Good location and within walking distance to the beach.

I didn't find much to like.
No where was any mention that the unit was upstairs without an elevator. I am an older, partially handicapped individual. The beach access was very difficult. The place was very noisy. I was ready to go home after a couple of days. Construction was nearby, and the power saws and hammering started very early in the morning.

This was my favorite vacation for 25 years!
I haven’t been back for 14 years!
I loved the fact you were close to the beach and had the pool right here it was a great location.
However the older u get and all the items needed at the beach the walk was too much! The parking is insane at the beach first day we couldn’t even go to the beach do to No Parking!
Love the property!

The location is fantastic—two long blocks to the beach and minutes from shopping and restaurants--very centrally located. The balcony was great because it's covered and accessible when it rains--massive bonus if you like to smoke or sit outside! The buildings are surrounded by forest—wonderfully relaxing. Security is excellent. The price is EXCELLENT. Allowing two parking passes for a two-bedroom condo was also excellent--the place is an absolute bargain. VERY LIVEABLE SPACE for four to five people if you don't all need private bathrooms.
1) The beds were awful. We range from 6'4" and 250 pounds to 5'7" and 120 pounds, and none of us found the beds comfortable. But then, this is a bargain lodging and not a Crown Plaza.
2) The toilets are tiny, round bowls and low to the ground--very old-fashioned.
3) The shower rods should be the bowed, space-expanding style, bolted to the wall style rods, not tension rods. I did not enjoy seeing the buggered-out paint every day, where someone knocked the tension pole down twenty times. The tops of the walls in the bathrooms needs a scrub.
4) Entering the place was a goat rodeo--NO EARLY Check in so we had to wait until 4:00 p.m. and then couldn't get in--none of the codes worked so we used the lockbox key after fning around on the phone for what seemed like an eternity. Two more trips to our unit two days in a row before the codes were fixed. The Yale IoT lock systems they are using are antiquated and should be replaced--it's costing you programming fees and bothering your guests--no one is winning with these locks.
5) The toilet sipped all night--I told mgt, and they sent someone, and he claimed to fix it, but he didn't, so all week, even with the bathroom door closed, I listened to the toilet refilling every ten minutes--wasting water and costing sleep--if you are sleeping on that side of the bed your head is only a few feet from the toilet with nothing but a hollow core door between you and the toilet. I left the bathroom fan on every night to compensate.

Location was great. I stayed at the same condos before just a different apt.
The mattresses on the beds weren't comfortable, and neither was the living room furniture. The cable TV wasn't working so I had to call to have that fixed. This condo is suppose to sleep 6 but the furniture in the living room was a bit small and there was room for bigger pieces. We found a roach in the apt. Thankfully, only one.

The wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs, back pack cooler, and other beach amenities. Also, the binder of information was very helpful!
The fan cords were broken.

Location and clean
Sliding glass door to the patio didn't not lock

I loved that everything we needed for the beach was supplied. Beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, cooler... everything!
The washcloths provided were really thin and dingy. You could see through them. I didn't feel clean after washing up with them.
4.1
Location was great. Close to the beach and easy drive to shops and restaurants.
Breaker Box was covered with artwork making it difficult to find when bathroom outlets weren’t working.

We loved the pool. The apartment was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. We loved it.
I can’t think of anything

I liked the location and that it was gated.
I would've gave 5 stars but around 8:30am on check out day someone knocked on our door, did not give us the chance to answer, put in the code to open our door, then slung in a bag of supplies for the condo. This scared the hell out of me and my family. We thought someone was intruding in. We were all still asleep. This was not good at all.

We loved how close this was to the beach and enjoyed having a private walkway. It was nice it came with items to enjoy on the beach. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cozy. It served our family well for a few days.
The unit is pretty small and the bathrooms are tiny. There isn't a drain stopper in the kitchen so it was tricky to make sure nothing went down the drain. The towel rod in the master bathroom is not attached to the wall on one side so it kept falling if it was touched the least little bit. There was no TV in the 2nd bedroom. We made due but this would have been nice to have. There would be enough room to replace the loveseat with a couch that seated more people.

The internet so slow not useful

Shade on side of bed in bedroom that had attached bathroom didn't work, had close shades manually

The location was great. The room was clean.
The door to the patio was fully open when we arrived. The latch didn't work on the patio door (this was on the 3rd floor and we had our toddler with us). I called to get it fixed immediately, but it took a couple days to get someone there. The repairman ended up accidentally shattering the door glass trying to install a latch, but my issue was with the man (possibly a manager through Vacasa?) who came later. He was super condescending and rude about the repairman and talked to him like he was an idiot. It is one thing to be angry about the fact the door is broken, but you do not talk to people like that. That is so unprofessional, especially in front of guests. It made us very uncomfortable. Coupled with the fact the wifi never worked well enough to even check the weather despite a sign on the fridge stating there was private wifi available if I called (it wasn't, by the way), we would not stay here again.

It was very nice and clean. We did enjoy our stay for the mist part. It was very quiet and relaxing.
Pots and pans could use updating. I also think how far it was from the beach was misrepresented. Several comparable units were 500$ cheaper than what I paid.

Seemed like a value deal - until you added in all the surcharges.
Kind of a dark, tacky and tired unit; no counter space. Hard to plug in electronics. needs a good thorough cleaning.

The location was great, very convenient to everything and the beach.

Amenities and Location were great. All of the individuals in the community were very kind.
For what I booked the venue for, there was ultimately nothing I did not like except for the room being on the top level with no other access than stairs. I am a disabled vet which made it a little challenging to get access to the room but I managed quite well. I would try to book a lower room in the future.

Not much to complain about.

The unit itself was well equipped and fairly modern. Nice to have a bathroom/ensuite and full kitchen. It was close to the beach, we could walk there in less than 10 minutes with two young children. Was great to have small added touches like laundry pods/dishwasher pods.
The major issue we had with our stay was the second bedroom having a strong marijuana smell that we think was coming through the air con vents. We were not able to put our children to bed in there. We called vacasa twice and were told a local representative would look into it. We did not hear back which was disappointing. The smell came and went during our stay. We essentially lost use of one room that we had paid for.
The second issue was the ridiculous admin required after booking. I spent 30+ minutes on phone calls as my identity couldn’t be verified (!?). I then had to sign lease documents and provide car and personal details a further 3 times. It made me want to cancel the booking it was so frustrating. All up I would have received 15+ emails and texts following booking - mostly requesting I do additional things.
