Quauside View is a tradition seaside terraced house located in the town of Brixham, in South Devon. With three bedrooms: on king-size double, one twin and another room with adult bunks, along with a separate ground floor family bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to six people. The cottage offers plenty of interior space with separate sitting room, a large dining area with further comfortable seating and a galley style kitchen. Outside there is private enclosed courtyard to the rear and a front balcony with seating to enjoy the outstanding harbour scenery. The property also boasts parking off road for two cars. Just a short walk downhill to the town and harbour Quayside View is a delightful stay in a fabulous part of Devon.

Fuel, power in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Front patio with seating. Enclosed rear courtyard. Parking for 2 medium sized cars on driveway. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub, and beach 2 mins walk. Note: A flight of external steps leads up to the property.

Very clean, very well equipped property. The photos are completely accurate, and this was perfect for our needs, so that we had a lovely week in Brixham.
The only thing I would say, is that it is high up, and those with more limited mobility might find all the steps leading up quite hard.

Fabulous house
Great property, so clean with quality bedding and towels. We loved it there. Ample private parking for my large car. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.
