The newly renovated large kitchen offers room for storage and vaulted ceiling with large dining table. There are two newly renovated master bedrooms with king size beds and private baths. A third bedroom now offers a king size bed. Also, a perfect retreat for the kids with three bunks (full on bottom, twin on top) and their very own TV (suggest bringing their favorite gaming system to plug in). A lovely intimate yet spacious house located in a quiet, gated community a block away from a beach. It met my family’s needs perfectly allowing everyone to have their own bed. The location is nice with restaurants, a shopping center, and grocery store close by. The owner is communicative, genuinely nice, and cares about the property as well as your stay. We plan to return and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping us having a wonderful vacation!

House was just as pictured…. Host Annie was wonderful. …. House is in quiet location. As it was just what we needed. As our son had just recently passed away. The only thing I didn’t like was the locked closets in the bathroom. It just seemed creepy. Having a locked closet like that in the private bathroom area Most attractions are like 45 min to an hour drive

We brought a large group for a mission trip and rented 6 different homes! Ms Annie was so helpful when booking and her home was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and when we come back, we will request to stay here again! She had everything that we needed!!

Property is as shown in pictures. Home is spacious and kirchen well equipped. Bathrooms are on the small side but not too small. Pool is great for 4 or 5 adults to just chill in. Gated neighborhood is lovely, beautiful houses and location next to the Preserve was a bonus.Recommend Patria restaurant nearby for dinner!

The property was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. Was great to have separate bedrooms for my teenage boys. We brought our switch with so we could play when the night was complete. There were so many games onsite though that we really didn’t need it. Loved having a pool in the backyard (it’s bigger than it looks in pictures) and being able to walk to the beach. Had a minor issue, but Annie was great and took care of things in a very timely manner. We will definitely be going back and would love to stay here again.

We really loved our vacation and our stay at Villa Palmira in a little gated community. The accommodation was even more spacious than it looked on the website! The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. Annie, the property manager was excellent! Her instructions for checking in were detailed and clear. When we had a question about anything she answered immediately. The pool and outdoor patio were perfect. There was huge, long beach and beautiful Nature Preserve just a couple of minutes walk down our road. Fabulous place to stay!

The house was a great fit for my family and I. It was very clean. The house had everything. We ever use there beach chairs to take with us. We enjoyed the pool. The only downside was no smoking on the property. My husband loves his cigars and that was one we had to pause.

This house is exactly as pictured and has everything you need for a great vacation. It has plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen and the pool was fantastic!
We really enjoyed this location outside of the busy tourist areas. It was quiet but we still had easy access to all of the east side of the island. We took trips to El Yunque, Fajardo and also explored around Humacao.

This property is awesome, easy check in actual picture don't di it justice, very well equipped, clean, comfortable, and Annie was amazing checkin on us left instruction for every possible tourist attraction and beaches and rivers and food location everything was amazing highly recommended

House is great. More than enough room. Grandkids want to move to PR now. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Walmart was only 2.5 miles away. Down the street from the ocean (no swimming allowed) but the view was great. Roads in Humacao were much wider than many areas we went to on the island. 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and an in ground pool that my kids loved. Large screen tv in living room. Kitchen is perfect. Beds were comfortable and personal AC in every room. Micro ants were everywhere on the island, which we expected and understand that it is a tropical island. I haven’t been to PR in 28 years and I will definitely be back soon. I couldn’t have gotten a more perfect place to stay. The sound of coqui frogs was very relaxing for me. Great place to stay and Annie, the hostess was very accessible. Will do again. My family gives this place an 11 out of 10 score.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location and amenities were ideal, the pool is nice and a local beach was literally a couple of minutes by foot. By car we were able to easily get to the key sights/day trips that we wanted to get to. Would recommend!

Decent stay
The house was a nice house, however the house was very clean and seemed like it hadn’t been used in a while. We had a problem with tiny ants on the floor, table, and confer that we were not able to get rid of even after mopping and washing down counter. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games that were provided. Overall we did get some enjoyment out of the house.

Perfect vacation

Exactly what we were looking for!!!
The house is located within a gated community (very quiet) and just minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. The house has a great backyard with pool. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and the main family room. Plenty of towels, as well as chairs and a cooler for heading to the beach. The Punta Santiago beach is right there, and you’re walking distance to a beach front (although we didn’t swim there). Grill outside by the pool made for a nice afternoon and evening after a day in old San Juan.

The plumbing is terrible, the faucets are wiggling and no water pressure in the shower. It’s like a drip coffee maker. The outside grill is unusable, but there are I think 5 cameras in the backyard around the pool. The beach, oh it’s ungroomed like a dirt road with seaweed and garbage all over. The water is full of the seaweed and it’s like sharpnell coarse and unbearable. Description states you can hike in the rainforest from your house, there is no access to it from the community. Area is not touristy at all, meaning no Uber or taxi available as we thought. But ok, rented a car. FYI get rental in San Juan save yourself the trouble. Would not stay there again if I’m paid sorry

Beautiful Home
Lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of space. We really enjoyed our home away from home. Close to main roadways, shopping center and things to do. Definitely rent a car so you can get around the island.

This house is amazing. Annie was such a great help from the booking process all the way through our stay. We had everything we needed and at no time did we feel unsafe. The neighborhood is well established, has a gated entry and it is very quiet at night.
We stayed for 7 nights and we were able to see everything that we wanted and more. We experienced a tropical storm while on vacation and at no time did we feel worried.
The house has everything needed to make for a very comfortable stay.

Huge plus was 1 room had 3 bunk beds that can hold 6 people. 3 extra rooms with queen beds, 2 of the room were master bedroom with private baths. I mean, what more can you ask for? The neighborhood was private gated, they had a garage for the car, allot of towels for you to use. The neighbors was super nice. I can go on and on of how happy I was with this house. I will definitely book again next year if she's available.
