Szenzációs terasz, csendes környék, kellemes apartman

Az elhelyezkedését is szerettük (csendes, nyugodt kis település), de a kilátás a teraszról a legnagyobb pozitívuma a szállásnak. Az apartman elrendezése is nagyon jó, kényelmes konyha-nappali és két hálószoba. Parkolást a környéken meg lehet oldani, néha keresgélni kell a helyet. A konyha jól felszerelt (főzőlap, nagy hűtő, kávéfőző, evőeszközök). Stabil és gyors wifi kapcsolat.

A franciaágy kisméretű (~150-160 cm széles) és a matrac kissé kényelmetlen. Alapkellékekből csak 1-2 napra elegendőt helyeznek ki, rögtön vásárolni kell (wc papír, konyhai papírtörlő, szappan/tusfürdő, kukazsák (1 db)). A tisztaság hagy némi kívánnivalót maga után: az ülőgarnitúrán koszos a huzat, a padló sem volt rendesen felmosva, ráadásul a lakásban elszaporodtak valamilyen mini-hangyák, írtani kellene őket.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, wygodny i przestronny apartament wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy potrzebne na urlopie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z biurem.

Odbiór kluczy w innym miejscu niz apartament. Jesli ktos ma samochod to biuro ze skrytka z kluczami jest po drodze do apartamentu, ale my jechalismy autobusem i musielismy chodzic z bagazami, a nastepnie czekac na kolejny autobus, na szczescie przystanek byl blisko.

Loved it. Would definitely return.

Fab location and view. Well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Being able to hear the sea at night was lovely. Very peaceful place.

Minor points- no written info at all or details for emergency contact in the property. An extra bin bag and tea towels would have been helpful but on the whole nothing to really complain about .

Location, security, balcony, layout of apartment. Communications with property owners/managers was great. We have stayed in 4 other locations in La Caleta and this is our favourite as it suits our needs and style of holiday. Will be booking again for sure.

Not a criticism but just a suggestion...It would be great if 2x loungers/reclining deck chairs were available as the balcony is plenty big to use them. This would just be the cherry on top!

Lovely location, property needs some TLC. Shame really

Host kept saying they were going to do things and did not turn up! After the Sahara red dust storm, no visit from agents/owner. Took €300 deposit instead of €200 as advertised. Large furniture in hallway and bathroom, which was not needed and a hazard, cramp space.

Great View, Apartment just ok.

The Location is Fantastic, the view and the sound of the sea is 10/10. The Agent that met us at the beginning and the end was friendly and punctual. Fabulous big balcony overlooking the sea.

We were a little disappointed with some of the items in the kitchen, We paid €1,000 for one week and we think that the amount of cleaning items left in the kitchen was a little poor. Only enough washing liquid for 1-2 days, no washing powder. No Sugar, coffee,mlk to get us started. if there was €10 spent on these items then it would leave a much better impression. The apartment is old and needs some work. The balcony furniture was broken and the kitchen appliances very cheap.
