Bel endroit mais trop éloigné de Porto Vecchio

La terrasse la vue

Très excentré on ne peut rien faire à pied ni visite ni courses (même le pain) Penser à arriver avec un minimum pour le petit dej car il n’y a même pas un sachet de thé ni de café Penser à prendre un masque car dans notre chambre le volet n’était pas totalement occultant

Book a bungalow with a sea view or risk being disappointed.

The location is very good with access to a small, largely boarded, private beach. If you have a bungalow with a sea view, then fantastic. If you don't, and we didn't, then the hotel isn't so great. The lady who greeted us on reception was lovely. I am sure that had we been allocated a sea view bungalow, our rating would have been much higher so if you are happy to pay the higher price, don't be put off!

Unfortunately our "studio" bungalow did not have a sea view. More disappointing was the fact that we looked out on garages for other bungalows, meaning we had no privacy if sitting on our balcony and limited privacy in the accommodation without the curtains closed. Our bungalow had basic furniture and was comfortable but the bedding supplied was totally inadequate - one thin bed cover, a sheet and a blanket. As a result, we had to have the heating on overnight (which we do not like doing as it gives us headaches) and the air con / heating unit was noisy. More problematic was the fridge which sounded like a storm in the arctic when it cut in. We genuinely thought a storm had blown up until we realised it was the fridge!

Great stay to discover the southern region

Really a nice place with helpfull staff. The private beach is really nice. Communication is fast, car parking in front of the door and a nice sea view!

The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. She told us where to park for free to avoid the horrendous EUR25/day parking charges in Porto Vecchio. Room was clean and tidy, set in pretty gardens, small private beach had free sun loungers.

Corsican getaway oasis between the sea and the mountains

The apartment has a perfect functionality, the outside barbecue area is easy to use and the views from the terrace are just breathtaking!

Superb

We booked this accomodation for our last day in Corsica. We had a double room with terrace and it was perfect: clean, tidy and cozy. It was furnished with towels, AC, Smart TV, mini fridge and an espresso machine with 2 capsules. Due to our schedule we needed to take a shower in the late afternoon after the checkout and the nice lady that welcomed us gave us the possibility to use the outdoor shower which you can find all around the buildings. Last but not least the accomodation has a private access to the beach that made our stay amazing!

Great stay!

Nice staff but only on site from 3pm. Great view from our cottage over the sea, Very steep hill, but when you go down you can cross the street and access a small private beach with a small jetty. Swimming there was fantastic!

Disappointing

Well kept and clean, self-contained room with own parking.

A long way from town centre with no public transport and poor taxi service so car is needed. No restaurants or bars around accommodation and self-catering not possible with no cutlery or crockery provided and only the tiniest of bar fridge.

Superb

Nice Apartments close to the private beach.

Not their fault, but our ferry was moved one day prior due to weather and we had to leave one day early. They didnt want to hear anything about at least a partial refund so we paid for a night we were not even there. The towels and linen are checked with green arrows on the booking site (included) but in the small print it is stated you have to pay for them. Be carefull to read the small print!

The location of the property and the view is fantastic.

Its convenient if you have a car or your own vehicle to reach there. There are shuttles that run in the city center. From the closest stop it is still about 2.5-3 km walk, if you don't have your own vehicle.

very good place to be, just the privat beach is not the best. but there are plenty alternatives in the region. Porto Vecchio is a nice town to go out at night.

The location is perfect for visiting Porto vecchio as it's just outside of town, 5 minutes drive. The private beach is in an idyllic spot which is amazing for early morning swims.

Just wonderful!

The apartments are very well located just outside of Porto-Vecchio on a little hill from where you have an amazing view over the bay. From the terrace, which is framed by plants and beautiful flowers, you have a direct view of the sea, e.g. while having dinner or having a glass of wine in the provided sunchairs - this was just amazing! The apartments are also spacious, well equipped, have comfortable beds and are very well thought through. The surroundings are very quiet and due to the good construction of the apartments, you do not even hear your neighbours. The small private beach reserved for the guests of the apartment complex was also a plus. Additionally, we would also like to mention the owner, she was very friendly and extremely helpful! We needed some help getting home and without her, we would not have made it. She helped us much more than what you can usually expect in such a situation. Therefore, we can only recommend this location!

The view, as the residence stands on a hill. Also the lots are quite unique and there's a good sense of privacy

A little small and the access isn't as practical as I thought (quite steep)
