Alles da was man braucht.

Alles sehr sauber und modern. In den Appartements wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, es fehlt an nichts. Alles sehr sicher. Der Strand ist nah und gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Er ist ziemlich lebhaft, aber schön und sauber.

Dadurch, dass es eine " Residenz" ist und alles mit Toren und Türen verschlossen wird, fehlte mir persönlich ein wenig das Ferien- oder Beachfeeling, obwohl der Strand nah war.

Le Paradis a côté du mer!

Astrid est une hôtesse merveilleuse. Elle vous fait sentir comme chez vous, vous explique tout et est là si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. La chambre, la salle de bain et la terrasse sont très spacieuses, joliment et fonctionnellement meublées et disposent de suffisamment d'espace de rangement. La plage se trouve à quelques minutes à pied et possède son propre restaurant. Nous reviendrons certainement ! Feedback

Relaxing

We liked the resort, the staff, cleanliness, comfort, proximity to beach and the privacy. Zina is an exceptional manageress, with a no problem attitude.

Everything at the resort was fine. The only comment I can make here is that, as we were two couples, we should have selected a two bedroom apartment, instead of 2x single rooms. This way we were quite a distance apart and as we are all one family we spent a lot of time together and constantly moving from one area to another for breakfast, or drinks was rather inconvenient. Maybe it should have somehow, somewhere been suggested to take a two bedroom apartment. By the way it would have been less expensive.

Exceptional

Absolutely no doubt that Costa Nera is a great choice for exploring Santa Giulia. Our apartment was squeaky clean, the check in was easy, the host was super friendly and helpful and you are located right on the beach (Santa Giulia).

If you don't visit in peak season, there are no buses going into Porto Vecchio from here, so it is very difficult to move around without a car. There are no big supermarkets located nearby, the closest one was Spar which is not within walking distance.

very clean well equipped excellently run facility staff were very helpful and couldn’t have made in easier

we stayed for a week , and although there is a washing machine . wouldn’t have minded having the towels changed once but this is only a minor thing

wonderfull stay relaxing in a beautiful area / location with extremely friendly staff

accommodations, location, services, very friendly and passionated staff (Veera).

flat : well furnished flat, all facilities required. location : close to the beach (walking distance), easy access. staff and services : thanks a lot Veera for the welcome, all the tips for the region (even if not used all but keeping for next tile), sharing your passions, a real pleasure.

next to the beach, comfortable and clean. high quality equipment the kitchen area worktop was very small but it was workable. the balcony was lovely. Veena was great for all the tips of the region. it’s a good idea to contact her before you get there to organise your trips.

The location is amazing and houses are full of essential appliances that can make you feel home. There is also a small market around corner which makes life very easy. Santa Ghulia beach made us very lazy and we didn't want to move anywhere else as i didnot want to deal with parking, traffic etc.

Very poor concierge / reception. First day, after spending ~10 hours on ferries and traffic i couldn't enter to the site because they just sent me by mistake a wrong entry code, of course couldn't reach anybody at that time and was really stressed. Also I was supposed to receive a check in briefing email and seems like this email was also not sent. Wrong prices given for organizing a boat/yacht, we were promised that reception would organize the communication with the yacht owner and 2 days later when we asked about the status, boat was full and we were told that the person handling this communication was expecting us to contact with the boat owner directly. Last but not least, we confirmed a checkout visit at 6 pm as we were departing very early in the morning, nobody showed up and i received a message later next day... So I didn't let these to ruin my holiday but was pretty annoying.

Spacious duplex which was well equipped. Loved the toiletries. Enjoyed the patio space and was super handy having a loo on both floors.
