Schönes Hotel, Top Lage, nettes Personal und super Frühstück

Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr lecker und man hat eine tolle Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr lieb und außerordentlich gastfreundlich. Wir wurden am Osterfest sogar zu einer Feier eingeladen.

Dusche war etwas kalt und es gab keine Halterung vom Duschkopf

It exceeded my expectations

One of the most perfect places we stayed: 1. Excellent location - 5 minutes from Rabat Castle and Bus Station. 2. Old building with its rich history and interior. 3. Fresh condition of the room. 4. Large kitchen with gas stove, fridge and tableware. 5. Veranda with tables, benches and the perfect view of the castle. 6. Breakfast is included. It was very hearty: pancakes, vegetables, sour cream, salads, eggs, coffee, jam. 7. Friendly staff.

Great value place to stay

Location is fantastic, right in the middle of town. Less than 5 minutes walk to the castle and round the corner from the bus station. The breakfast is huge and varied, in fact we couldn't eat it all. Owners very pleasent and spoke excellent English. Room was very large with a big opening window. We didn't use the shared spaces but they were good and available if we wanted them. Booked three nights, stayed for five. Shared bathroom was good with a separate shower unit. WiFi was good.

The window only had net curtains so in the evenings with the light on there was no privacy.

The best hotel

The best in Akhaltsikhe. We had everything to feel comfortable. Eka is very polite and kind. We had clean bedsheets and towels. In shower you can find shampoo and shower gel. In the morning we were invited to have the hot breakfast. The location is next to bus station and Rabati castle. Thank you

Nice room with a GREAT balcony and view &good location!

The breakfast was big and great and the room had a long balcony. We stayed there only for one night and would’ve loved to stay for more. The hosts were nice and helpful. I recommend!

We had a nice stay in Guest-house Minino. Facilities are clean, rooms are big and beds are comfortable. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the bus station. We had to go early in the morning, so the woman working there prepared a take-away breakfast for us.

Very friendly host and room with great view.

Our host and her daughter were very friendly and houselady spoke a little english but her daughter speaks very well. We had very nice room with balcony and amazing view. Breakfast was delicious and rich. We were very content with our stay.

Great location, lovely property, very welcoming. The room is very spacious, the balcony is fantastic and gives a great view on the castle.

Unfortunately for sensitive sleepers the curtains were not light protecting enough. At times a bit difficult to get in contact with hosts but that was really quite minor. Would definitely come again though!

Exceeded all expectations

Very good location, although the hotel is in the center of the city is very quiet and cosy. If you take the top floor you have a great view of the city fortress. Room and facilities were all great for the price. Very nice staff. I must also say the breakfast was very delicious and more than enough 😄 I can only recommend it

Nice clean rooms, cleanest guesthouse we stayed in in our time in Georgia in this price range, breakfast was perfect in the morning and overall great location in the city center. The shared bathroom had a fresh smell and was cleaned regularly!
