Great stay, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek!

Very comfortable, chic boutique hotel. The rooms were a good size and modern. The breakfast was very good 👌👌👌 Staff were super friendly and helpful, and spoke good English.

Уютный отель, приветливый персонал. Номер хороший, чистота. Завтрак небольшой, но я порадовался сырникам.

Удобное расположение. Чисто, комфортно. Номера интересные.

Менеджер буквально просит чайявые. Завтрак можно сделать с 7. Это удобно по работе.

Pleasantly eclectic

The room was spacious & nicely decorated. Eclectic corridors! Big bathroom and super hot shower! Breakfast was quite good, too.

Exellent place to stay in the very center

The hotel has excellent location in the very center but far enough from the noisy streets. My room was spacious, beds are very comfortable. It’s also very convenient to have a large table so you can easily work in your room if you need to (btw WIFi is also very good and accessible both in lobby and rooms). Breakfast is indeed exceptional! I stayed for 3 night and every morning there was something new.

Only couple of minor things actually: To my taste rooms are too dark, there are no lamps on the ceiling so even if you turn on all the light the atmosphere remains pretty intimate. Bathroom facilities are not quite new and some pieces are not well maintained, for example toilet in my room was leaking. Probably the only thing that really annoyed me was the smell of the fridge! It was like somebody kept there a smoked meat for a very long time.

WiFi worked perfectly, I was able to work over the internet all the day. The room was clean an comfortable, breakfast was okay, lobby was beautiful. We had an opportunity to put our food into the fridge and to warm the food up in a microwave. The location is very convenient because most of places in the city center are reachable by walking. Overall impression was highly positive, I've been wanting to stay in this hote for much more!

Highly recommended accommodations!!

Imyra (spelling), the young woman who assisted us over several days, was outstanding!! All of the staff were very good! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms (we had two different stays) were comfortable and clean!!

My expectations were exceeded. However, the sofa bed was just a bit uncomfortable, but i enjoyed my stay anyway!

Stylish, comfortable stay

Stylish, comfortable spotlessly clean rooms, good breakfast in lovely bar / sitting area. The common sitting area is also a perfect place to relax in the evening or between trips out ... rather than having to stay in our room. Overall style of the hotel is lovely. Staff very helpful. Nice cafe directly opposite. Good location not far to walk to centre. Would definitely stay again if returning to Bishkek.

Exceptional

Bugu hotel is fantastic value for money. We chose the most basic room, but it didn't feel basic at all! It was spacious, with robes, slippers, tea and coffee. It was very clean and we loved the style of the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to have early check-in (for a fee) which was a godsend after arriving at 8am following am overnight flight! They also arranged taxis for us throughout the city.

Warmth, service, nice interior, all in one

Named with one of the local tribes, this small hotel is very nice fusion of very cool interior, warmth of a small hotel and pretty good service of a 3 - 4 star big hotel chain. Nice breakfast, welcoming staff. They changed the room at my request within few minutes after I asked for.

There was some smell in the bathroom in the first room I took.

The best hotel in Bishkek, and one of my favourite hotels in general! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Everything! The hotel is located on a quiet street just off the city's main street, Chui. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are large, well-equipped and modern. I especially appreciated the double bed and English-speaking news channels. Breakfast is served every morning and included in the price. The staff are available 24/7 were helpful with every aspect of my stay. The seating area is chic and comfortable, and the perfect place to enjoy a drink late in the evening.

Home from home in Bishkek.

Really well decorated and comfortable hotel, great artwork on the walls - was a real home from home for us during our time in Bishkek and we enjoyed returning to our room after a hard day exploring. Beds were comfy, shower powerful and hot.....place was really clean with lovely linens. Staff were super friendly but not over the top and ordered taxi for us to the airport, breakfast was tasty and delivered in comfortable surroundings. Location is excellent. A true gem in Bishkek, I hope to stay there again some day,

Bathroom could have done with some maintenance - toilet flush was troublesome and bath a little in need of TLC.

I liked the fact that the room was big and the interior design was nice. Personnel was nice also.

Did not like the location, the view from the room and the high price.
