It’s ok, just not my cup of tea. But the coffee was good.
The bathroom space was small. If you are big it would be tight.

They do not clean the rooms unless you stay more than 3 days. They offer clean towels but no sweeping or trash emptying unless you book for 3 or more days.

Convenient to where our event was
Very noisy and could hear people in other rooms very clearly.
10.0
very spacious and clean
the back parking lot needed some clean up and there was some people just sitting in vehicles at odd hours out there making you feel very uncomfortable

It had a very bad smell when we walked through the entrance and then it was hotter inside than outside and it was early July

I liked that the rooms were very spacious and clean..Hot Water In Shower Was Great... It had continental breakfast available..
Never should get charged a $100 deposit for damages when it's poorly kept up...Only 2 towels and washcloths for a family of 3...I had to keep requesting towels after each use....A Couple Was Kissing On the back stairway in front of our kids instead of going in their room...I didn't like the smell in hallways like someone smoked weed every night before bed...The pool was dirty never got cleaned once requested...The shower was dirty as if the tile need deep cleaning inside shower....

I didn't like the fact that I paid for a room didn't even get a chance to stay there because they wanted a $100 deposit like they some kind of four star hotel ain't nobody going to take a room up I just wanted to go to sleep and I paid what I thought I had to pay just to go to sleep and then we'll get there and get the key they want $100 deposit well that's not going to happen they are not the Hyatt

I enjoyed the friendly staff, especially Alexandria. She was very receptive to my needs, and she made sure that my daughter and I were comfortable.
I didn't like that the first room had a dirty shower. I also thought that it was a double queen instead of a single queen.

They checked all of the boxes as far as meeting the basic needs of an overnight stay. Clean rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable however there were no king-sized beds which was a bummer for me because I am pregnant.
I was expecting a bit more for breakfast. That was one of the reasons I booked here, was for the breakfast, but it was below average. Only oatmeal, cereal, and bread. I was expecting some eggs, meat, fresh waffles, the works! but you get what you pay for. $100 a night is not bad.
