We love coming to Waterville Estates to hike and bike and it has been our yearly vacation for 29 years. This year, it rained 12 out of 14 days. Bummer! This condo was a vacation saver; comfortable living area, well equiped kitchen, and lovely bedrooms. The AC was a game changer for the hot, humid days. We relaxed, caught up on reading, shopped, visited friends, and supported local restaurants.

Amazing Summer Getaway!
This property was an amazing summer getaway for my family. The king bed upstairs was perfect for my husband and I. Our kids loved the loft upstairs with the twin trundles, snack bucket, and their own tv. The downstairs was perfect for another family to stay as well - the queen bedroom was nice and cool, and the bunk room is a sure hit with the kids! The linens and towels were perfect, and the beds were very comfy. The main level is well-decorated with that perfect cabin feel. The fireplace would be perfect for winter or a cold night. The kitchen was well-appointed. Tina has everything you need! I’d check the house before you go the the grocery store because you never know what goodies are already there for you. The laundry room is also nice if you need to wash or dry something. I’m headed home with all clean clothes! The hill behind the condo was tons of summer fun (rolling down), and the view is spectacular! Tina has lots of board games and cards games for you to play, and the community center has some great activities too! I’d highly recommend staying at this fantastic condo. It’s really convenient to Rt 93, but it still gives you the nature views and peacefulness that New Hampshire offers! Great communication and great host!

Great Stay at Waterville Estates
Very nice property. Cozy feel, but not cramped or small. Tastefully decorated and well appointed. Not kitschy, as some ski condo's are. Beautiful view of mountains from each floor. Tina was very responsive when we had a few questions. Definitely would go back to this unit if we need a place to stay in Campton again.

White Mountain hiking weekend
I rented this property with a group of friends for a hiking weekend in the White Mountains. The unit is conveniently located to nearby Waterville Valley where we hiked Mt. Tecumseh and Welch Dickey. The unit is cozy, intimate, and comfortable offering expansive views of the mountains. I would recommend the unit to anyone looking for a memorable weekend escape.

What a view!
What a great stay we had, Tina answered all my questions beforehand. Called me minutes after I sent a message over vrbo. The place was inviting, all the directions to get the place up to temp was clear and concise. A fantastic view from every floor, quiet and updated nicely. The fireplace provides such a great ambience. Will definitely consider staying here again!
Thanks,
Robby and Tina

Perfect getaway in Beautiful location
We stayed for two days and three nights in this great condo! We were one and a half families and there was plenty of space; the kids loved the snack bucket, the bunk beds, the loft and the outdoor space! Of course, it’s the perfect location for skiing as there are so many close mountains. It was lovely to come back to the cozy co do and have a fire and look out upon the incredible vista. Hope to be back sometime!

Boogie and Blues Festival
Very clean. Lofts are a bit warm in the summer. I’ve stayed at other houses in the area. They're all like that. Beds were very comfortable. Great view out the back door. We had a great weekend. And we would definitely stay again.

Breathtaking views in a well cared for home
My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. We have a Christmas tradition that we travel to New Hampshire on Christmas Eve to wake on Christmas in the mountains and ski. This is our 3rd year doing so answer our favorite experience so far. The owners knew we were arriving Christmas Eve and went to the trouble of decorating for us which made us feel more at home when we woke up Christmas morning.
There was everything you could possibly need to cook and bake in the kitchen which was nice for the 2 nights we opted to cook at “home”. The fireplace did not smoke at all which has been a concern at other northern houses in the past so we were able to enjoy the ambience without any issues. The house was clean and tidy and went above our expectations.
The views from the living room were a lovely backdrop while eating and playing cards. There are several games for all ages in the closet for all to use. We arrived at night so when my husband and I woke in the morning to the Mountain View in the upstairs bedroom we stared in awe (until the kids yelled get up it’s christmas)!
Overall we had a fantastic stay with a short 20 minute drive to Loon mountain. Tina the owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. She made sure our stay was cozy and that we were happy.
My family has already requested we go back and stay here again for another ski trip. We will definitely be back!

Great experience
Great condo for a couple of families to get away for a kids ski weekend or hockey tournament at Waterville valley. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed and the owner was very quick to respond and really accomodating, thanks again for letting us use your nice escape!

Very nice place to Stay
Very spacious, plenty of room for 8. We enjoyed the nice views, and new outdoor grill in the back yard. The unit is kept very clean, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and AC unit in the upstairs. The lower level keeps very cool in the summer. Very well decorated, with lots of extra's, like built in speakers in several rooms, closet full of games, and cable tv. Owners were readily available by phone on our arrival.
There were a few quest passes for us to use at the community center which had nice swimming pools and hot tubs, with a pond to use paddle boats.
Convenient location, near lincoln, and about 30 mins to merideth and weirs beach.
