About this house rental
Enjoy this beautiful, updated home. Home offers space for up to "6" guests with well-appointed living space, whether on vacation or on business. Located in a highly desirable Gilbert community with walking and biking paths. Two community pools available, one pool is heated year-round. Home is close to airports, golf courses, shopping, restaurants, SanTan village mall, Alta climbing, Bell Bank Park, Legacy sports complex. No overnight street parking is permitted, citations are issues or may be towed at your own expense. Ring device on the exterior of this property. No garage access, there is two parking spaces on the driveway. Home is smoke-free (no smoking, vaping or incense), smoking or vaping allowed 20 ft from entryways. Guidelines will be sent to each guest on the reservation prior to check in. We all love our furry pets, yet this home is strictly NO pets.

Gloria reached out and communicated with me and made sure everything was ready before we checked in. During the stay she checked with me to see if we were satisfied and then gave me clear instructions to check out. We didn’t have a big list of things to do on either side of our stay which was amazing. The location was fabulous and close to so many good things. The home was clean and so cute and comfortable and she even left us some snacks, water and coffee! 5/5 for sure!!!

We chose this property to explore Gilbert, AZ as a potential retirement location. The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was in a neighborhood where we were close to golf, restaurants, shopping and enjoying the outdoors. Gloria was a great host! We hope to be back for a longer stay soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was well stocked and had a host who responded to any questions or issues immediately. The best part was its location, only a 5 minute ride to our daughter’s home. We would not hesitate to rent this property again. For our first ever rental, we found a gem.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful, had all the amenities we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. It is located in a great neighborhood. The owner, Gloria was very easy to communicate with and the check-in process was simple. We will stay here the next time we're in the area.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Gloria was a fantastic host- we appreciated her friendliness, ease of communication, and attention to all the details that make this such a great rental! The home is in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with a beautiful lush yard. It’s a very clean, well decorated single story with no stairs, a nice layout for anyone with mobility issues. Walking trails, stores, and restaurants are all close by. It also has comfortable beds, a nice big screen tv, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker . This home is such a nice option for families visiting the Gilbert area! We definitely look forward to coming back again!

When I decided to rent this place for 10 days I told the host I was going to be staying there alone and I was there to relax. The host continued to ask me more personal questions about why I was there, for no real reason. I gave the host honest answers. Within 30 minutes of my arriving, the host had already started texting me about small things and continue to text me through the night.
This went on for the whole duration of my stay. The only time that this host did not text me was 9 of 10 days. Other than that she had something to say everyday about something or she was coming to the house for something. On my last day of checking out she told me I could check out late but it was going to be an extra $30 which was fine. I paid that then about maybe 2 hours later. She said that somebody had been smoking in the house and I told her I hadn't been smoking in the house but I have been burning some incense but I told her I would just pay the fine because I'm not trying to fight with you about $300. So the next day I went ahead and I paid the $300.
Within 5 minutes of me paying that she sent another email telling me that it was going to be now $1,300 to clean the house. I told her I wasn't going to pay. Please do yourself a favor and use discernment if you're going to rent this property.

Very clean and newly remodeled ranch was the perfect choice for visiting with family in Gilbert. Neighborhood is stellar with lots of local eateries to choose from. Owner maintained good communication and was very responsive. We'll be back!

We loved this home! It was clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels all smelled like they came fresh out of the laundry machine. The host communicated via text about check in and check out and instructions were very simple. The best part was a fully stocked coffee station with enough kcups for multiple refills all week and sweeteners and creamers available. Each bathroom had a supply of soaps, shampoos and conditioners. It felt like we stayed at a hotel. In the back yard, there were avocado trees and our kids loved seeing so many avocados on the branches. I would recommend this place to all families traveling to the Phoenix area.

Our stay here was very nice. I wish the dining tables chairs were not the tall ones but that’s just our preference. We are older and one of us was short so the chairs were a problem for her. But, we would definitely rent it again. Thanks for everything!

Highly recommended!
We stayed in Power Ranch due to its proximity to family. Gloria's home fit our needs and we enjoyed our two-week stay. We have rented many homes--this was the best equipped of all. Some operated by management companies provide minimal supplies; in contrast Gloria provided everything we needed to be comfortable from the moment we checked in. For example, there were stepstools to help little ones reach the bathroom sink. The outside patio and private backyard was great for family dinners. Beds were comfortable, ample towels were provided, and the laundry came in handy during our extended stay.
Gloria was always available for questions, and gave us a heads-up when the landscaper would be coming. She even reached out to the landscaper to request that they didn't come before 8am.
Power Ranch was convenient for access to the rest of Gilbert and nearby Queen Creek. We had a car and borrowed bicycles from our family. We took lots of walks, and rode the nearby wash trails. Main roads have designated bike lanes. We had fun with our grandkids at the heated community pool & playgrounds. We will certainly rebook for our next visit to the Phoenix area.
