Nice place with nice staff, decent breakfast with a cute cook, and quiet.
Nothing to complain about.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Nia, Michelle, Davion, are the names that stand put, but EVERYONE was amazing!! The breakfast was awesome, and the kitchen staff was amazing. They treated my kids like fanily. The amenities were awesome. We used the po, the basketball court, and the fire pit. We even visited the park behind the hotel. AMAZING!!!
Was very pricey.

Gloria, managed the breakfast during our stay and was excellent.. space was clean, well stocked, food was hot and fresh. She was friendly and attentive to her guests.
My room selection I reserved wasn’t available when I arrived. I was given a smaller room but not at a lower rate. I paid the same amount for a smaller room and given a “complimentary” room to accommodate my family. We were short a bed and my boys had to sleep on a couch. With no change in rate, was the complimentary room really complimentary?

Cierra and Sarah were very professional, friendly and helpful. My sons had a great time swimming and playing basketball. I love the fact that I didn't have to leave each morning to get breakfast because of the wonderfully delicious breakfast provided.
The only thing I can say is I needed two beds, but the hotel was sold out. Even with that, I can't say anything bad or negative about the property and staff.

Great staff and facilities. Never fun being away from home on Christmas eve and Christmas day, but your team did a nice job of making our stay enjoyable.

I love the suites. They are roomy and comfortable.
The bathroom was small, but the shower was nice, so it was ok. There were several lights in my room that did not work.

Nothing this time my stay was uncomfortable from the time of check in until check out. I was rudely greeted checking in I received an apology from management the next morning. Upon check out I was told I had to pay $40 for a pan that I didn't ruin, then I ask if I could keep the pan since I had to pay for it I was told No. I started getting upset , just asking questions then I was told I will have the police called on me because I was screaming. I was just upset about the whole situation so I was raising my voice but not screaming. So I will never return to this hotel again even if it's the last hotel in the world I would sleep outside first.

Nice location! Clean! Plenty of room!
After telling the front desk that my boyfriend was retired military with a service dog, she asked him for the service dog card, which is against federal regulations of the ADA! And said it was going to be a charge of $100 non refundable fee. Not happy about this at all!

Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very attentive, and always in a wonderful mood.
Electricity went out two of the three days that we were there, so we missed out on the wonderful breakfast our second morning there. First day it went out for 10 minutes and the second time it was out for an hour and a half by the time we left.

The location is right on the river, very quiet and serene. Close to campus and easy access.
My room did not have a remote, which I finally got. But no other issues and all staff was very friendly.
