Super bien placé, le cadre est très joli mais la literie est à revoir et la communication via whatsapp. J’aurais aimé av

La literie pas terrible, pourtant le soucis avait déjà était évoqué dans les retours de clients. Le petit dej à commander la veille avec un choix très restreint. La communication par watsapp. Même si Asia était ultra disponible et bienveillante.

GÉNIALISSIME

Nous avons passées un très court (1nuit) mais super séjour, appartement très propre, literie confortable, bien placé, petit déjeuner livré à la porte directement, au top ! Délia est une assistante géniale et elle saura vous guider à la perfection et répondre à toutes les questions que vous aurez. N’hésitez pas et prenez plusieurs nuits, mais ne prenez pas une valise trop lourde comme moi, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur 😁

Very poor

This is a disaster.The room is next to the railway tracks and it’s noisy through the night. I would not recommend this hotel

My wife had a few insect bites when she woke up in the morning. This is most probably because of bed bugs

We were hiking in Cinque Terre and stayed at Glam Resort, which was very Nice. But the person who made the stay in world class was the host Delia, She was so Nice, warm and welcoming - and took so good Care of us, we could not have asked for a better host ❤️ 12 points out of 10 from us 😉 All the best from Tina and Flemming from Denmark

Very good

The response from Irene was very good. She was attentive to our questions and needs. We also really liked the server (Danial ?) of our breakfast, very considerate and responsive. The check-in process was very easy, especially for not having the traditional one.

The shower was too small.

Amazing

we really enjoyed it. + Cosy room. and bathroom ! everything looks recently renovated + it is quiet area ; we slept like babies + location (5 min from station and center with a lot of restaurants) + staff (helpful and friendly) - thanks Sandra ! + breakfast in the room + cosy garden + water in the fridge + good value for money!

The TV could be better/bigger but not a big deal ;)

Super stay in La Spezia

Very nice place, cosy & peaceful. Mountain View. Good location, just 2min walking from the central station, and same for the historical center of La Spezia. Good price as well. Very green, room & bathroom with facilities, table and chairs for two to take the lovely breakfast inside (it was 10degrees outside when we were there). Fridge as well in the room. Super friendly staff & very helpful :)

The place is perfect, 3 min to the center, at the same time not in the crowded zone. the garden is nice place to have a breakfast or late dinner. Cleaning every day. service is ideal

The staff were lovely very attentive and friendly. very nice room

There was tea provided but not a kettle, there was a coffee machine though. there was a slight smell from the washing machine in the bathroom or for the shower.

Location very good. Breakfast on time and friendly staff.

Almost no personal contact with staff (except 30 seconds for breakfast). Service too digitalized which made it a very poor service experience including too many electronic messages prior to arrival. Especially booking.com sent +10 messages...

Exceptionally friendly and comfortable place to stay in La Spezia!

We could enter our room early to leave our things while we explored the city. Room was very clean and well equipped with a coffee machine and a nice bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful and the breakfast they provided was delicious.

The night was a bit cold so an extra blanket would have been helpful. But I can imagine this is not needed very often.

Difintely recommended to stay if you come to La Spezia.

I like everything about this villa. Location is perfect, just 4 to 5 minutes walk to central are of city and 15 minutes walk to the coast area. The facility is very clean and the area is quiet enough. The Villa has own secured car parking which is only 3 minutes walk from the Villa. Easy to park cars. The breakfast is croissant and Italian bread, those are great and it was brought to the room! The most wonderful thing is Sandra, who really helped for everything for our stay.

Very pleasant

Awesome communication, Sandra was very helpful and kind. The room was very quiet and comfortable, perfect for resting. Lovely breakfast in the garden very pleassant and delicious.

Clean and tidy. Outdoor breakfast satisfactory. Gf option provided although on the sweet side. You could boil an egg and gf yogurt was provided.

We didn't like not having a jug/kettle to be able to make a cup of tea, however there was a coffee capsule dispenser but no milk. X2 capsules provided. The shower dispensers need to be labelled with what is in them. Otherwise fantastic.
