Accommodation was clean and modern. Enjoyed the pizzas for dinner and the breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Most staff speak very little if any English. The place looks a bit rundown, but the indoors are kept in shape fine. The restaurant food was rather average for the price, especially buffet dinner. Coffee at breakfast was below average and desserts were mostly blunt. I suppose for where the Hotel is located, the management is doing best they can.

Right on beach.
Hotel room decor/comfort lacking. Off-season but felt tired and lacking in energy.

Staff were fantastic
We were impacted by a swimming ban at the beach but it was not the clearest in this area either. Not sure if there were guest water activities BUT my advice is to engage either the dive shop or aqualogoon companies on site as soon as possible. At this time of year weather (wind) does play a part and 730 am is their very brief Windows to get to offshore sites

The hotel is right at the beach, staff is very friendly.
Staff told us that there’s no swimming in the ocean because of sharks, even though there’s no public announcement to be found. So if you’re coming to this spot to avoid Noumea’s swimming ban, this might not be the place for you. But the hotel has a nice pool and the beach is lovely.
There were some building works around the pool area so it was a bit noisy at times but nothing too bothersome.

The friendly staff at the restaurant. Very welcoming.
They allowed dogs in the restaurant and they fought under our table and tried to bite me...

Great stay!! Room was comfortable with a beautiful balcony which felt incredibly private - good for a morning cuppa. the hotel is right on the beach which we loved. My friend and I sat on the swinging chair watching the sunset eating cheese and drinking wine - absolutely bliss. We also loved the local feel this hotel gave which is something we value - we want to immerse ourselves in the culture.

The food was amazing and always fresh and delicious.
Would highly recommend & would stay again myself.

Good base to explore the area. Family accommodation spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Local supermarket and ‘snack’ options for meals are good.
The hotel needs a bit of an update. We found eating at hotel buffet expensive but we are used to travelling in Asia (much cheaper🤣)

The design of the resort, both the grounds and the bungalows were beautiful. The beds were comfortable.
There was black mould in one of the room corners. While some staff were very friendly, many were disinterested in helping out with any queries. The same dinner buffet leftovers were served several days in a row. We did not expect this from a hotel on the luxury resort list.

It takes approximately 4 hours to drive there from the international airport. We thought it was worth the drive. We stayed in one of the ocean villas and the views were beautiful.
The staff are very friendly and will try and help you. Most staff did not speak a lot of English but we also did not speak a lot of French but we got by.
The pool area was big enough for all to enjoy. Bring a book and enjoy time away from the world.
Food is on offer all day but prices vary.
Internet was limited.

Like the look of it from the website. On site, am a little disappointed.
The room could do with update. Smell a little bit WiFi is just not adequate for the hotel clients

Beachfront villa was great, super comfortable and spacious, nice beach and good value for money. Staff friendly and helpful but over the weekend they were stretched a bit. This is a hotel rather than a resort so the little differences are there such as no beach towels provided in the villa, etc.
Not much on offer in the way of services or things to do, no other restaurants nearby.

The bungalows are comfortable rooms. And they have cheap cocktails by the pool.
There is a big lack of power points within the room, with only one near the bed. Only 3 in total, which is ridiculous for this day and age. The windows don't fully shut, and they were installing a private spa for the room when the room still needed general maintenance. The wifi was horrible and consistently dropped off and on, or was incredibly slow. The a la carte option isn't available on those nights when the buffet dinner is on. To top off the stay experience, I woke one night at 4 am to the faint sound of locals partying near the hotel. Not my idea of luxury.

we loved Hotel Tieti. The location is amazing, a safe beach with good, easy swimming. The pool set up is great with lovely day beds and a nice warm temperature.
long drive to get there from the airport (although we were expecting that). Limited food options which were overly expensive - again very similar to the rest of NC
