We loved this little condo on the beach! It is in the perfect location and walking distance to just about anything you need. It was a great size for just the two of us.

Great condo in a great location!

Perfect spot for my daughter & I for a few days of wedding planning. Great views and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

It was sooo hard walking up and down the stairs to and from the second floor with luggage in hand. We are a family of four- all seniors. It would be nice if owners of the villas would install outside elevators or some type of lift system. I really didn't think to ask or even consider that we would be going up and down stairs. Of course it was never mentioned to me either.

The condo suited our family of 3 perfectly for a weekend stay. We enjoyed the close beach access as well as close restaurants/stores. The condo was clean and well maintained. There is some glass furniture, so just be prepared if you’re taking little ones. If we return to IOP, we will be interested in staying here again.

The location of the condo was the best part of this stay. We loved the close proximity to the beach and local restaurants.
The condo itself desperately needs upgrades. For example: Balcony has rotten areas, shower needs a full remodel as the flooring to the tub is questionable, remove unnecessary furniture (the glass coffee table is a hazard as the top is not secured), kitchen cabinet drawers are falling apart in the back, upon arriving the condo smelled like air freshener but the longer we stayed there was a musty smell throughout
With a little bit of TLC, this place could be a 10/10

We spent 3 nights in IOP and this condo was perfect location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and direct access to the beach.

We came for the July 4th weekend and the location was unbeatable. Front row seats from the balcony to the Isle of Palms fireworks. Easy beach access and private pier. The pool was nice to have as well. We weren’t able to use the bunk beds for our younger children as there is not something to prevent you from falling off, but there is a sofa bed that we were able to use.

Nice place to enjoy the beach with very close dining and shopping. No need to leave the area if you don’t want to. Everything is within walking distance.

We love this little spot at the Sea Cabins in IOP. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants but still feels tucked away and has an amazing view of the beach and pier.

This was a short trip for us and first time to IOP. Very clean, easy to find. The patio has a nice view of part of the beach and pier. Easy walk to a very private beach, pool, and local restaurants.

Perfect place to enjoy some time at the beach.

Wonderful place and location. Perfect for 2! But we arrived late on Sunday afternoon with no one available to help us find our rental that was listed with 2 different addresses. The real estate office was closed and no one answered the office phone or returned our call for 4 days. Another contact number given was equally ineffective. We eventually found our way, but the lack of communication was unacceptable to weary travelers.

Awesome, clean, beautiful beachfront property with pier to enjoy beautiful sunrises.

We would rebook in a heartbeat! The view of the sun rises were my favorite. Swimming in the ocean was wonderful! It was a pretty tight space in the bedroom but I am smaller so it wasn’t a problem for me.

I only had one complaint, but it was resolved quickly. We would stay again.

Fun & perfect location. Great view from the balcony. Enjoyed the pool, it was refreshing. Private beach access. Restaurants and bars with entertainment all within walking distance. You can park your car and leave it. There’s a grocery store within a one minute drive. Private access to the pier with great views. You can rent from a company 2 comfortable beach chairs and a big umbrella. Look for the name of the company on the big blue umbrellas set up on the beach.

This cabin had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The air worked great and was much needed! Comfy bed. Would rent this cabin again.

This was a lot of money for the condo itself.

Everything was just as expected - perfect location on Isle of Palms. Easy access to pool, beach, and pier. Walking distance to everything on IOP.
The only thing that was a little disappointing was the bunk beds. They were just smaller than we had hoped. Too narrow for my 11-year old daughter to sleep in. But for younger, smaller kids, they would be perfect.

Place was as described , short walk right to beach, nice pool , walking distance to the downtown do you don’t need a car , beautiful beach

We were renting a place for a concert we were attending in Charleston, but wanted to stay at the beach. The property was as shown (although pictures are pretty fuzzy). This property was clean, but VERY dated. Cabinets are super old with old pest inspection reports from ‘97 posted inside. That being said, it was clean. The floor underneath the shower is pretty creaky. We went the weekend before 4th of July (we did not stay for the 4th) and the price was pretty steep for the accommodations, but we wanted to be at the beach and it definitely has great beach access. The best part of this place is the private pier which is only accessible by code for the guests. We would stay again, but not on a holiday weekend because it was definitely over priced.
5.0
Perfect family spot! Beautiful pier, view, and beach. The encircled buildings made it seem secure and enabled us to see the older kids when they did there own swimming in pool and whatnot. Would definitely stay again!
