it was convenient

The property was well located and the view splendid area quiet

place was hot cooling system didn't work properly, and the main bedroom curtains wouldn't open so the room stayed dark most of the time without natural lighting and sunshine

It was too hot. The Aircon was not really working. The furniture could definitely be upgraded for a luxury stay.

If the apartment was cooler, we would not care about other things.

The apartment was big and sufficient linen and towels. Area is safe. It was close to Ushaka walking distance. The beach was close by. Pool on the roof was nice to cool down. Friendly staff when arriving. Safe parking space for two vehicles. Sufficient seating area. Gas Braier was available with LP Gas.

The Top aircon unit did not work. This made the apartment very hot during the day and night. No curtains in the tv area could not keep the hot sun out during sunrise. The toasters were not working. No microwave and the pots and pans are not in its best state. Plan to eat take aways.

Definitely coming back!

It exceeded all our expectations. Every single family member enjoyed their stay. The owner was quick in responding to an issue we had with the geyser. He gave us an extra night stay for free because of the inconvenience. What a guy!!

Best sleep ever greatful

Safe quiet clean beds everything one would need in a home .. relaxing after a long day ..very comfortable we just needed to sleep for a few hours per night and it was awesome .. showers were good and clean .. would have been good if we could have enjoyed it during the day .

Was really good for us for the purpose we needed it . Greatful Suggestion if possible for future renovation . Paint the 1 bath . Will enhance the luxury feel that is evident throughout the flat .

It was good but could've been excellent.

The location is perfect, next to Ushaka Marine for the kids(600m) or so and next to the beach.

Even though the place is clean, there are some areas that needs attention. The windows were dirty, the headboard in the second room upstairs was dusty, the wall behind the tv was also dirty. It lools like the place is not rented out more often hence the neglect. Main bedroom bed was in bad state.

Slight letdown, but views & location are fantastic!!

Location, location, location. The views of the harbor were fantastic.

The owner really needs to take better care of what is a lovely place. Cleaning on the 1st day was below par, although it improved the following days. It needs small touches/ anesthetics to make it really good. Repair the cracks, a coat of paint, ensure all kitchen utensils are there, fix the kitchen stove and the upstairs A/c, make quality upgrades to the showers. Complimentary sachets of sugars, salt etc...

Underwhelming and overpriced

It is walking distance from uShaka Marine World and the beach, however with the situation with the ocean this didn't serve much purpose.

The apartment was unkept and didn't feel like it was ready for guests. There were lights that didn't work, no towels, broken doors, kettle didn't work, stove needed fixing, mismatched furniture in the main bedroom, no keys for exits, broken blinds, to name just a few. The kitchen didn't have basics like a corkscrew or proper knives. Overall very disappointed with the standard for the price paid.

A very poorly maintained property. With the great location it’s a pity the owner does not maintain it.

Location

The property was very poorly maintained. On arrival none of the air conditioners were working. The bottom air conditioners were re gassed after complaints to the care taker. However, the bedroom air conditioners upstairs were non functional. Fans were provided but obviously not the same calibre as the air conditioners. There were 3 showers. Only one was usable. The main shower head was broken with a full stream of water. Both this shower and the bottom shower was poorly sealed with water egress. The night stand in the main bedroom made of chip board was cracked. Main bedroom bedding and mattress covers were terrible. We bought new bedding for personal use. The stove was unsafe for use since it was greasy and all four plates turned on with one dial. was reported and offered repair; but declined since we were in holiday there and not to accept repair personnel. We had made already allowed the Aircon re-gassers The kitchen cupboards were falling apart.
