Not what I expected

Friendly staff

beds uncomfortable, website doesn’t really explain you only get 1 roll toilet paper, basically you buy everything like you are living in an apartment. They will give you sheets if you need to change your bedding. Walkways are tilted so maneuvering a wheelchair is somewhat tiresome bc it constantly is pulling towards the balcony railing. Smells of weed so daughter would not bring grandbabies to room. Soap scum on tub and shower wallls, walls in room dirty

not a good experience, I opt out of even looking at the room.

It appear well maintained and clean, on the outside. the location is very convenient to shopping, which was in walking distance.

I cancelled reservation at this location, upon arriving and making contact with the manager. The atmosphere was so negative and the manager was so disrespectful and rude, I cancelled the reservation and booked an overnight stay at another Hotel.

Very nice place to stay. I would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, property was clean, room very clean and tidy, guest laundry was very clean and everything was working properly, I would stay here again.

On weekends there was some rif -raff but security is on top of their job and things would quiet down quickly.

Horeible

The let homeless people in my room after I checked out. When copss camei got charged withthere drugs and they tried running my card again . The staff was involved because I had my vard

Had kitchens with almost full size fridges.

The staff were ridiculously unhelpful and just seemed to really hate their job and every customer that bothers them throughout the day.

I stayed there for a couple of hours and tried to check out and get my money back

I like nothing about the facility it was completely filthy I went to the front desk after the first night ask for a refund and couldn’t get one so I paid for nine nights when I stayed one night because it was disgusting still have not received a refund so basically they stole eight nights of a reservation from me and they were real jerks they were supposed to get back to me about a bug guy coming out and checking the bedbugs in there and I haven’t heard nothing from nobody I just basically got robbed $429 it was a horrible experience

Staff is nice. Room is clean. No bugs. No homeless people crowding the stair wells! Decent weekly price. Fridge and microwave work great. Laundry takes your debit card instead of a prepaid laundry card.

Pool wasn’t open to use. Lol. Other than that this place is very nice!!
