First of all, the place owner was very helpful. He provided us with a list of useful places like stores, restaurants, cafeterias, etc. Pretty much all of those places turned out to be well worth the money and soon became our favourite spots at the end of the day after touring Pompeii. Another good thing, the place is only a few minutes walk away from the beach.

The property is exactly what you pay for and a bit more. Before I had even arrived in Italy Antonio text me and said hello, gave me an exact map location, as well as recommended restaurants, bars etc and advised where the train station was. (I had checked all this, but it’s a great thing to do).
The room was perfect and clean. I was very comfortable and the facilities were great. There was a nice cold bottle of water waiting for me when I arrived.
There is a lovely little pizzeria 2 minutes away which I also enjoyed.
The morning after my stay I walked to Pompeii. It took me around 25 minutes but not a bad walk at all.
I have no complaints at all. Everything was perfect and exactly what I needed.

The room is big enough and interior is cosy

Room was clean, host was nice, gave us some tips on where to eat etc.
Lights in the room were so white it made the room almost feel like a hospital. Walls were really thin, so you could hear other guests pretty loud. Wi-Fi wasn't great as well.

Is so far, far away from the center, in an industrial area..

Owner welcomed me nicely with bottle of water. Very nice family owned house. Private parking. Room is small but enough for one night stay one person. Price OK. Check in easy done. Toilet very clean.
Noise coming from other people living in same (facility or house I suppose) downstairs near parking.

The location a bit industrial area
4.5 / 5.0
The overall value for money of the room was exceptional. The location is very central, easy to get to by public transport as well as car/taxi. It is a 30 minute walk from the ruins of Pompeii as well as the nearby towns or Castellamare and Sorrento. Across from the house is a cute bar/cafe with food and drinks and other restaurants. The owner was incredibly helpful and even gave us a lift to the Marina di Stabia so we didn't have to walk, really going above and beyond. The house is recently renovated, very clean and tidy, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
The location is perfectly safe, however when it comes to walking it can be slightly difficult simply because there aren't many sidewalks, as the area is quite industrial. We made the walk to the ruins anyway without problems but with small children it could be slightly dangerous, so I would say it's best to have a car or take public transport when getting around.
