- parking (you either reserve parking or change parking spot every 2 hours from 7am until 8pm - if you get on…) - you can hear everything upstairs - the coach is uncomfortable to sit on

Coole Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend

1. Die ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, die sich (unbemerkt aus der Ferne) sehr darum kümmern, dass die Gäste sich auch wohl fühlen. - Vielen herzlichen Dank für die vielen freundlichen Aufmerksamkeiten: Speiseeis im Kühlfach, Wasserflaschen, frisches Obst und Riegel zur Begrüßung! Wir wissen das sehr zu schätzen! 2. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in einer reizvollen, ruhigen Straße voller alter Ginkobäume. 3. Die Wohnung ist hell und großzügig, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet! 4. Für die Erstversorgung gibt es Accessoires und viele Gewürze, Mehl, Zucker, Kaffee und Tee zur Auswahl. Und: Ein großer, gut sortierter Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt (lange Öffnungszeiten auch am Sonntag!). Topp! 5. Die Anbindung zu Bus und Metro ist sehr gut. Zur Buslinie 52 und 54 sind es nur 3 Minuten! 6. Die Fenster lassen sich zwar nicht öffnen (das ist für Erdgeschosse völlig normal), man kann allerdings schnell und problemlos kräftig durchlüften, indem man die beiden Türen (Eingang und Terrasse) kurz öffnet. Vielen Dank für alles, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Alles war super. (Wir haben einen großen Spiegel vermisst, haben uns aber mit dem Spiegel im Bad problemlos ausgeholfen)

nice apartment in a great location

The apartment was perfectly equipped, everything was there. Nothing was missing from kitchen roll to spices to tea and sugar. Bathroom facilities were complete and very good shampoos etc. The location is very central with lots of bars, restaurants and bus and subway.

Super mooi verblijf

Duidelijke incheck beschrijving vooraf gekregen. Parkeren in de straat, eigenaar kan vergunning vooraf regelen. Appartement is ruim, netjes en zeer schoon. Voelde ons erg welkom, bloemetje op tafel wat lekkere kleine ontbijt spulletjes in de keuken. Fijn bed, goede badkamer en was en droogmachine aanwezig. Locatie is super, straat uit en overal winkeltjes en restaurants. Bushalte en metro vlak in de buurt. Tussentijdse communicatie met eigenaar snel en vriendelijk. Goede wifi verbinding

Bankstel (slaapbank) zit niet heel fijn.

Perfect location

It has everything we needed for a weekend stay. The place stays cool even if we didn’t turn the AC on. It’s on a quiet tree-lined street, but also walking distance from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and all the tourist destinations.

An apartment in the underground floor, prepared almost perfectly for a guest's stay. Almost perfectly equipped kitchen, lots of bottles of water upon arrival (important in the heat), fruit, spices, snacks, etc. Comfortable bed, microwave, fridge, oven, TV, office supplies in general, printer, Euro/US plug, hangers, washing machine , dryer, detergents, for cleaning. Super location in an elegant district. Caring owners in constant contact. Strong wifi. A very high level of accommodation for guests. I recommend it with all my heart!!!

I give 9/10 because I ran out of a strainer to cook and strain the rice that was available but I couldn't use it and I like it and I trained. Most of all, however, in the morning, between 8 and 10, the noises and stomping from above overhead. It bothered me a lot in the morning. There was also a problem with hot water in the bathroom but when doing laundry, so maybe it's an exception. In general, I encourage you to rent this place again. Best regards and thank you for a pleasant stay.

Great Visit - hope to return next year

The location was excellent. Swann Street is quiet and tree-lined and 14th has great shops and food options

Has a great patio but the area was not cleaned up. There was a hose available so the cleaning service should have hosed down the table, chairs, and patio. Could use a few area rugs and pictures on the walls to kick up the cozy factor

Amazing stay in D.C.

Really nice hosts, good and safe location, close to grocery store, public transport and many restaurants, well equipped spacious appartment, will be back when in Washington! They even stored our luggage after check out at their own place until our evening flight, so really pleased with the overall experience! Thanks again :)

This was one of the best B&B ever! Much recommended.

This accommodation was superb. We were very nicely surprised by the welcome snacks and fruit, and some essential food items. The location was also nice in a quiet street with easy access to Washington's attractions. All cleaning/bathroom supplies were provided.

Ideal location, great spot, responsive hosts. Best of both worlds--very pleasent tree-lined street, feels like a restful suburban retreat, and very safe. Somehow, only half a block from all the great restaurants on 14th
