About this house rental

We would love to share our home with you! The house is located in Johnson Ranch, 50 minutes from Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport or 20 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. It's close to Frys, Walgreens, McDonalds, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut and many others.

We just had a pool installed Dec 2023 Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the pool can be heated during winter months. Backyard work, new gazebo and furniture done April 2024.
Exterior of our home was painted Oct 2022. Interior was painted in 2019. Our home is fully furnished, living room has a 65" tv and includes wireless internet. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with soaker tub, walk in shower, and large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The house is equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, AC, Keurig, and much more for your convenience.
You will have access to Johnson Ranch amenities which include 3 community pools, various playgrounds, a 9 hole pitch and putt course, a catch and release lake, tennis courts (that double as pickleball courts), basketball courts, sand volleyball, and a Frisbee golf course. Check their website for events.

A very nice property, very well furnished and supplied. (Except for dishwasher soap) Would definitely recommend and stay at the property again. I would have liked access to the garage to make unloading easier.

Kay was great to deal with from the very beginning. We even locked ourselves out, and she quickly resolved this issue. I will definitely stay here again with my family. House is clean and everything is new inside. Close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping centers.

Carpet in master needs cleaning and we needed to purchase a plunger for the toilets because, well that's not something you want to ask for... other than that the kitchen was well equipped and the beds we're comfy.

Any questions that I had; Kay was always VERY prompt in her responses (sometimes it seemed I didn't even push Send, and she responded). In addition to the clean/comfortable home, the neighborhood was very quiet, day and night. We would happily stay there again! (Thank you Kay!!)

Nice place. Only a couple of minor issues. Water was off when we arrived but that was resolved fairly quickly by contacting the owner. Also, there are a lot of light switches, many of which don’t seem to work anything. But we made it work.

Property had no hot water, we had to shower somewhere else. They take advantage of people, they charged us with a $150.00 cleaning fee and also are trying to charge $25.00 for dirty dishes.

Thank you Kay & Robert for making your home available to my wife and myself. We both had a great time.! our 2 boys came and visited us for 3 days too. It was tough for us to leave when the temps are in the 70's to low 80's, but we had to get back home. Sometimes a month just isn't long enough. Thanks again from North Dakota Ken & Maureen

First of all, I need to say that communication with Kay was really a pleasure. She always responded quickly, and that was very appreciated. The home is nicely decorated, all of the essentials in the kitchen were perfect, and the furniture is very comfortable. We were all happy with the firmness of the beds. I didn’t ask the others, but the water pressure in the Master bath was great. We ate a lot of meals at the house, and had lots of choices for glassware and plastic ware for both dishes and glasses. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard, which has an open view of the golf course - which provided a lot of space before there were other houses. There is a small berm, so the house still allows for a good amount of privacy; while still giving a green, manicured view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and recommend the owners and house highly!
