Almost everything was perfect.
They had no jacuzzi in their spa area.

The place is perfect for stay
I like everything about that hotel
10.0
Great setting, spa facility, breakfast.
9.0
Swimming pool. Nice bar in the evening with great staff.
In the rooms no photos or pictures to give it a bit of personality.
10.0
High quality, attention to detail for the comfort of the guest, really appreciated the outdoor spaces
1.0
The staff of this hotel it’s racist and discriminate people based on false allegations
6.0
Great breakfast, spacious room.
When we arrived, the room had not been cleaned from previous guests. In our new room there was only one towel and the capsules for the coffee machine provided were bent, so most were unusable. The value for money was a bit disappointing. Food from the lounge (both dinners) were also not very impressive in terms of value for money.

I think if you're charging the premium price in a not so prime location, breakfast should have been included !
I ate at the restaurant/Bar location and the customer service was never there for me. :(
The staff were wonderful and friendly when I made contact with them, they never made contact with my table/family.
If I needed a drink, I had to flag a server down.
I was never asked if I needed something, I was never checked upon during my meal.

Pool was nice. Big room. Breakfast was good
Main thing that failed is that our room was just above their events hall and the same night was a loud party. we heard the music throughout the night. We had a baby with us which wasn’t happy about it.
Nobody warned us or thought to not put us in that location. When we told them the morning after they were just “yes, there was a party last night”. I came there to relax and travel.
7.0
Easy access and parking. Spacious rooms and nice furnishing.
Mentality staff. Very arrogant and not interested. 6 Reminders for prepayment although advertised as payable at the facility.
6.0
In general, this hotel has a lot of space in corridors and inside rooms. Modern design.
A lot of space in the room. but not ergonomically designed and no shelves to put close, and small personal things in the room. Design armchairs are unstable and dangerous - easy to fall to the floor. No mini bar is available, which is not common for 4 stars hotel. No slippers and bass robe (swimming pool is exist).
The biggest problem is ventilation. On the third floor, we changed rooms (332 and 359) three times upon arrival because very bad toilet sewer smell. Only third room 362 was acceptable.
8.0
Leisure facilities were very good.
Nice rooms and nice gardens with plenty of space
Very little to do outside of the hotel without driving.
Not easy to obtain drinks/snacks in outside patio area
8.0
Early check-in enabled and friendly staff
Restaurant reservation should have been mentioned at check-in as later on no table available
6.0
Mattress too soft and pillows much too soft. No drinking water in room (although a sign said there was).
8.0
Swimming pool is amazing
The room is very big
It doens't offer bathrobe and slippers, when we asked for them, they are not for free!!
Pillow cases were not clean, so we asked for a replacement and they sent them to the room.
