Don't expect electricity - otherwise good location.

The Lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. I had to give basic details in a register. Easy to find and easy access to reception.

I was informed that the keys will be in the post box. No keys were provided to open the post box. We had to first try and feel for the key through the slot - but could not get to it - then the lady behind the counter gave us a piece of wire to then try and hook the keys -after a few attempts we got the key. We also arrived with no power in the flat - as every south African, we thought it was loadshedding and left it and went out to dinner. When we got back - still no power, we investigated and found that the Prepaid meter wasn't loaded. Someone came after about 30min and loaded some money - then the power went off through the night again - we used NO power for cooking/microwave - only had the aircon on as it was boiling hot. They came to load more money - power then went off again at 8am while we were getting ready to leave. This is just not acceptable.

Location is Great, easy to get around! the apartment had everything we needed in the apartment.

Greatly exceeded our expectation - It was our first time in Durban and having a great accommodation was important. Location is Great, easy to get around! the apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was family friendly. The host communicates clearly and was easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay!

Keys to the balcony. With small kids around and having them have easy access to the balcony on the 7th floor is risky. We had to close with the big couch.

It's easy for outside people to assess the rooms. Especially the door to the lifts. Garden roof is totally dirty hope to make it nice

Beautiful place with unprofessional staff

Safety, parking and overall apartment.

I had initially booked a 3 bedroom apartment and received a 2 bedroom apartment. I waited 1 hour before I could get to my room because the key was “lost”. After going back and forth with the agents and security guard, I finally got the lost key. Very unprofessional agent/owner. Would not recommend.

It could be better

Location, building layout is great. With better maintenance it could be great.

The apartment is advertised as 3 bedroom but is 2 bedroom (deceptive). The door at C4-10 lock system not working well, towel holders are a safety hazard they keep falling off, square plates too big for the microwave (can't warm food in plate), cockroaches everywhere, curtain rails damaged, can't close curtains they fall off. Please attend to the unit.

The location is great.. the cleaning service was great and the fact that all machines were. Working is exceptional

I didn't like that there was no mop so when water is on the ground there's no way to wipe it and that the room with the 2 single bed was stuffy without ventilation. The toilets were licking hence a mop was needed

Value for money😍

We liked the seaview from the apartment, the size of the apartment and all the appliances in the apartment. Such that we wished to extend the stay. Unfortunately, we were late and the following day was already booked. It was home away from home.

The dishwasher was leaking when washing dishes The main suite bathroom shower walls need some scrubbing

The view to the beach just beautiful, bedrooms have toilets in each of them and they were kept clean, showers in two bedrooms,apartment very spacious

The oven didn't have pans, the fan was not working in oven, top of it seem broken. But the stove was working perfectly
