Fint läge - enkla bungalows

Stort avstånd mellan bungalow vilket kändes positivt . Bra läge mot havet och fin solnedgång . Transport till och från färgen ingick . Trevlig personal . Närhet till affär och restauranger och solstolar på stranden

Sandflugorna på stranden - inte boendets fel. Informationen om rutiner för städning saknades - att nyckel skulle lämnas till receptionen vid behov . Den stuga vi bodde i var en av de äldre - Vissa stugor var renoverade

Calidad precio malísima.

La ubicación.

Pues en primer lugar… llegué y no tenían apuntada mi reserva, se equivocaron y me metieron en otro resort de categoría inferior con una cama más dura que una piedra, literalmente. Las vistas eran lo único que merecían la pena . Esa misma noche puse una reclamación y el dueño me contactó por WhatsApp, pidiendo disculpas, ok . Disculpas aceptadas… pero el reembolso de la diferencia de precio de un sitio a otro no me dijo nada . En segundo lugar , a la mañana siguiente me viene la chica responsable que tiene allí súper amable la chica y me dice que si quiero cambiarme , decido cambiarme y me cambian a una con una ducha peor , la cama un poco mejor pero poco . Peores vistas y la limpieza digamos que dejaba mucho que desear . No es ni por asomo como se ve en las fotos ! Encima viajo sola y pago el mismo precio para dos … así que sinceramente como decimos en España un timo total el resort este .

Perfect stay, we will come back!

Very nice location, lovely atmosphere, nice huts, everything you need around. If you want to have a relaxed, chill time with super friendly and nice people around you, this is the perfect place. Massages at the beach, lovely smelling beach towels in the house.

House was a bit old but didn't bother us.

Über 50 Euro für so ein Loch, unglaublich, obwoh 2 Nächte bezahlt, nach einer schlechten Nacht ausgeheckt.

Die Lage am Beach war schön!

Ich weiß wirklich nicht wie dieses Resort diese gute Bewertungen von seinen Gästen bekommen hat !!!??? Die Hütte war klein, abgewrackt, schmuddelig, ein hartes Bett, bezogen mit dunkelbrauner, geblümter Bettwäsche, wahrscheinlich damit die Flecken nicht so sichtbar werden, nichts freundliches oder bemühtes zu sehen!!

Een heerlijke plek voor genieten in een rustige omgeving

De ligging is centraal. Veel eettentjes in de directe omgeving en ook de supermarkt is heel nabij. Daarnaast ben je binnen 10 seconden bij de zee. Het strand werd na een wat hardere wind schoongemaakt. Ligbedjes aanwezig.De mevrouw van de receptie/eettentje/barretje is lief en behulpzaam. D

De accomodatie is vrij simpel, maar de douche werkt perfect en er komt een goede straal uit. 1x schoonmaken in de 5 dagen verblijf is misschien iets te kort. Wel konden de handdoeken geruild worden.

simple resort but nice staff and location

i liked the location, right at the beachfront and nice hammocks also near shops/restaurants which is conveniant

wifi didnt work in the room contrary to what is said on the properties website, also kayak rental was abit more expensive than i assumed, 150TBH per hour and as someone who likes to spend the day on the kayak around the island it would added up to more than i would be happy to pay.

Great Stay

The 2022-23 season management, a Norwegian named Ivo, made our stay extra special. Without him it would have been fine but with his care, advice and help it was spectacular. Thank you Ivo - wish you were there another year.

Lovely surroundings, laid-back atmosphere with beautiful beaches

Great location and surroundings - the view from the bungalow looks out across nice gardens, straight onto the beach, sea and tropical tree covered islands. Shops and restaurants are a one minute stroll behind you.

The bungalow needed a bit of tlc but currently gave it character.

Great stay!

A beautiful slice of paradise. The rooms were comfy, great location (close to all the restaurants and bars, but slightly away to stay peaceful), and Evo was just the most helpful host. He lent us paddleboards, did our laundry and was constantly helpful.

Good overall and great value place to stay.

Host is nice guy. I like its privacy and cleanliness of the place. The location is also good beach front. Value for money, especially low season. Koh Mak doesn't seem to have a real low season, so it's kind of value for money to be there in low season.

Paradise

The bungalow was big, and with two big beds. It was very comfortable for us (couple with one kid). It is literally right at the beach - and what a beach! It was almost deserted, a few km of wide, golden sand beach lined with palm trees. The bungalows of TK and the neighbour (Missyou) are in a wide lawn with well-kept garden. There are hammocks at the beach and the veranda of each bungalow has two beach chairs. Inside we found facilities like a water boiler, cups and spoons, towels, shampoo, a TV and books. The manager was not there but he left his neighbour (Missyou) in charge, who was very helpful. The neighbour has scooters for rent to explore the island and its other beaches. There is no breakfast, but right across the street were 3 small restaurants with Thai and western options for breakfast and dinner. There is also a small minimart.

We were bitten by sand fleas - bring coconut oil because it is expensive to buy it on the island. The bungalows are clean, but they are basic and are getting a little old. The wifi was rather weak.

Great beach location with extremely well kitted out bungalows.

Great location right on the beach. Nice big decking areas with two sun loungers. Very comfortable bed and room has fridge, kettle and even hairdryer. Very friendly and helpful owner.

When we first arrived there was quite a lot if plastic rubbish on the beach, however over the next couple of days the owner worked hard to clear up the beach and it looked much better.

Bueterdull place, valuable price

Big clean territory with a garden on the seaside with a wonderful beach. Only 8 bungalows and a Thai massage spot under the sky. There is a wonderful place for feeling relaxing and enjoying a peaceful time on the island. Each bungalow is equipt with AC, kettle, and TV (however we didn't check if the tv works or not)

There is no fridge in the sea-view bungalows. Other bungalows has it. But for this type of room, don't take any food inside the bungalow as you will have guests - ants 🐜.

Beautiful Garden, Great Location! Magical to stay directly at the beach and hear the ocean at night

Great Location, Great Host! He took us to the small island nearby by SUP and was always there when we needed something. we just told him we want to rent a scooter and he just brought us one to our door right away! we loved the garden, the beach and the host, can recommend 10/10 to stay here :)

The perfect balance between having space to unwind and having access to everything you need!

The bungalows are nicely spaced in a big garden that leads right onto the beach. Ivo had set up hammocks and nice hang out spots throughout the garden, which was a a really nice touch that made people feel at home. The restaurant was really great and everyone was so friendly. The Thai BBQ, grilled pork neck and grilled chicken were delicious. We really loved our stay and would highly recommend it. It is especially great if you are travelling with kids!

Comfortable beach bungalows in a beautiful garden

The resort has a handfull of spread out bungalows in a huge garden, so you will get a lot of privacy. The garden is beautiful, same for the beach, which is cleaned daily by the staff. The location is perfect - on the best beach on the island, across the street from 2 very nice restaurants and a 3 min walk to other cafes, pharmacy etc. The hosts are also very nice. I had one of the smaller bungalows- it has basic facilities, but it is comfortable

No major downside. As a small improvements a fan could be helpful (there is AC but it can be too much in such a small spaxe)

Great peaceful beachside bungalows

The people who run the resort are very helpful and welcoming. Doing a great job in their first year there. The location is fantastic, quiet and 30 seconds to the sea. Great swimming. Nice outside seating area with comfortable loungers. Nice bathroom and good size bungalow. Would definitely recommend staying here. Would be our first choice on returning. Fantastic restaurant "NUCH ZABMAKS" right across the road, superb staff, food, atmosphere.

The bed was comfortable but for us we need cotton sheets and cover, didn't like the silk sheets and cover. Pillows definitely need improving. Maybe tea option for those who don't like coffee. Small observations.

Very good place to spend some relaxing days

Friendly host, Bungalows are very nice located, the view from the terrace was extra nice and there are some good restaurants nearby

Everything was nice!! The only thing: the lighting in the room is very brigh in the evening. Would be nice to have some small decent warm light inside the bungalow as well.

Highly recommended! We really had a perfect stay at tk. The hosts Ivo and Nid welcomed us in a pretty nice way, the bungalow was directly in front of the beach and we had the best food at Nuchs restaurant right next to it!

Great place to stay for short time.

Can’t say enough about our host, wonderful helpful with information about our area, very accommodating. They upgraded our room, closer to beach, great view. Very excellent restaurants walking distance for our breakfast (included). Getting around was very easy. The host even gave us a ride to ATM. Great couple.

The resort is beachfront of an amazing beach. The manager, Khun Apiwaj (J), which contact me through messenger, did an excellent customer support, and took care of every single detail: booking the boat trad-koh mak, booking a day trip around the island and a free taxi from the pier to the resort.

Not related to the resort, but to the boat transport from Trad to Koh Mak: I was planning to stay til Sunday, but had to return on Saturday because there were no available speed boats or ferries.. I ended up losing a full day of my short trip vacation.... it seems boat operators don't like to have tourists coming to the island. Sad. Anyway, if you decide to come book your boat tickets at least one week ahead.
