Great place to stay in Tokyo close to everything!

Great use of small space — bathroom had a shared sink in the middle with shower on one side and toilet on the other. Room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Great coffee in the lobby! Close to subways, shops, cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed staying here. The breakfast in the cafe across from the hotel was quite good. At first, when I saw an American breakfast menu, I was disappointed because I was hoping for a Japanese breakfast, but the french toast was delicious.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Le personnel est vraiment serviable et essaye toujours de nous aider au maximum. L'hôtel est très calme aussi et les chambres très propres. L'hôtel est bien situé avec un accès quasiment directe à 2 stations donc facile de voyager dans les differents quartiers de Tokyo.

Le petit déjeuner est bon mais trop répétitif pas assez de choix on a juste 4 choix sur une carte dans le petit resto/bar à côté.

Great location, dark rooms

It’s a good location near to the train station.

The rooms are very dark and have a slightly odd layout. There’s no laundry which is a shame. The bar next door is used for breakfast and was very good.

Excellent value for money and would definitely recommend others to stay here.

Hotel staff were attentive as well as the room and facilities are very clean and well maintained. A lot of eateries around the area making it very accessible.

I had a panic attack upon arrival due to size, but by end it was fair and amusing, but not to repeat

location and cleanliness. Easy enough check in.

The rooms were just so tiny for the $. I understand it's the japanese way but they were really comically small. And it was our most expensive hotel of our trip

特にないのですが、強いて言うならベッドがちょっと柔らかい。腰痛持ちの方はしんどいかも、と思いました。わたしは腰痛持ちではないので気になりませんでしたが。

ロケーションが良かったとおもう。部屋もおしゃれな感じだったし、広かったと思う。ベッドも寝心地が良かった。

暖房があまり効かず、ずっと寒かった。シャワーの温度もMAXでもぬるかったので、もう少し熱くなると良いと思う。あと、天井のシャワーのところに白カビが生えていて、気持ち悪かった。

1Fロビーにセルフサービスでコーヒーサーバーが置いてあったこと。

客室内の照明が暗いすぎる。雰囲気はいいが、もう少し明るいといいと思う。客室に電気ポットやグラスは置いてあるが、ティーバッグやコーヒー、お茶などひとつもなかったこと。

Comodidad y buena atención en zona muy animada

Lo que más me gustó fue que el personal del hotel era muy atento e intentaban ayudarte con todo lo que pudieran. Hablaban muy bien inglés y hasta nos ayudaron con dudas sobre nuestros pases de transporte. De los mejores servicios que tuvimos en Japón. La ubicación era muy buena teníamos de todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar a mano, el 7/11 está justo en frente, hay muchos comercios y restaurantes en la zona. El metro está muy cerca y las líneas comunican con las principales zonas turísticas.

El desayuno se hacía un poco limitado en opciones si te quedas muchos días, pero de todos modos las opciones que tenían estaban muy ricas y si no vas a estar muchos días está muy bien.

有一些問題，但都不是很嚴重，整題來說交通方便空間舒適，還是很值得推薦。

位置很方便，離車站很近，飯店附近就有便利商店、超市、donki、藥妝店等，餐廳也很多。房間大小很舒適。

大致上都整理得很乾淨，除了有一天，可能不小心漏掉吧，晚上回來房間時看到整袋垃圾袋沒有收走放在桌上，廁所垃圾袋沒有裝。另外有一天睡得比較晚，大概中午12:30，飯店人員一直敲門，我剛好在廁所，他就在外面連續敲了快五分鐘直到我開門。建議來住的人如果比較晚起，先放勿擾牌子在外面比較好。設備的部分，我住的房間桌上的插座有一組沒有通電。

Loved our stay at Hotel Risveglio. Would recommend to anyone.

Rooms were exceptional and very trendy. Location was fantastic and only a short walk from the train station. The area has a great vibe and a huge range of restaurants close by. 7-Eleven only a 1 minute walk away for any necessities or snacks.

Convenient but seedy location, good housekeeping but unfriendly front desk staff!

Location very near to the station Akasaka Mitsuke which connects well to the major metro lines in Tokyo. There are lots of eateries just outside the hotel. The Bic Com megastore like Donki Donki at the station is a great place to get all you need for your stay. This includes luggage bags! I give this hotel an 8 just because of the location, read on to learn what you need to be aware of...

Unwelcoming older male staff! The staff, except for the ladies and 2 young males, came across as cold and unfriendly. They were most of the time not at the Front Desk and if they did stand there, the male staff failed to greet guests. There was never smile on their face when you aproached them for assistance. I stayed for 4 nights and it was the case day and night. Seedy location (though not unsafe) with bars, massage parlours, etc. if you are travelling with small children, pick another location.

Recommended stay in Tokyo!

Very beautifully designed, smart use of toilet space to give spacious feel. All toiletries are provided, kept clean daily. The front desk was very polite and welcoming. A lot of restaurants just outside the hotels, that open till late.

Great location for tourists to explore Tokyo

Clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Big enough to allow space to open up a suitcase. Lovely staff, friendly and good english. Included breakfast was great, lots of options.

Contemporary designed rooms, small, but oh so functional. Perfect for someone liking minimalism.
