Ececelentes intalaciones y ubicación, pero malito.

Muy buena ubicación, muy limpio y habitaciones muy generosas.

La habitación era espectacular, pero fue imposible dormir. Se escuchaba hasta tarde y desde muy temprano el ascensor de los carros que suben al parking. Un sonido MUY fuerte y prolongado de 5 minutos o más, y es así hasta tarde de la noche y desde antes de las 5 de la mañana. Un sonido horrible que impide un buen descanso. Deberían permitir la entrada de carros hasta cierta hora y sacarlos desde cierta hora, proque es realmente molesto el sonido desde la habitación que tuvimos. Por otro lado, la atención del personal de recepción dejó mucho que desear. El primer día la atención fue muy buena, luego muy mal. Entre el fuerte ruido y el personal, estuve a punto de irme al día siguiente.

Esta bien sin más. Desayuno lejos de lo esperado para un 4 estrellas. Muy sencillos muy básico

Hotel cuatro estrellas con matices las instalaciones están bien, aunque me es difícil calificarle con esa categoría. En Colombia solo conozco hoteles de Barranquilla, Cartagena y Pereira y este está lejos de ellos. He comprobado otros dos operadores y figura con 3 estrellas. El personal como la inmensa mayoría de colombianos muy atento y afables, si bien se percibe carencias en su cualificación que requiere establecimiento tipificado con cuatro estrellas. Con respecto al desayuno sencillo y muy básico con escasez opciones habituales en unas 4 estrellas muy poca variedad si bien con hambre no te quedas. Ojo con lo que se solicita fuera de la vista en desayuno pues te enterarás al check out facturando importe arbitrario. El edificio dispone de nueve alturas la última gimnasio, de la primera a la tercera se destina parqueadero en la tercera además se usa una parte para dejar carritos limpieza, así que a las 6:00 am el escándalo hace que te despiertes si estás en planta 4 sí o sí, o antes por el trajín parqueadero, con lo cual cuanto más alejados de esa planta mejor. La textura toallas hace que se tenga sensación de dificultad para secar. Como singularidad nuestra tarjeta de plástico que hace las funciones de llave la extraviamos y nos cobraron 20.000 pesos colombianos, fue una sorpresa pues en más de una ocasión por olvido nos aparece el plástico en casa. Está a 8 minutos de uno de los CC más grandes de Medellín. Buen aire acondicionado y amplitud habitación algo habitual en Colombia.

No creo se le pueda calificar con 4 estrellas 😔

Won't be returning unfortunately

The view from the room was nice as was the bed. The jacuzzi was also nice but you can't turn it on by yourself in the room, a member of staff must do that from outside the room which is not ideal

The big issue we found was we live in Medellin and went to this hotel as it was close by and had very limited time to enjoy a night together. They wouldn't accept my passport in photo form on my phone even though I had other photographic id to support it. So we had to wait an hour for our stay to begin as I went home to get my passport. I don't think this will be a big problem for most people, I just don't like bringing my passport out unless absolutely necessary whereas most visitors I would assume will not be living close by and will naturally bring a passport on their travels. Another thing is there is no recommendation to bring it in the emails before you arrive. Other than that the breakfast was ok, pretty basic, eggs, cereal toast kind of thing. Overall staff were fine, location fine and room was nice.

I will be returning to this hotel with spacious room, the price is good and the location to.

The hotel is very clean and the room is very big as the bathroom. It is also fitted for disable people. Very good price for a save location.

The breakfast is almost standard every day, but it's ok for the price per night.

Bad Start But Worth It Overall

The room was big and comfortable, and the cleaning crew did a nice job every day

The hotel badly screwed up my transit from the airport and late-night check-in (due to a flight delay) and didn’t act professionally quickly enough to deal with it and majes things right. It’s a long story, but the hotel’s admitted mistake really got my trip off to s horrible start, and the whole thing could’ve been avoided with s little common sense. I am rating the hotel highly overall anyway because, well, nobody’s perfect.

Very good stay, could be better

Very clean, modern, well kept. Great location. Good breakfast, but last time they had different things every day, this time was the same thing every day.

I was charged for "staining" the pillow $80.000 with my red hair because they needed to do a special treatment to clean it, I told them it is not stained, just wash it and that is it, I do it at home, but I understand they don't have to believe me, they don't know me, but a new pillow could cost between $40.000 and $60.000 so why charge more just to clean it?. The receipt said I paid $70.000, so what happened to the other $10.000? The staff is ok, I mean, they are never rude or mistreat you at all, but they could have better attitudes. This is the second time I have stayed, and it is the same both times. The only person who was extra and very, very friendly was the guy in charge of the kitchen.

The hotel is in great location. The rooms and other facilities are very clean. The breakfast is also very good quality. Everything is in walking distance.
