This was the perfect location for our girls trip. So comfortable, beautiful, and the location is impossible to beat. We had our entry code promptly even before our scheduled check-in time which was an added bonus! I was able to communicate with management via text and got immediate responses. It was a breeze. Highly recommend! Only wish we could have stayed longer. Great property.

Overall, the property was okay to fine. The house definitely needs some tending to. Walls beat up, couch and living room rug seemed very used, decorations/art not great. The general interior furniture and items in the house are not what we usually see and expect in Rosemary especially for this price point (we have rented houses for the last 10 years). No Tupperware for fridge storage. Blender had a strange plug that could not be utilized. When we arrived we found the garage door broke which we were not advised about in advance. I own a rental home in Park City which is why I am providing this feedback as I would want to know as the owner. Also, the minimal kitchen paper towels and toilet paper were annoying as there should be enough basic supplies provided for the # of people and length of stay. would only recommend to a friend with these caveats at this price point.

It is a thgreat home close to shops and restaurants, pool, and beach. The only issues I have to say are minor but you need to consider these things when spending your money and if these things matter or not. I would rather have stayed in Aly's Beach in a brand new home without the minor issues from this home. So here are the issues: The pool heater did not work until the day we were leaving (on the 5th day), the kitchen pots/pans/etc are old, the door handles are also old and can easily come off when someone tries to shut the doors to the patios, my husband had to fix the master bed because when I laid down the bed went down (thank goodness my husband is strong and knows how to fix everything). I want to be honest and let you know before renting. All depends what you really want in a rental vacation home....if you want a new property I would reconsider, if you like older homes this is perfect for your stay and it's great location to everything.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about the house! Great location, loved all the balconies. We had a wonderful stay. My only complaint is that the kids room doesn’t have any blinds so they were up literally as the sun was coming up 😂. The only other thing is I wish we could control the temperature in the spa. It’s connected to the pool and so by the time we got in it the entire pool was way too hot to swim. If we could have turned it down or off until we got in it it would have been perfect. Sadly we couldn’t even use it!That being said, we already booked our stay for next year! Just two notes I wanted to give!

Relaxing Summer Vacation
Our party of 12 included 6 children from 7-19 yrs of age who were continuously entertained which made our stay very enjoyable for the parents. We loved the decor, floor plan, super comfy beds and proximity to the beach, community pool and shops.

Close to the beach and parking near the cottage was very easy. The pool and hot tub was extra fun as an extra place to have cocktails in the evening. We had one tiny sink drain snafu and maintenance was there in 45 minutes to fix.

We've been coming to Rosemary for 10 years now and have stayed in numerous places. Location is high on my list when choosing a short term rental. The southwest section of Rosemary is my favorite spot. Bella Cottage was perfect for what we needed. The kids had the upstairs bunk room and the adults has the downstairs bedrooms. Great house, great location and 30A Luxury Vacations did a great job. If Bella Cottage is available the week you need it and the size is right (3 bedrooms and a large bunk room) book it. You'll be happy.

He also offered me free use of the property’s carriage house which he said would be complete when we arrived, even suggesting we invite our parents to stay there. Fortunately, we did not invite anyone because the carriage house was not ready for occupancy during our stay. While the accommodations were very nice, I would never use or recommend 30A Luxury Vacations again because they were not reliable and did not take ownership for their mistakes.

Great House at on Beach side of 30A in Rosemary Beach
My family of six and I stayed here in late September 2020. We loved the house. The pool was great. I loved the open floor plan on the 2nd level where we all hung out, did puzzles, watched movies. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and ate dinner every night on the porch. Great location near one of Rosemary's pools. Also the communication and responsiveness from the management company was excellent.

The location of this home is perfect, a few minutes walk to the beach and steps from the shops at Seacrest Beach and ‘downtown’ Rosemary. Our favorite part of the beach has always been Walkover I because it is less crowded. The balconies and pool are great, one of the only heated pools we’ve had in Rosemary that we didn’t have to have someone come out to turn on. The kids floor’ on the 3rd floor is perfect with 4 beds, 2 trundles, and a tv room and bathroom. It is a bit noisy at night on the street right outside of the master bedroom and this is a fairly expensive property to not have a dedicated parking spot, but hoping this is resolved when the garage construction is completed. Overall we loved our stay and would love to come back!

Bella Cottage is the perfect rental in Rosemary Beach, Florida. I rented this house for the weekend of a wedding for several people. Three bedrooms are on the first floor. The second floor, kitchen and living room, is very spacious, open, and airy. I wish the weather had been warmer for us to enjoy the many decks though. The location is very close to the beach, and all shops and restaurants of RB. That's a tremendous advantage, since my greatest criticism would be the shortage of parking overall in RB. When we lacked enough parking passes for our family, I called the rental agency, and they quickly had an extra delivered to us! Park you car and walk everywhere! If you move it, you might not find another! The house was clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in Rosemary Beach close to 20 different times, and we love to get a different house each time (to try out all the different areas). We selected this one because it is close to everything and was recently remodeled. It was lovely! There was plenty of space for us to entertain our entire group for Thanksgiving, and the kids LOVED the upstairs bunkroom! The only downside was that the pool was unable to be heated during our stay because of an issue with the heater, but 30A Luxury Vacations was so nice and helpful about it and allowed us to check out late on our departure day, which was amazing. We will definitely rent this house again!!!

First off the Bella Cottage was a very nice rental property, clean, great location, great amenities, and the particular contact person at their office was as helpful as she was able to be, albeit she was unfortunately handcuffed by management to handle problems. However our property did not have all that was advertised. Bella Cottage has been going through an update/remodel that was supposed to be completed in late spring, by our arrival in September, it was still incomplete. While the house was beautifully completed, the private pool was not. As we were a family with kids this was one of the reasons we chose this property. On arrival we were told there would be no price reduction, offer of another rental property, or any other perks to make up for not getting what we paid for. The lack of customer service to rectify this failure was in my view a dismal failure by management and should have been taken care of.

I spent about 9 nights at Villa Rose and loved every minute of it. Just my husband and I, so only used the master bedroom, which had a very comfortably bed which for me was a must. Very nice living area layout on the second floor, open modern kitchen, high end appliances, windows and glass everywhere to let in the light. Great location within one block of ocean and two blocks from Mainstreet where all restaurants and shops are. We had some internet issues which were addressed immediately. Chris at 30A addressed every single one of our needs and went above and beyond our expectations. Will definitely rent from 30A again. My only suggestion is to update the furniture in living area, I believe it needs some TLC.

Overall it is a great house and we enjoyed our stay However, the entrance feels unkept looks dirty. the house feels dated. Due to the very high ceiling, the stairs become a true workout for older guests. Utensils ie.forks and knives need to be replaced only enough for 4.

This was also the first time we spent time there in August. We've typically gone to the Florida Panhandle in July and really enjoyed the lighter August crowds - houses seemed to be about 50% occupied, so plenty of room on the beach and no waits at the restaurants, which we loved. Weather this week was also incredible, but we were told by several locals that it was more like September/October weather and August is typically very hot. Bella Cottage's location is fantastic! It's literally 2 minutes to the beach, which made it fantastic for us, given the little ones. Bella Cottage is a beautiful property, with a unique layout and the pictures represent it accurately. The condition of the property, though, leaves a bit to be desired. The cushion covers on the couch are well worn and have some stains. The outdoor furniture on the main porch, is even more worn and the cushion covers need to be replaced. We found fresh stains on the comforter in one of the bedrooms and decided to take the comforter cover off and wash it. The microwave didn't work, on arrival and we found it needed to be plugged into a different outlet. None of this bothered us much, as we got a very good deal on the place, given the time of year and the fact construction is still going on in the carriage house behind it. Had we had to pay full price for the property, I would've expected everything to be in tip-top condition. The property management company was very professional and extremely responsive! Nothing but great things to say about the job they did. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Rosemary Beach and at the Bella Cottage.

My husband, myself and 3 boys (ages 11,8,4), along with my sister, her husband and 2 daughters (ages 3yrs, 1yr) stayed the week of July 28 and had a wonderful vacation. This home sits in a prime location, situated directly across from one of the pools, 3-4min walk to the beach (south of 30a), right off Rosemary square and on the boarder of Rosemary/seacrest restaurants and shopping! -The home is beautiful decorated, full of fresh linens, kitchen fully stocked with pans, tools, and grille. The 3rd floor was perfect for our 3 boys and my niece (3yrs). It was nice to have a full bath and a small tv room with a door up there so they all essentially had everything theyd need. The first floor has 3 bedroom, each with their own bathroom. All were beautiful and comfortable. **Having stayed in many different homes in Rosemary, the following aren’t as much complaints as they are ‘NEED TO KNOWS’. -the main living/eating is on the 2nd floor so if you are sleeping in or have a baby sleeping on the first floor, you DO HEAR walking very easily in the second floor. -the 3rd floor is not completely doored off. Meaning the stairway corridor is open on both sides to the second floor. Anyone sleeping up there will both hear people on the second floor as well as light coming in. It gets bright as the sun comes up. -there are NO baby gates/sleeping. You can call the rental company and rent gates for an additional charge. -no leftover goods from previous renters. EX: cooking spices, etc. (every other home we’ve stayed in, those items were left for the next renter as they were nearly full and only used 1 or 2 times. We bought spices, boogie boards, shovels, etc (didn’t pack to take home) and knew they wouldn’t be left for the next family. :( -4 bikes to use (1 is broken) No shovels, wagons,toys left from previous renters. *construction currently, but we knew upon booking. However this created issues with trash

Great week in Bella Cottage. Location is perfect. Cottage needs a few more pots/pans in the kitchen and the locks on the downstairs queen bedroom and bath did not work. Otherwise, it was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 tweens/teens!

Our stay at the Bella Cottage was great! Fantastic location and check-in/check-out was the smoothest we have ever experienced. We only had a few concerns: the sofa and rug need to be replaced (very dirty; when our little ones woke up early and began running around, it woke the entire household up. Bedrooms are downstairs and all the running right above could be heard easily; the porch needs a ceiling fan so you can sit outside and visit (too hot with no fan). We loved the close proximity to the Barbados pool and to the beach. We loved to just walk around the corner where we visited Pescado (ocean view restaurant/bar). A plus - 4 bikes that we rode every day!

Rosemary Beach is lovely and very convenient. We had a relaxing week, but we were there to visit with my sister who staying in a separate cottage. A guest carriage house and pool were being built in the back of our cottage. The workers were very polite. I did send a long email to the management company because their were a number of maintenance issues that had not been addressed for early in the season and I did not want to be held responsible for those (example broken window with cardboard inserted. I was impressed with the supplies left (dishwashers soap, etc.) It would have been nice to have a map and directory of things available in the area--just a thought--a restaurant guide with coupons might be nice also. It was our first time there.
