Super Spacious Cottage to beat the Summer Heat
This little ski cottage is a marvel. But only us it cute, with it’s roomy 3rd Fl bedroom with 3beds, but’s there’s so much space it can accommodate up to 10 ppl comfortably!
Scott, our host was super helpful, was reachable, extremely generous with his time, and quite helpful getting us settled in. Scott even researched points of interest in NH for us to visit and sent them to us. Super attentive and super gracious with his time! Thank you Scott!! I loved the quality of the stainless steel cookware and appreciated how well stocked the cottage was with toiletries cleaning a agents and such.
We loved the added advantage of the extra television in the bedroom and an extra television in the loft/den upstairs. There’s a deck out back with a grill which we were too busy to use because we were enjoying the Rec Center. We went every day and enjoyed the facilities. The cottage is a perfect choice for a family with kids & teenagers but there’s soo much space.
My husband and I enjoyed our time there. Our daughter flew up to join us for a few days and enjoyed the forest out back quite a bit. We would visit this place again.

Family getaway
This condo was perfect for our family. The updated bathrooms were great, comfy beds for everyone and plenty of open space to hang out. Even though we were in between seasons for the area, we found plenty of fun things to do. We went on a couple of great hikes and we had a really good day of spring skiing at Waterville Valley. We’ll definitely be back!

Great for adventurers
We had a really great stay at this property. The condo was perfect for my family of four. We also had a friend join for a few days, and still had plenty of room. The location is great--short drive to many tremendous hiking trails.

Campton Getaway
Updated, spacious condo in great location. Pool was closed due to pandemic but Pond near community center was better than anticipated. We had a great time and the owner gave timely responses to my text messages and was very helpful.

Cozy NYE getaway
We stayed for 2 nights over NYE. It was the perfect spot for our low key celebration. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for adults and kids. Would 100% go back again. Scott was super helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. Overall it was a great experience!

Fall Stay at Campton Condo
My wife, my mother, and I spent three nights at this delightful condo. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of seating, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. There were a few games and puzzles to keep us entertained. We did not realize until we arrived that the condo is next door to a ski lift which would be convenient in ski season. This unit is well maintained and it was easy to make contact with the owner. We had lunch one day at the Mad River Coffee House in Campton and found the food and chai lattes to be delicious. We used this a base location to make several day trips in the surrounding area which worked out well.

Weekend getaway
We had an all around great experience renting here. It was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and pond and were excited to have the loft to sleep in.

Nice stay overall
Interior was exactly what was described and illustrated, and was very clean with many added little amenities in the kitchen -- a nice touch.
The location was a bit remote, but the community center with pools, etc gave us plenty of enjoyment.
We also made great use of the deck and BBQ grill each evening.
The owner was more than accommodating and highly responsive both before and during our stay.
The only downfall of our stay was a very loud 30-minute fireworks display at the end of the property's driveway at 1am on the night of July 4th that woke everyone in the condo. But this had nothing to do with the property or owner -- just some rowdy partiers from somewhere in the estate.
All in all a nice stay and we would return if we chose to go to the Waterville area again.

Perfect Getaway!
Absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was right next to the ski area which our kids enjoyed! They were skiing all evening while we sat in the lodge listening to live music. The condo is very clean and cozy. For our family of six we had plenty of room to enjoy our weekend. The fireplace with provided wood was extra nice for the chilly nights. Being only 20 minutes from Waterville Valley Resort was great as well. Then after a long day of skiing we took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub. Scott is very responsive to any needs. Highly recommend! We will be definitely staying here again in the future!

My family enjoyed our stay immensely. It was in a great location near the Ice Castles. The kids enjoyed playing checkers and Monopoly. The beds were very comfortable and the décor was charming. Perfect home for a family getaway.

Very comfortable.
We loved the property and accommodations. We felt comfortable and at home. Grandchildren loved the indoor pools and we all enjoyed the gym equipment. House had everything you could want or need. Good location for hiking. Unfortunately weather did not cooperate and we could not ski.

Was a great place to stay for my family
My family of six had a wonderful stay here. There was plenty of room with 2 full bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 lofts. It was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The recreation center was an absolute hit with whole family, very adult and kid friendly. It is in close proximity to many things we wanted to do on our NH vacation. The owner Scott is very responsive and easy to deal with. We will definitely be renting again.
