A beautiful home in the city with elegant touches throughout. Enjoy morning coffee on a true Southern front porch with rocking chairs and a swing. Gather around a fire pit with family and friends in the evening.

The Space:
The house is in a very walkable area in Uptown's 3rd Ward and short walk to center city. You can easily walk to Bank of America Stadium and the city center. The neighborhood is the ballpark district, including Romare Bearden Park and Truist Field.

Guest Access:
Guests will have free access to Wi-Fi, Keurig coffee, Roku with Netflix, a 55" TV with local HD channels, a gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, clean fridge, and easy firewood delivery via Instacart for the outdoor fire pit as well.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in a walkable area in Uptown's 3rd Ward. Walk to Bank of America Stadium and the city center. The neighborhood is the ballpark district, including Romare Bearden Park and BB&T; Ballpark. It's also home to the Carolina Panthers NFL team.

Getting Around:
The airport is a 10 minute taxi/uber. There is a b-cycle station down the street as well and the light rail is a leisurely 10 minute walk away. You can easily walk to anywhere in uptown. Or a short Uber to all of Charlotte's other happening neighborhoods.

This is house is just as described. Beautiful and clean. Great backyard! Location is near a lot of great restaurants and fun things to do. My kids really enjoyed the neighbor cat visiting lol! Very friendly kitty. Check-in and check-out was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband, myself and 3 friends traveled from Eastern NC to Charlotte for my husband's birthday. The property was exactly as described. Easy check-in and close enuf to downtown, we walked to dinner Saturday night. We enjoyed the fire pit after returning for the night. The provided firewood was a nice touch by the host. One of our friend's made the comment, the bed he slept in was more comfortable than he's at home. Be mindful of, I'm assuming, the neighborhood cat thats hangs out around the property. It's sneaky and fast and will try coming indoors as soon as the door opens. Very good property and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was larger than we expected and provided plenty of space for those of us sleeping there as well as the few family members who popped in during our stay. Several in our party said “I wish we were staying here longer”! It beat the pants off of all of us having separate rooms at the hotel :)

The house was so cute and perfect for our girls weekend! There was plenty of room for everyone and we were supplied with everything we needed. We were able to walk to dinner and were in a great location for exploring the city. The only trouble we had was the smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night.

We had a really nice time at this house. It was clean, had good communication with the host, and a great location. No issues at all. We loved the dog and cat decor, as we were in town to open a new animal hospital. So the dog and horse pictures were a welcome sight for us. Thank you! We hope the home is available next time we travel there.

This was a perfect place to meet up with family! There was parking for 3 cars, a big dining table, perfect for meals and game playing and the beds were comfortable too! Would definitely stay here again!

The house and location were way better than I expected. We were visiting Charlotte to attend a bowl game at Bank of America Stadium. The house is within walking distance from the stadium. The host was gracious enough to give us a street parking pass so that we could just walk to the stadium. The house itself was very clean and had plenty of room for my family of 5. Everyone had their own room. Comfortable beds, towels and sheets provided. I would stay here again if I were going to visit Charlotte.

We stayed here for two nights before attending Disney in Ice with grandma, daughter, and four kids ages 6-1 1/2 years old. It’s was a perfect home for family! Very clean! Very comfortable! If you wanted to to stay near downtown and walk places, this would also be perfect!

Great location!

The house is darling and in such a great location! We walked around the corner for coffee at an awesome coffee shop called “Community Matters” (they’re closed Sat and Sun). We walked down to the end of the street and there’s a great park that’s connected to a beautiful walking path. The house itself is roomy and much of it has been re-done really well. The kitchen cupboards left a little to be desired, but we weren’t cooking. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms are really cute! We loved sitting on the front porch morning and evening. It worked perfectly for us and we loved the home and location. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to anyone who’s visiting Charlotte!

Very nice home in a great location! Walked to Bank of America to see the Charlotte FC team, walked to see the Charlotte Hornets play, toured the downtown, park very close by. Had small issue and owner was very responsive and helpful. Great stay in Charlotte!

We loved this property! So close to downtown, but the neighborhood still felt homey! We had 2 families staying in the house with a total of 4 adults and 4 kiddos, but there was plenty of room - it was actually more spacious that we expected after seeing the pictures on-line. Very clean! We had a great time and loved Charlotte!

The house was nice and a short drive to convention center

4 of us enjoyed the close proximity to the convention center. We could have walked it in about 20-25 minutes but drove or ubered back and forth. Everything was clean and comfortable. Living room, dining room and kitchen were spacious. Bedrooms were ample size and beds were comfortable. 2 and 1/2 baths gave everyone plenty of room to get ready although we did have to stagger showers. House was nicely decorated. That is important to us because that is our business and it affects how you feel.

I took my 3 girls for a girls weekend and we had a great time at this house. It's adorable. My only comment would be that they need blinds on the front door which is all glass and made us feel a little weird to be sitting and visiting right there at night where people could look in. Everything else was just great!

Girls weekend

My daughters and I met in Charlotte for a girls weekend. We were able to do a lot of walking around Charlotte from this house. The stadiums, the Greenway and the city were right there. The house was easy-to-use and Immaculate. We had a fire in the firepit one night. Jayson brought us kindling when asked. The backyard is very large for a city house. The neighborhood was so easy to navigate. We would definitely return for another girls weekend.

This location was great if you have a larger group and want to be within close proximity to Uptown Charlotte. We enjoyed our stay. The house was surprisingly deep based on the view from the front, with the four bedrooms all down one long hall. Relaxing space was plentiful. The outdoor/ backyard area is particularly nice…and would be great in the fall or spring when temperatures aren’t too high. Lots of seating around the back firepit, with plenty of wood provided. The kitchen has a good set-up if you like to cook, with a prep counter and gas range. The kitchen supplies were lacking for our stay, but that is something easily corrected. Driveway fit three SUVs, but be aware that you’ll have to park end-to-end. You get two more spaces on the street with parking passes. Front porch is nice to relax also, particularly if it’s cool outside or you get a nice rainstorm. Jason was very responsive to any concerns or questions we had, which always makes the experience better.

My wife and I stayed at the home with our adult daughter, who lives in Charlotte. The house was clean, comfortable and an easy 10 minute walk into Uptown. Our daughter's Southend apartment was less than a 10 minute drive away (along with all the Southend restaurants and breweries). Even though it's close to the Uptown stadiums, the neighborhood is residential and quite quiet. The property managers even had a toaster delivered within an hour of our discovering the property didn't have one. We'll definitely stay here again on a return visit.
