Beds are enough for our family. Place is great. Recommended!
Location is very convenient and close to shopping Center. Can assess to various shopping centres and a lot of restaurants nearby
Toilet is the only place that I am not satisfied with. Too small and it’s quite smelly because of wood made wall in toilet.

Not a good place to relax
Ikebukuro station is great and it's connected to JR and subways. You can conveniently go everywhere easily from this station. Customer service is very responsive and professional.
We don’t normally write long reviews but this time our group feel compelled to write our experience so other people’s vacation would not be affected like us. In our opinion, this place is not qualified as a hotel, especially in the winter time in Tokyo. The downstairs AC is not sufficient to keep warm, so it is extremely cold/chilly downstairs. Yet the living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining are all downstairs, so you naturally spend lots of time downstairs. We constantly felt cold and can not relax after travelling outside all day. Water coming out of the faucet is extremely cold too. When the heater is on, using appliances such as a water boiling pot can trip the circuit breaker and shut off electricity. Upstairs AC is fine and does keep the bedrooms warm. Mattresses are nice but they all sit on pallets and rough wood and they pull strings out of socks and tights. Place is pretty old. It’s managed by property management company and customer service is very responsively and business professional, just as expected. Bathroom faucets were broken in the first 2 nights and by request they fixed it on the 3 night. Those 2 days every time we turned on the faucet, freezing cold water would spray out and make our clothes wet. Toilet room is very tiny and a little hard to use. Other people already left reviews about this so not going to vent more. In total, we stayed for 8 nights during Christmas 2022 and regretted our decision. We felt this experience very much affected our long waited trip to Tokyo. At night we would rather stayed in a warm coffee shop than returned to the rental. During our two-week vacation we also stayed at other rentals, and luckily those later ones were much much better. In our opinion, this place is not a good place to relax and enjoy. It might be good for the owner himself because the home seems to be constructed by someone who likes to build stuff out of wood pallets.

Cabin-like, dark, cold apt with poor bathroom and kitchen facilities that is not worth the money
The apartment was spacious and customer service was quick to respond. Conveniently located about 10 min to Ikebukuro area.
The apartment was mostly made out of wood (walls, floors, furnishings), so the apartment felt old and smelled like a cabin. Most of the apartment was clean, but there was a very large amount of dust under the beds, which triggered our allergies. We were very unsatisfied with the bathroom facilities. You have to fill up the bath with a shower head, the bathroom sink is very shallow and spews water out of the side of the faucet, and the room with the toilet is so small that your knees hit the wall when you’re sitting on the toilet. Also, the whole apartment is very dark and cold. There are heaters in the rooms, but blasting a lot of heat in a concentrated area is not ideal. Finally, we were in satisfied with the kitchen. The metal counter was old and dented. It also had a couple holes in it and areas patched up with tape. There were only two frying pans and no pots. I asked customer service to provide more kitchen tools, but they said no.

good value for money and convenient with superb staff support.
I was looking for a place large and central enough to serve as a base while I was moving house. For this purpose it was perfect - I was able to wash my clothes, make myself quick meals, use the downstairs area to pack suitcases and parcels and sleep upstairs comfortably. I was also able to have parcels picked up from the location more easily than if it was a hotel. It is very central in Ikebukuro, so access to food, trains and rental cars (times) was great. It came with wifi, towels and a hair dryer as well. There are two rooms to sleep upstairs - one with two and the other with four beds. There are also two fairly large wardrobes. Lastly, the staff managing the hotel were absolutely superb. They replied quickly when I had questions, reminded me of upcoming dates proactively and were calm and friendly at all times.
it feels a bit like sitting in a horse stable: the floor, walls, ceiling, furniture - everything is wood (and not the luxurious or remotely pretty kind). It was clean and did not smell or anything. Just the ambience was a bit cheap. To me, this didn’t matter, as I mostly used the place to sleep und the mattresses were good. One thing though - the toilet is comically close to the wall. It was a pain to use and if I was just 5cm taller (I’m 1,78m or 5’10”), I’d have to tuck my knees under my chin to sit on it. Also, the location is right next to some company’s bicycle parking, so you hear people come and go very closely to you. And the noise from the train tracks and main road rattle the mirror that is leaning against the wall. To be fair though - I didn’t sleep any worse for it, maybe because moving house was exhausting enough to knock me out.
