Everything! It was just perfect.
That I couldn’t stay forever!

Cabin was beautiful, location was so peaceful

I love the location and peace and quiet. The pods are well set out facing the fishing pond.
The fridge was very noisy, the fire alarm flashing at night was annoying, and there needs to be a mirror by a plug and a couple more shelves by the bed. The light switch was too far away from the bed.

Very clean, lots of amenities!
Wet room plus not in correct place, so it flooded each time shower was used

Great facilities, everything you need was in the yurt.
There were some thick cobwebs in parts, but it was clean in the main areas.

lovely and clean and nicely furnished
the property was lovely. would have been nice to have something to keep the door open. there was a leak from the sink which leaked out in the bathroom and around the kitchen.

it was cute and rustic looking, opposite an area of water and roaming sheep. plenty of activities to take part in and a lovely bar and on site shop.

The log cabin and location was beautiful!
The riser rail on the shower broke off the wall due to a rusted screw on the first evening of our stay. We reported it the next morning and someone was due to come and inspect, unsure if they came while we were out but nothing was done to rectify this. We were left without a shower facility with 2 children with additional needs which proved challenging.
In addition to this there were no instructions on how to operate the underfloor heating and the timers were set up for some odd times. We woke up in the middle of the night drenched in 28 degree heat and arrived back in the evening to the being freezing. The batteries in the remote control also didn't work.
Staff could have perhaps offered to move us to a lodge that did have use of a shower if they weren't able to fix the riser, and greater attention to detail in programming of the heating and checking the facilities worked would have made the experience more relaxing and better value for money.

We stayed in the Yurt. Wow. We arrived after 5pm but the Yurt was easy to access due to the key code system. It was just what it said on the advert and more. Unbelievable feeling of calmness being inside this unusual dwelling. It was spotless and smelled lovely. It was warm and cosy. Clean towels and toiletries waiting for us. The shower room was also spotless and great. The beautiful four poster was so comfortable and loads of space to chill out and watch a bit of TV. The grounds were well kept and nice to see the sheep roaming around. The site was quiet and calm and we had a view of the duck pond. I wanted to have a relaxed and peaceful few days with my partner to just kick back which i absolutely did. While in the Yurt it felt like you were in a welcoming and safe place. I didn't want to leave. Absolutely loved it.
The only thing that could be improved is maybe the lighting on the way to the Yurt from the car park and facilities. Coming back after it got dark was a little hard to see where you were going. In fact i had not even realised we had walked past the pond on the first night until my partner pointed it out. For me especially due to being a walking stick user it would be nice to see the various lumps and bumps. We did manage to use a phone light to see a bit better.

Everything was just like in the photos - clean, comfortable and affordable. Staff were helpful although we as a group would've benfitted from a more varied (later) check in time due to work commands.

don’t get me wrong I love animals not complaining but I stepped in sheep poo as I came out my door and there was spider webs and spiders at the top of the cuboards, but other than that was amazing:)
