This delightful semi-detached property is in a quiet position in the town of Sheringham on the North Norfolk coast. There are numerous walks from its fantastic location on Beeston Common to the centre of town, the sandy beaches or inland to Sheringham's National Park to view all its seasonal highlights. This beautifully presented and well-kept cottage is a welcome holiday haven all year around.Ground floor: Lounge: with TV and DVD player and window with lovely views across the Common. Kitchen/Diner: electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dining table with four chairs and door leading to utility room: with washing machine and dishwasher with door leading to patio.
First floor: Double bedroom: with double bed, feature fireplace, wareobe and bedside tables. Bedroom: with two single beds, chest of draws and wardrobe. Family Bathroom: with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
Please note: Outside: patio area to the rear of the property with garden furniture. Amenities: WiFi, Highchair, Stairgate and Travel Cot available (please bring own bedding). Bed linen and towels provided. Regret no pets. Location: beach 700 metres, pubs and shops a 11 minute stroll.Please note that the information on this page is intended as a guide only. Extremely enjoyable stay, beautiful cottage with lovely views out front and back. All furniture comfortable, beds especially, they seemed new. Felt instantly at home when arrived and everything immaculately clean and well presented. Fresh flowers a nice touch as was fresh milk in fridge. Parking very easy. Ideally located, 10 minute walk to seafront and all sheringham residents we talked to happy to give directions and very friendly. Loved priory maze and gardens, also about a 10 minute walk. We did have a car but, if you don't, coasthopper bus amazing, regular and bus stop end of rd. Couldn’t fault property or surroundings, in fact we tried to book another week to stay on.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Beck. It has a wonderful set of views both from the front and back. It is set facing the common with sight of the Beeston Bump with views of allotment gardens at the back. The cottage is comfortable and well resourced.

We have been staying here regularly since 2009. Over the years the owners have updated and improved Beck Cottage. The location is perfect. There are a couple of negatives. The bathroom could do with an upgrade, and the lounge sofas are very low n soft and not comfortable. Beck Cottage offers good value accommodation in a very convenient location, close to the beach, the town and lot's of walks from the front door.

It is some years since we stayed at Beck Cottage but we had a very enjoyable and comfortable time. The location is very good for walks along the coastal path and woodland at the back of Sheringham. The welcome pack was very much appreciated.

Lovely home from home cottage, easy reach of the town centre and beach. The cottage was well kept and very clean. Bedding was lovely. My girls enjoyed their stay. The outside toilet was an added bonus although not used. Was good to have as an option when in the garden.

Great cottage in a lovely location. Short walk into sheringham with access to the beach and shops. Lovely walk up beeston bump. Very close to other beaches & Cromer, which are only a short drive away. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

We have been staying at Beck cottage since 2009 sometimes visiting twice a year! The owners have over the years regularly updated the property. I think a family of 4 might find it a bit snug bit for a couple it is ideal.

We have been staying at Beck cottage since 2009. Over the years there have been many improvement's and the every visit something has been updated and changed. I really don't want to tell you how good it is as I would like to keep that a secret!!! For us the best thing is the location and the view of the common and Beeston bump. If I had one compliant it would be can you do something about the lighting in the kitchen?

Very pleasant stay. The tea, milk biscuits and sundry other items were much appreciated. The cottage was immaculate and spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient for the local amenities and also for the beaches. Parking was no problem. Unfortunately we we unable to control the weather and it was unseasonably cold for most of the week, but the efficient central heating soon made the cottage very comfortable when it was needed.

We've stayed I this cottage many years ago and were looking forward to our return. It didn't disappoint, lovely new decor, comfy sofas and beds. Lovely high quality linens and towels. Immaculately clean throughout, with a bag of all brand new cleaning products left for our use (washing up liquid, liquid soaps, spray cleaner, toilet cleaner, new pack of toilet rolls, Jay cloths....the list goes on). The cottage is a short, easy walk through to the beach, shops and attractions of Sheringham Town. Highly recommend this lovely cottage.

We Love Beck Cottage it is a well kept holiday-let & reasonably priced self catering place to stay for our 2 week Summer holiday. There is only one issue to mention & that is we think a few more parking spaces should be made available for the permanent residents & for the holiday-lets that are amongst the row of houses in the Resident only unmade Road. It would mean taking away a grassy area to extend the parking area already there. The area we suggest is opposite the first 4 houses as you drive in. That area of grass would not be missed.

We have stayed in this cottage before and were so comfortable, we came back a second time. The cottage is well placed for the town centre and has parking, which is sometimes difficult when renting in the town itself. The cottage is well sized and looks like it had been refurbished since our last stay (a couple of years ago). Overall, a very good place to stay.
