Short stay in Carson City.

Good value for the money.

The receptionist has an attitude. I had requested a top floor room on the website well in advance and she told me that I needed to call at 3pm the day I was arriving to get my request. Not happy with her answer.

My second time staying here and it doesn't disappoint rooms are clean!!! Cleanliness is a must for me !! I am a clean freak. Shout out to the cleaning ladies! Will be staying here every time I go to Tahoe!

We were very pleased with our stay and will stay there again.

The room was very spacious and well laid out.

We were at the end where all hours of the night the outside door would slam or maybe it was a staff room but I'm thinking it was coming in or outside door. That making my door bark and run to the door.

It was good except for the smell. The pricing could be a little lower but it’s pricey all over.

Room kinda had a musty odor. Went and got a disinfectant spray and it helped. The room was clean and neat but I think the carpets need shampoos

Will definitely stay here again!

I was having a procedure done across the way from hotel and could not eat or drink, therefore, have no idea what the breakfast was like. Room was very quiet, comfortable and a few minutes drive to my appt.

Truly, it was perfect!

Did not order this breakfast. Very unhealthy options of processed foods and high sugar content. Brought my own. Reception at check in was very friendly and informative. TV was great, as it worked very simply and easily with the remote and channel guide. Place was very clean and new. Almost everything in the room worked well.

The ice maker spit out 6 cubes, then quit working. The 2nd floor location of my room was not good; someone above me was walking heavily. The traffic noise kept me awake all night, too. Next time I will request a top floor and back of building location.

Great for families and week stays.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was great with a full size refrigerator, which really helped having our younger granddaughter with us. Even the beds were pretty comfortable for a hotel :) Great place to stay for 7 or more days.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower, which seems to be at most hotels. The bathroom was clean including tub but the shower head sprayed everywhere, it takes forever to get shampoo out your hair.

I would stay there again

I didn’t have the breakfast, location was great staff was great, And the restaurants that was nearby also great.

I was on the second floor person on the third floor, walk back-and-forth most of the night a little bit irritating but not the hotels fault.

Kitchenette was good.

Staff was rude and very unprofessional. The lady at the front desk didn’t have people skill, it was almost as she was on drugs. There was leftover food in refrigerator. Will never book a room in this hotel.
