About this bed and breakfast

Upscale 1 bed - 1 bath located Downtown Loveland. This space has everything you need: king size bed, large walk in closet, pull out couch, full size fridge, full size washer and dryer, linens, towels, and personal toiletries provided.

The Kitchenette is equipped with 6 settings of dishes and silverware, coffee maker (ground coffee is provided) convection built in microwave, toaster oven, electric griddle, and cooking utensils. **There is no stove**

There are several walking/running trails just a few blocks away.

We do apologize, but NO pets are allowed.

You have your own separate entrance from the back of the home with a small outdoor sitting area. The entrance is safe and well lit. There is no garage/driveway parking but plenty of street parking. This room is attached to the main home, but your space is completely private.

Engineered hardwood floors, ceiling fans, A/C, LED can lighting, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, 9 ft ceilings, high end linens - everything is modern and super clean.

Downtown Loveland is very Charming. You are walking distance (just 5 blocks) to Great Restaurants, Breweries, Grocery Store, Chilson Rec Center with a great Gym and Indoor Pool, Shopping, Art Galleries, Sculpture Parks, Hiking Trails, Golf Courses, Lakes and the Brand New Foundry - which has a movie theatre, outdoor entertainment space with live music and restaurants.

We loved everything about this property. The neighborhood felt very historic, yet trendy. Close to several restaurants, bars and breweries. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised. We would tell a lot of thought and care was put in to making it a home away from home. Every room was well-appointed and beautiful. The laundry room with the full sized washer and dryer were added bonuses! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful upscale apartment, custom details throughout, very comfortable bed and sparkling clean bath. Conveneint location, quiet yet close to shops and restaurants (we enjoyed Henry's Pub and A.K.A. Kitchen, and FreeLove Coffee, a short stroll down 4th St.)

This was our first time staying in this VRBO, but both my husband and I just loved it! It turns out we were super close to our daughter’s house so we were able to just walk over and visit whenever we wanted to. Everything inside the facility was super clean and up-to-date. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, with tons of pillows and blankets available. There was a washer dryer, which came in handy and lots of space to spread out! Chelsea was always available to answer any questions we need. What a great spot!

Fantastic VRBO. Convenient to local breweries and restaurants. The upstairs apartment is spotless and clean and nicely decorated. We have stayed here before and hope to return next summer to hike in RMNP. Chelsea is easy to communicate with and is readily available to address any concerns.

Wonderful location, everything felt brand new, loved the decor, bright and cheery. The only negative was we picked a week that the surrounding roads were a mess due to new pipes being installed. Large equipment moving around made parking a challenge. We would stay again, and have no doubt things will calm down once roads reopen. Was perfect for visiting RMNP and Fort Collins.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was very comfortable and roomy and had everything we need. Great furnishings, comfy bed and pillows, and lots of room to spread out. Everything was so clean Very light and bright. Having a full size washer and dryer was a great bonus. The location was perfect for our trip as we were close to a main road that took us straight down to my parent's place in Berthoud, and so easily accessible to the highways. There was a minor snafu with the door code when we arrived and we had to wait for one of the hosts to attend in person, but the response was speedy and we managed to get sorted out easily enough.

Our stay was wonderful! We were in Loveland for the week with our teenage daughter who was playing select softball. The place was immaculate and well furnished. It was also very well stocked with more than we expected. Communication with host was very responsive. Overall fantastic stay...highly recommend!

Every little detail of this unit is well thought out and there was no skimping on quality (sinks, bathroom, bed, couches). The high ceilings are particularly nice. This unit itself is above a garage with gives a good sense of privacy. The negative to this is the family seems to get to work quite early so I would suggest guests bring a sound machine or use an app for a phone/tablet. I'll definitely stay again.

Meticulously clean, well-appointed apartment within a 10 minute walk to the charming center of Loveland. I stayed during CSU parent weekend, and it’s a good central location to access Fort Collins, Boulder, the mountains, & many natural areas. Chelsea was wonderful and we had a fantastic stay.

Chelea's Loveland apartment has a private entrance and small, fenced patio. The furnishings are comfortable, and the kitchen included everything we needed. The apartment gets high marks for cleanliness and convenience, as well as for being quiet. It is walking distance from downtown Loveland and a nature area with trails and ponds. The location is close to roads leading to Rocky Mountain National Park and Ft. Collins.

This was the best VRBO property that I have stayed in during the last several years. The rental was immaculate and very well furnished. The location was convenient to downtown restaurants and breweries. My son and I hiked in RMNP during the early morning and then enjoyed the evenings in the downtown area. Chelsea was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and made the check in/out a breeze. We had a great experience and look forward to returning next summer!

This is by far the best property we have stayed in to date. The location was ideal in proximity to downtown Loveland restaurants, very nice neighborhood, and the property was extremely well maintained! The space was immaculate, kitchen fully stocked with the essential items, bedding very comfortable, area was spacious inside, and everything seemed brand new. Highly recommend staying here as we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return again!

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic time at this VRBO in Loveland. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and had a few days to explore and relax before the big day. This property was in a nice quiet neighborhood (with friendly neighbors!) and was situated a very short distance from downtown (lot's of restaurants to choose from) on one side, and a nice drive to the mountains on the other. The property itself was very clean, comfortable, and just very well put together. Next time we are in Loveland, we will definitely stay here again!

Wow, What a wonderful apartment! We had an amazing stay at Chelsea’s apartment! Her attention to detail is beyond fantastic. The pristine apartment is beautifully and comfortably decorated and filled with plush touches….toiletries, towels, coffee, etc! The pictures do not show the absolute beauty and spaciousness of this place! The impeccably clean apartment is nestled on a quaint street very close to the beautifully revitalized downtown Loveland, extremely quiet and very safe neighborhood. Chelsea was always just a short email away and always prompt! We will definitely stay here again on any trips back to Colorado!! Thanks again Chelsea!
