked, even if just barely. On the last day, I was a little unwell and really wanted some water, so I call the reception to send me two bottles, they call me back to tell me I needed to call their restaurant and ask for the water instead of coordinating between themselves and just sending it to the room.

Anazing

Very nice rooms and breakfast is very good . Staff is also very nice and taxis and rental cabs were also very nearby. Beaches and food in very close proximity overall it was good stay at lohias. Would recommend to anyone in my known person to visit here and stay at The Lohias

Amazing stay

It was short stay but I actually enjoyed the stay and it was worth. I have enjoyed buffet breakfast as the restaurant serve lavish and huge spread. With many options for veg and non-veg. Hotel has even organised traditional Rajasthani Folk dance near poolside. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Service was superfast. Food was tasty and the staff were so humble and co operative. When it comes to customer service each and every staff go extra mile to fullfill our needs this makes this hotel special. I will definately visit again and also recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay in hotel

Well this hotel is exactly on main road. Newly built hotel or i would say highly maintained properly. Big rooms with attached big balconies. Tasty food and also decent options in buffet breakfast. Service is good, polite staff.over all good stay.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества

В номерах очень чисто, сантехника в хорошем состоянии, просторный балкон, удобная большая кровать. Для Индии уборка хорошая. Пляж 10минут хотьбы по достаточно спокойной милой улице с виллами.

При заезде бронировала раннее заселение, но в отеле ничего об этом не знали и разводили руками. Хотя я даже отдельно писала, пришлось ждать номер. Полотенце приходилось часто просить после уборки. Ресторан в отеле работает очень долго, ждали 2часа обед.

Resort the Lohias, in Goa

Location, breakfast in the resort, staff and facilities provided within the resort.

Could be useful to provide a floor mat to wipe geet after the beach. Helps to reduce sand accumulation in the wooden flooring rooms and linen eventually.

We enjoyed our stay here, overall it was a good experience

Good location, easy access to restaurants, super markets, pharmacy etc. the rooms are nice and spacious with a balcony.

The hotel is nice but looks a bit old. There is only one elevator which is used by guests and staff. Sometimes the wait is long before you get your turn. The rooms and bathrooms can get a nice touch up to give it a newer look and feel. The restaurant does not cater breakfast to any guests who are Jain. I highly recommend to have a couple of dishes for guests who are Jain.

Over priced little bit due to location

Breakfast buffet options were not adequate

The rooms' floor continued to remain wet even though the staff cleaned it twice. They said it was because of AC and closed Windows but I think that was not suitable reason because the other room was all good with AC and Windows

It’s so seriously so bad experience with worst customer service.

It’s a horrible place to stay with family.

Horrible service, rude and argued staff. Never ever we will suggestion anyone to stay at this property.

Pathetic Lohias

Very poor service, AC vent leaking, poor food, the wifi did not work on all 4 days. Took extra money for the kid but did not give the extra bed. They said they are taking the extra money because they are giving extra bed..

The room is ok but the cleaning is not up to the mark.. staff was not humble . Food prices are high..

Whenever I called for a drink they said the drink was not available at this time.. whenever i called for cleaning they responded very late. They clean the floor like I was about to fall that much wet floor was there . And the staff always reminds you that you have to pay for breakfast that's not added to your package..

The room was excellent and the service was great.... definitely a must stay...Hemant from house keeping was always at the service and so the security guard who always guided us well.Good job.

Very nice experience

Housekeeping staff was exceptionally good Mr Harish .Whenever you call for the room cleaning he was available. I was in a package of bed and breakfast and the staff in Breakfast Mr Satyaban was so well mannered and good with his service .My daughter was selective with few things while eating but he was always there to get things needed. Mr Pradeep the head from Room service was equally warm . Overall I had a great time and the service was good.

The fridge was not working after getting changed.If that can be worked on.

The hotel's location is ideal, and the accommodations are comfortable and well-kept. Additionally, the housekeeping team does a fantastic job. Overall, we had a good time.

There are fewer choices for breakfast and only two free bottles of water per day; additional water must be paid for. There is only an overhead shower in the bathroom and no hand shower.
