Breakfast had a nice assortment of choices. Only criticism is the oatmeal was too watery. The employee at checkin was very helpful and welcoming.

Very happy with our 1-night stay at the Hampton Inn in Carson city. Staff was friendly, room very clean. Free parking.

It was practical. I like the quality of the hotel.

It was super clean. And the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good.

I think the rate is expensive for this kind of a hotel. The location is middle of nowhere. But you can reach Reno and Lake Tahoe in 30 miles.

Very frustrating.

AC was broken and the staff did not call us to give feedback not until we went down to check with them and that’s how we learned that it won’t get fixed until the morning. They offered us a small fan to use over the night which we refused. We ended up finding another hotel that night and we did not get any offer for assistance to find one or a voluntary offer for the refund of our money. I have to ask them for the refund. It’s very frustrating that our weekend getaway was ruined.

We always stay at the Hampton Inn. Hot breakfast, helpful employees, spacious rooms!

nice appearance walking in we got there 30 minutes before 3 pm check in, no problem room heater worked well

beds made with top sheet sideways, no overhead light, insufficient light, breakfast not up to usual Hampton inn standards, overcharged $5., asked for quiet room, noisy guest above us, bedspread and extra blanket both had holes

1) great breakfast, tasty waffles, amazing lobby / dining room – very beautiful and stylish; 2) complimentary cookies upon arrival; 3) polite and friendly staff; 4) fantastic huge teddy bear at the check-in desk :) 5) free parking

Far away from the city's downtown, had been waiting for Uber for almost 25 minutes. No restaurants nearby + no bar / restaurant on site
