About this house rental

Lovely cottage recently renovated. Featuring white shaker style cabinets, black granite counter top and all new stainless steel appliances. Samsung refrig with ice maker, KitchenAid gas range, dishwasher, micro...The first floor has a open kitchen with a dining room/living room area. The living room has a SAMSUNG 50" flat screen tv with free Netflix movies and a Sonos sound system for music. There is also a laundry room with LG washer/dryer and a half bath with toilet/sink. Up on the second floor are 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed and SONY 40" flat screen Smart tv's . The full bath on the second floor has a shower with marble subway tiles and a 2 sink vanity and toilet. The third floor is a large open style bedroom which has a King bed along with 2 twin beds and flat screen Smart tv. Relax outside in the back yard which is fenced in and professionally landscaped with 2 patios. One with outdoor dining table/chairs and another with Adirondack lounge chairs. Weber gas grill and outdoor shower. Once you park you car, there are numerous restaurants/bars, grocery store, shops, all within walking distance. No need to drive! Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATIONS- A ONE HUNDRED TWENTY DAY (120) WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO BEGIN THE CANCELLATION PROCESS. THIS LEASE SHALL BE TERMINATED ONLY AFTER ANOTHER TENANT IS SECURED***OR PERMISSION BY THE LANDLORD IS OTHERWISE GRANTED TO TENANT IN WRITING. IF THE PROPERTY IS RE-RENTED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT, AND ALL MONIES DUE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY LANDLORD, THEN A REFUND WILL BE MADE , LESS A CANCELLATION FEE OF $200.00 IF THE PROPERTY IS NOT RE-RENTED, ALL PAYMENTS TO DATE ARE FORFEITED AND THE TENANT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY BALANCE DUE UNDER THE LEASE AGREEMENT. The home is lovely and the back yard is just perfect. We had a wonderful time. I parked my car when we arrived and didn’t move it all week. I wish we could have stayed longer than one week. The home has everything you need

We had a great time staying at Linda's 205 Cottage in Beach Haven, LBI! The location and space were perfect for our family. Finn our pet Chihuahua loved it! Linda was available for any questions we had.

The house was really wonderful. Very clean and comfortable for our family including our two toddlers and our dog. It was very well stocked and beautifully decorated. The backyard was great for us and for our dog. Location cannot be beat. Very easy walk to the beach even for our 2 year old. We were so close to all the restaurants, shops etc. We didn’t use our car the entire trip and went to some amazing restaurants right nearby. I agree with another reviewer that the stairs are steep so wouldn’t be ideal for someone with mobility issues but wasnt an issue for us. You won’t be disappointed by this rental!

We had a wonderful week in this house! It has all the extras you would want and never seem to remember to bring yourself. The interior and all the design touches were wonderful. The back yard and garden were a perfect place for dinner or any meal. The location is just steps from markets and shopping which meant we parked the car and walked everywhere all week. A great place to stay!

Love the location. The 3rd floor was perfect for teenagers. The front porch was my favorite spot. Had a tv remote issue Linda came right over to help us.

This house is a true gem! Beautifully restored, with wonderful modern amenities with classic charm. The front porch is the perfect place to sit and have coffee or read a book, the backyard is large and has a wonderful dining area and it's just a short walk to the heart of Beach Haven, Fantasy Island and the beach. A wonderful house that we would love to return to again!

We really enjoyed the house and location. The decor and landscaping are lovely. The backyard is a peaceful place to sit after a long day at the beach. The front porch is sweet and cozy for morning coffee. If you have difficulty with climbing stairs (the house is older and has smaller (in depth) steps), this may not be the right rental for you. Linda, the owner, is attentive and accommodating. A great place for adults and older kids.

We had an excellent vacation in Beach Haven. The beach was beautiful and the house we stayed in was an excellent choice. The property is close to the beach, town and really within walking distance to anywhere you want to go. The house is beautifully decorated, is clean, comfortable and is equipped with anything you need. The backyard is set up for relaxing, entertaining and is tastefully landscaped but the front porch was my favorite place to hang. We had a great time and will be coming back next year!

This house is just perfect. Fenced in yard for dog. Walk to everything in Beach Haven. Has a porch, which I just love. It's my second time renting with Linda, I rented one of her bigger houses last year, with more family. She is so nice and great to deal with. I know I will be seeing her again.
